What a fiasco

What a fiasco! We ordered 9 suits from MemsUSA. The suits that actually arrived where in TWO DIFFERENT COLORS! Some of the vests didn’t match the jacket or pants. The pants were too small for four of the suits. Two suits were never sent after they “tried to contact” us ONCE (they claim) with some question…then (after contact wasn’t made…they claim) they never tried to contact us again so they DROPPED THE ORDER without telling us. We paid $70 to have one sent “over night” and it never arrived because they sent to the WRONG STATE. We tried calling MensUSA approximately 15 times (at least) but only got to talk to a “person” twice! The person we talked to snippy and argumentative. What fiasco! MEnsUSA is a JOKE! Stay clear of them!!!

The above is false advertising and a lie !
When you call, you can’t get anyone to answer in the returns/exchange department; you have to contact the sales department. I have one representative hang up one me. For returns, they want you to put a code on the box for the USPS to ship your return “Ground Delivery” which can take up to seven days. By the time I purchased the suit, sent it back and paid $45 in shipping, I could have bought one from a retail store here at home. Before you order, know the cut you need, being Traditional, Full, Modern, slim, or super-slim. I ordered a suit without the style cut, and the jacket was too tight in the chest. I hade to pay $23 to ship it back, and MensUSA charged me again to ship another suit to to me. There is no refund, only store credit. The shipping is not free. After you receive your suit, you see this.

To re-ship your new product, there is $25 re-ship charge payable by credit card or debit card for the first item and $10 each additional item. This will make sure that we will ship your exchange right away.
This contradicts the top paragraph. This is a scam front store, Use a local department store, that way you are guarantee a proper exchange or refund. I will neve use this company again

The lack of reply is clear demonstration that I have also been scammed like others.

I should have read the other reviews before I ordered.

I ordered a jacket in March but have not received it todate.

I am sympathetic to the constraints that companies have faced due to Covid.

I try not to use words such as “scam”. I am also patient but when one does not receive their order after two months, it is reason for suspect.

My biggest issue is not having my follow-up emails answered. A follow-up email could have given me some peace of mind and prevented from me sharing this poor customer service story.

In a nut shell I too feel scanmed.

To all potential Mensusa customers. I will never ever consider purchasing anything from this business. Their customer service is despicable. I ordered an item and after 2 weeks had not received the purchased order. I contacted Mensusa and they indicated there was a concern about the color I ordered. My original order clearly displayed the color. They resolved that issue. I called 2 days later to expedite my order because I needed the item prior to my new delivery date. I was informed at that time they did not have my size in stock. The customer service representative I spoke with was emphatically rude and literally hung the phone up on me. This type of behavior is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of Mensusa!!

TOTAL FRAUDSTERS....Money back guarantee on their site: "If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality, fit, or fabric of your suit you can return it for a full refund! "=total lie...once you have paid for it..on the invoice it says they will exchange for a price......they sent the wrong suit and won't take it back ..offer me a pittance to keep it and get lost...AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE..TAKE THEM TO COURT!

do NOT buy...terrible products and HORRIBLE service

Poor quality (pants were much larger than ordered....no tag and I could see where they removed the tag. Site states 100% Guarantee or full money back. this is NOT true. I asked for a return...got a response several days later which sated "just alter the pants". I again asked for a return - NO response. The feedback on the website is fake - states 100% positive feedback but unable to leave feedback. This site shows so much negative feedback. I certainly did not do my research before ordering.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Ordered two tuxedos. Four days later I am informed that they are not available AFTER I was informed they had shipped. After several calls to some of the most rude customer service agents I've ever dealt with, I finally just had to cancel the order. Customer service agent told me they couldn't cancel it over the phone. The only way to cancel was to reply to the email. I did this, but still have no confirmation it was canceled. I will have to file a dispute with my credit card company.

Save yourself a lot of trouble and stress and order elsewhere. This place is not legitimate and is a scam.

Scam seller, buyer beware!

