I have purchased a lot of clothing on the internet and the coat I got from MensUSA has to be the best quality I have ever seen coming off the web.
I previously had a London Fog trench coat that I loved and wore for 20 years till it finally has to be put down. I spent months trying to find the same thing, no luck, until I came across one on MensUSA and had to try it.
I came very quickly, faster than I was expecting and I could not be happier. It is a perfect cut and so well made I expect this one to last me another 20 years.
On top of the exceptional quality it was incredibly reasonable. I had planned on spending $300 for the trench coat I wanted and this was half! An incredible bargain.
Most amazing thing was the customer service. Glory, her name, actually called me to find out how my purchase went; I really appreciate that kind of due diligence.

I ordered a suit size 36 regular, paid for expediated shipping. I received a package on time; however, it was not the suit I ordered for my 18-year-old grandson's prom which is May 17. They sent me an old looking suit with velvet trim and a size 30 which is way too small. I immediately requested the return label, sent a photo of the ugly suit received, it's been almost 2 weeks, and I have yet to receive the return label. I've been calling, no answer, emailing and finally received a reply today offering me a $30 refund if I keep the suit. Why should I keep a suit I never ordered and lose over $200 dollars for a suit that will never be worn because it's hideous. I am highly offended and irate at this company. STAY AWAY!!! THEY ARE TAKING YOUR MONEY AND SHIPPING THE WRONG ITEMS INTENTIONALLY and they DO NOT RESPOND WHEN YOU'RE TRYING TO RETURN the incorrect item received. I will be filing a bad business report. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! They can have their ugly suit. Send the return label!!!! Extremely irate customer.

The product was as advertised and the suit looked great.

Up until this fine lady call me back honestly I was ready to not buy any more of y’all Suits I own about 10 or 12 of them now and I’ve always had good service but I ordered this suit March 16. Have sent multiple request to find out where my suit was and until this lady called me, I got no results. She handled it efficiently and just exactly what I needed to do now I got my suit coming and now you have a good customer steal I appreciate y’all‘s help and look forward to buying more suit from me in the future.

I received good communication at first, but when it came time to return an item the deal fell apart. Even though the RMA was eventually issued, they short changed me on the refund. The website clearly states "no restocking fees on returns". I pointed this out when they shorted my refund. They agreed and said the remainder would be refunded, but I'm still waiting. I've asked again & crickets.

Wish I had checked the reviews before purchase...I am not alone...this company is a scam.
I ordered a pair of pants for formal event. Did not ship for almost three weeks. I called to cancel, as I would not have in time to have tailored, and they sated "they can't cancel, already in process". Didn't ship for another week...but I wasn't really worried about it since they already charged me $8 for a "pre-paid return label". Not return label was received. Have twice requested a return authorization on-line over past two weeks- plus two phone calls- still absolutely no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS.

Dont order from here! My son wanted a suit from here for prom. We had 2 weeks left and finally found one he liked. I placed an order for an “in stock” item and paid $65 extra to have it overnighted. After a week they told me it was a special order, they were doing me a favor and that i would receive it in 3 businesz days. I did not receive it.😭😭 They said the wrong shipping label was on it. I don’t believe that for one second! And they didnt call me, they texted me and wouldnt take my call in the store. Bad business. Dont lie to your customers. Own your mistakes. Im trying to find the highest person to talk to because i want money back! This has been so stressful and its my sons senior prom. This has been such a mess. I ordered April 2 and expected to receive in a week.

Jenn did a great job handling my return. She was very courteous, kind, and efficient. She did everything she told me and got my return label to me within a very short time expediting my return.

I ordered a couple of pairs of Dan Post exotic western boots from Mensusa. Unfortunately, I ordered the incorrect sizes. After contacting Mensusa requesting exchanges, they promptly began the exchange process. I returned the boots initially ordered while replacement boots were being quickly sent back to me. While it was an inconvenience, the Mensusa representatives made the process relatively painless. Kudos to agent L16(Laura) for superb customer service. Will buy again in the future from Mensusa (hopefully with L16).

Jessica was very patient with me. My questions were not as specific as I thought, and she stayed calm, even when I excitedly talked over her. She was also professional and courteous.
