I placed an order for a suit and never received it. I made several attempts to remedy this situation through both emails and phone calls. All of the responses I received from promises to look into this matter were never met.

Stay Away!!!!!! I ordered a suit for my husbands birthday and never received it. They kept promising a tracking number, but wouldn’t provide one. The customer service is very rude and tries to out talk you if you ask too many questions. One representative even hung up on me. Finally I was notified stating the item I wanted was unavailable and was asked to choose another suit. I chose a second suit from options they provided, after another few days, I was told they didn’t have the second choice either. I demanded a refund, and is now waiting. Don’t do it!!! Run!!! This place is a scam!!!!
Don't order from this business
Don't order from this business! I ordered a white tux jacket with a shawl collar and single vent. They sent me a jacket with a notched collar and double vent. It took a long time for them to answer their customer service number and when I finally got through, they told me I had to deal with returns via email. When I finally got an answer from them, I found out I had to print and pay for my own return label. I was charged a 20% return fee plus postage both ways even though they had sent me the wrong item! On a $150 purchase, I lost $61.90 with no jacket not to mention lost time.

Very misleading by picturing items in…
Very misleading by picturing items in the picture and then you don't get everything pictured. There is nothing in the description saying that certain items are not included. I ordered an orange "dumb and dumber" tuxedo and the only thing that came was the jacket pants and vest. no ruffled shirt, bow tie hat or cane.

DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS MENSUSA!!. This company advertises under several different names Mens Italy, EMENSUIT, etc. For the past two weeks I have been calling to receive a refund on a suit that they did not have in stock. When inquired about the refund they told me they would refund me at close of business. This was told to me two days in a row. I also followed up with emails requesting the refund. I even asked to speak to a manager which they refused to let me talk to and hung up on me. This is not a company to purchase a suit from and should be avoided at all cost.

This company should be shut down immediately. I ordered a sports coat with 2 day shipping. It was mailed regular ground. When I received the coat it was at least 3 sizes to large. Keep getting the runaround from Customer service with no return call or email. You can't speak to anyone in returns. They claim easy return or exchange, but that is an out right fabrication. Stay clear of these crooks. I would recommend never buying anything from this company.
Garbage merchandise and super shady
This is hands down, the WORST online merchant on Earth. I ordered the correct size of men's suit and was shipped one that was labeled with that size, but the fit was horrible on the arms, shoulders AND the jacket was way off on size - easily 12-14 sizes too small in the waist area). I sent pics to Mens USA showing PROOF that the sizing was off, yet they refused a return for a full refund!
They offered $30 for me to keep and told me I should use that money to have it tailored. That would NOT have been an option AT ALL (it's too small NOT too big!). Even for an Exchange, you have to pay a $25 or $30 restock fee. WHY am I paying anything when it's THEIR fault? I'll never buy from them again and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place!
I had to file a claim with my bank to address the issue, so far so good. Got my $$ back. Also, filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau to have them reach out to this joke of a business.
Terrible non-responsive support allows email only
They shipped the wrong suit and after weeks of hassle - had to pay to ship it back - they never shipped replacement. Was short on time so rolled the dice and ordered second - paid for overnight shipping but it arrived over a week late. Could not use it. You can only email support and the are terrible. I'd be really surprised if I get any of my money back despite returning 2 suits...