Ordered what was pictured as a bright Green vest and pants for kid's prom, as well as a solid color shirt that should have been "free" as advertised.
What was delivered was nearly black it was so dark. Shirt didn't arrive until a week after the vest and pants, too late for prom.
Contacted this scam company to complain about the vest and pants, they offered to let me keep them with a 30% discount. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me since the wrong thing, even discounted, is still the wrong thing!
They then insisted that they sent everything exactly as ordered, even though the description clearly states "GREEN"
Return policy is a joke, they charge you for returns even if it is clearly their error.
This company is clearly a fraud and has many other shell sites as well, so beware in dealing with them or any others like them.

Complete scam

Complete scam . They got me have to admit . Try to get a tracking number and you are sent in an endless loop . Don't waste your time calling them as no one will pick up and you cant leave a message . They put on a great scam front so you have to give that to them . Thanks for the screw job and for taking 2 days pay from me for something that never showed up. Stay Classy Mensusa.

This company is a F****** scam if there was one. My husband convinced me to order from this crappy site. What I requested was not available, instead I was emailed with something. I even told them I would take a smaller size in my first request, yet it wasn’t available by. Instead they offered me to take anything else on the site, which I expressed no just give me back the money. Imagine I had to call back in to tell them I needed a refund. So you don’t have what I ordered and your just holding on to my money the nerves. Called back to find out why if I requested a refund why didn’t I get an emailed as what was stated to me before, and someone in customer service who claims to be a supervisor by the name of JENNIFER tells me a emails can’t be sent until the refund is process??? Where the heck is this company hiring their employees from Craigslist?? Ridiculous. I’ll definitely be contacting the BBB and any other office I can get in touch with.

I wish i would have read the reviews first. The items sent where wrong and poor quality. I called back to get a refund and the company was rude and one lady hung up in my face. Later i was told to email info@suitusa.... for information on returning however no one has responded to the email. I had luck in getting the charges reversed and submitted a complaint to the better business bureau. If you are having issues please contact the BBB! Make sure you have all your information, invoice, and email attempts to attach to your complaint.

This store has gone to the DOGSthey advertising is a BIG lie they will send you the wrong suit and won't take responsibility for there errors. I bought a suit from them and they sent me the wrong suit. When I called them on three different occasions they kept lying saying they will fix it.. the guy sent me a text offering me a discount on the suit I responded with a no just send me the RMA# so I can send it back and get the right suit ok 2 month's pass by and I'm serious 2 month's they kept sending me a text saying they sent the right suit. I could not believe this was going on and then.. This stupid guy I spoke with on the phone tells me Sir it's to late for you to exchange or get a refund.. So there is nothing else we can do so what else can I help you with.. lol wow. So I'm done with them... it's not worth it

Customer Service is NIL

Initially, the company was responsive and very helpful. I ordered a suit, after speaking with Philip regarding needing six suits for my son's wedding and he told me if it wasn't right, I would be able to return it. Well, I ordered the suit and the wrong suit was sent. Wrong color, material, etc. I called to speak with someone and was told they aren't working in the office due to COVID, so, I had to e-mail. According to their website, they reply within 5-8 hours. I e-mailed them three times......NO REPLY. Their websit clearly states that if they send the wrong item, they would take the return and refund, however, you have to get an RMA. Requested it, but no reply. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company to say the least. I will never deal with them again.

Worst Experience Ever

If you are looking for a tuxedo and have a ton of time and money to waste, then by all means order from this company. However, if you are like the rest of us, who value our time and money, then DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, no matter how cool the tuxedo looks online.

I purchased a tuxedo on 09 DEC 21 for my wedding that was set to occur aboard a cruise ship. The ship departs on 10 JAN 22, so I figured I had plenty of time to get the tuxedo ordered and tailored before the ship was set to depart.

I ordered the tuxedo online for $180 with free shipping. Their standard shipping was 3-5 days, which I thought was fine. I ordered a 34 Short, what they sent was a 34 Regular. I received the original order on 14 DEC 21.

On 15 DEC 21, I emailed the returns department, they told me that as soon as I provided a tracking number that the tuxedo had been sent back to them, they would ship out the exchange. I did try the tuxedo on and realized that I needed a larger size, they confirmed that a 36 Short would be sent. I shipped the tuxedo back to them on 17 DEC 21. Not only did I have to pay to ship it back to them (about $22), but I also had to pay an exchange fee of $25, but also expedited shipping of $35.