The suit that was delivered is not the suit I ordered, I emailed them and their response was that the suit I wanted was a type of suit similar to the picture and not the actual suit pictured. Do not waste your money because what's pictured on the order is not what you will receive, THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE FRAUD!!!
Buyer be very wary; they won't send what you ordered
I see these reviews and nearly every other one is negative, just the same as mine. I will say that the suit they eventually sent was of decent quality wool. Surprise! However, I certainly didn't get what I ordered, Too many things that were not consistent to list. I certainly won't recommend them nor will I ever shop again from them. At least if I purchase from those high-dollar places, I get to see what I am buying and actually get what I paid for. That alone is better than the alternative.
No shipping to PO box but accept it as delivery address.
My first and last order with this company. Placed an order on their website and after submitting all of the information an error page was displayed. So I placed the order again and got another error page but it also indicated the order had been placed. I immediately called the company to inquire if two orders had been placed. I was informed by the agent that only one order had been placed. In reality two orders were placed and they just cancelled the second one.
The problems really arose when the shipment went our via FedEx. The order they shipped under had a delivery address as a PO Box (their system allowed it) but FedEx can't deliver to a PO Box. The package status on the FedEx website showed they had to call Mensusa to get a street address (although Mensusa never contacted me to ask for one) and then the package was listed as "out for delivery" for two days. It now says it will be delivered tomorrow. Not sure why their system is allowing delivery to a PO box if the shipping company can't handle it. Also they should be capturing technical error pages and not displaying them to the customer.
Also, when I asked the customer rep Sonja if she expected a good review from this she said it didn't matter to her.
Zero for Three
I just placed my third and last order from them so they can't say I didn't try. First order they called me 3 times over 3 days after placing the order and didn't leave a message. When I called the number I learned it was them. They told me the manufacturer discontinued the shoes. So why were they on their website and saying, "in stock?" Second order was for an overcoat. I lost count how many times they told me it was being shipped. They lied every time. I finally had to cancel as they didn't meet my deadline. I eventually reordered the coat and actually got it. Problem? The detachable fur collar was nowhere to be found. They had to send it to me after I called. The latest issue was I ordered a suit and a tie. The package arrived and there was no tie in the box. Called them and was told they would ship it. A week later after not receiving it I called again. Was told they knew nothing about this. I was told again they would ship the tie and send me a tracking number. I did get the tie but am still waiting for the tracking number. How hard is it to make sure everything is in the box? How hard is it to tell the truth? Their customer service is horrible. I won't go through this again...ever.
Bait and switch
I ordered a suit jacket for $180 with shipping. My card was charged, no problems. Get an email the next day stating they had charged me the "Wholesale" price and the jacket should have been $399. Offered it to me for $289 like they were doing me a favor. I told them to send the jacket or cancel the order. I received a credit to my card the next day with no email response. This is the definition of "Bait and switch". I had bought from them previously, but no more. Be careful.
I called to inquire about an order that has yet to be shipped
I called to inquire about an order that had to be special made. The order was done in April and I was told it would be to me mid June. Now it is the end of June. When I called I got Stacy on the phone who claimed to be a supervisor. Stacy the supervisor started yelling at me and would not allow me to speak with anyone else. She continued to over talk me about a pair of shoes that had to be custom made for my wedding in October. She continued to be rude and yelled at me. Then she hung up the phone on me. I really hope someone else can help me with this because she has no business working in customer service at any place of business.
Gave 1 start because I had to in order…
Gave 1 start because I had to in order to leave a review. STAY AWAY!!! TERRIBLE!!! Attempted to buy a suit, made the mistake of not reading the reviews (my fault), then everything went non stop straight to hell! Unable to track, no one answers a phone its been 6 weeks... NOTHING! Ended up calling my credit card company and reporting them as a scam and was refunded for my purchase.

Purchased a tuxedo from these guys. Jacket was ok, but just that. Pants were ginormous! I have a 38 inch waist and the pants came in 56"! I could almost fit 2 of me in them. Made calls, sent emails and have yet to receive a response.This seems to be the common complaint. Avoid buying from these people unless you've got money to burn and money to waste.

I beg people to read all the reviews and AVOID this scumbag company like the plague. Their website is full of LIES. First they tell you to check for tracking number which NEVER shows up. I paid for EXTRA shipping to Canada. Was 3 weeks late. I ordered THREE items. ALL WERE WRONG. Wrong size, colours, material. Emailed them NINE times, tried calling. Finally they sent me an email ONE month later telling me to return the items AT MY EXPENSE (A COST OF $60.00 FROM CANADA) AND I WOULD BE CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE. Their website says 100% guarantee refunds. THEY SCREWED up my order, then expect me to return the items at my expense and take a loss? Tried reaching out to the BBB in Los Angeles. USELESS. All they do is write to menusa and give them a deadline to reply (WHICH THEY NEVER DO). After they don't reply, the BBB indicates nonreply in their profile and closes the complaint. USELESS. If enough people READ THESE REVIEWS and STOP BUYING FROM THESE SCUMBAG LIARS, they will eventually go out of business. What bothers me is that I found their add on MSN home webpage. The thought that MSN would allow these DISHONEST people to advertise is beyond me. AVOID. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
Accepting Responsibility
I had previously written a bad review for Mensusa. They were totally at fault and communicating with them to issue a refund was not a good experience. After offering me a mere fraction of my purchase for a refund and for me to keep the wrong item, I emailed them that it was unacceptable. Well, after much ado and time spent I finally received 2/3 of my initial purchase at which time I left that review because they wouldn't accept total responsibility. Well, just today I received another partial refund, still not making my purchase price whole, to include expedited shipping, but fairly close to my total purchase price. I'm still out some of the shipping cost, but I'll just have to licks my wounds and put this behind me. All that being said, thank you Mensusa for finally stepping up and refunding most of my purchase.