I received an email on 22 DEC 21 that my exchange had been processed. The tuxedo arrived on 25 DEC 21.

When the second tuxedo arrived, it was the wrong style, I had ordered a two-piece, they sent a three-piece. It was also the wrong color, wrong size, and wrong fabric. Once again, I emailed the returns department on 25 DEC 21, I got the same run around about as soon as they got a tracking number, they would send out the replacement. On 28 DEC 21, they told me that the only size they had in the style and color that I wanted was a 34 Regular, and they can waive the regular shipping charge.

I had to pay to ship the second incorrect tuxedo back to them, still had to pay the $25 exchange fee and an expedited shipping charge of $45. At this point, I have paid $6 less than the original cost of the tuxedo (in shipping and exchange fees alone) and will still end up with exactly what they incorrectly shipped the first time.

The third tuxedo is supposed to arrive on 05 JAN 22. The tuxedo arrived on 05 JAN 22 as promised, with one major issue it is black and not dark navy blue, so once again they send the wrong one. I called customer service to report the error. They stated that they did send the correct tuxedo, even though the item number was different, it looked nothing like the photos online, and the color is wrong.

They offered to send a replacement with expedited shipping, which I should receive by Friday, 07 JAN 22. We will see what arrives. Keep in mind, I have to have it tailored before my tailor closes on 08 JAN 22, guess he is going to have to work a crap-ton of magic to get it done in time.

So, I guess I am getting married in shorts and a t-shirt, thank you Mensusa.com for a wonderful wedding memory.

Update, it turns out that the fourth attempt at getting my tuxedo correct did not arrive on Friday, 07 JAN 22 as promised, it arrived on Monday, 10 JAN 22, 5 hours after I had already boarded the cruise ship. Fortunately for us, we made some real quick backup decisions and found something that worked, so the day was not a total loss.

Now begins the long battle in returning yet another tuxedo and trying to get a refund. Once again, DO NOT BUY FROM MENSUSA.COM.

The suit that was delivered is not the suit I ordered and there is no way to return it. Their customer service phone number won't connect to a person because "they're understaffed." You can email and they just respond with questions. They finally told me to "follow the instructions below to return the suit."... and of course they did not include any instructions. After that, they stopped responding to all my emails. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE FRAUD!!!

Possibly the worst customer service…

Possibly the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Sent the wrong item twice. Still haven’t refunded the return shipping necessary for mistakenly wrong items sent and zero phone support to compensate for the incompetent email support team. Matter is in fact still unresolved for over a month and ongoing.

This is a fraudulent company! Do not order from them. I placed an order on Black Friday night (last night) . Unfortunately I did not read their reviews first. I read their reviews right after ordering. I canceled my order within 30 minutes. They're located in California and I am on the East Coast. After emailing them I called their customer service number since it was still business hours there. I got a recording saying their customer service was working from home due to COVID-19 so they were only responding to emails. This is November 2021. No one is still working from home. I followed up with another email. No response.
This morning (Saturday) at 7:45 AM Pacific Time (we're they're located) they sent me an email stating that my order had been shipped. I had already emailed them once this morning before I received their email. I checked the tracking number they provided. It was FedEx. I called FedEx. They informed me that nothing had been shipped. That only a shipment label had been created. They told me that FedEx does not pickup or ship on Saturdays. I emailed them again telling them all of this information and demanded an immediate refund. I told them I would report them to the Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, Facebook, and whatever California fraudulent business agency I could find. I've emailed them several times now without a response. I believe they also own MENSITALY.COM and SUITUSA.COM.
I'm reporting all of them.
DO NOT ORDER FROM ANY OF THESE FRAUDULENT BUSINESSES!

I would give a negative 5 if possible

I would give a negative 5 if possible, unresponsive to emails, will not answer customer service calls but answers retail sales line. Charges you a restocking fee for their shipping mistakes. I returned item for correct size on 27 October 2021, it is now 17 November 2021 and the items is still pending delivery to UPS
