Do NOT order from these people! There customer service is a joke! Had to contact a sales person just to receive help. Also NEVER received my package. They also claimed they sent me an updated email which I never received. Did I also mentioned they provided me with the wrong tracking number. Save yourself the disappointment and shop else where!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMANY. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! I ordered a suit from this company mensusa and the suit ran very big. I have ordered from other companies and I have never had a problem with this name brand suit, It has always been true to size. The online processing said you need to contact them via email. I contacted them per email and I was not contacted back. I called the customer service line and explained that no one has replied to my email. I advised him I would like an exchange and explained the problem with the size. I indicated their website states free shipping easy returns or exchanges. He got very rude, nasty and ignorant with me and said to me this is why tailors get up each morning to assist people like me. I advised him the closet tailor is an hour away from and it is an inconvenience and costly to travel that far and pay for alterations. I would like to do and exchange. He replies back to me rather than argue with me take it to a tailor and hung up on me.

Awful product and Horrible customer service

What an awful company with extremely inferior products. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY if you want a good quality product. I ordered a Western tuxedo. It was neither a tuxedo nor Western, PLUS it was horrible material and not worthy of trying on. They say you can get a full refund if you aren't satisfied. That's a lie. They also make it EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to return the product. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY and do not buy from this company

Absolutely the worst experience ever.

This is absolutely the worst experience I've had with a company. Poor response time, no one to talk too, and no concern for customers satisfaction. I'm stuck with a suit I can't use. I will not use this service again. Too all that continue to use this service, I would say buyer beware. They don't care about you, just your inconvenience and money. 😭😭😭🤮🤮🤮🤮

Complete Thieves!!! I ordered two men's suits from them months ago. A few weeks later only one suit arrived. I wasn't notified or issued a partial refund. I sent them an email and after a week I received a reply that said "the material for the suit you chose had a flaw in it and can't be fulfilled Please pick another item". I wasn't offered my money back. I selected another item and never heard back. I've sent email after email over the past few months and no response. I think they string you along pretending they are resolving your issue until you're outside of your credit card's dispute window.

Read This. IMPORTANT!

If anyone is reading this review, DO NOT pay any attention to the positive reviews, they are all "Plants" inserted by MenUSA reps to offset all of the bad reviews they are generating due to their lies & poor customer service. I first did an order with them back in 2013. Naturally they screwed up my order, and after several attempts to finally get the correct order only for them to keep sending me the wrong item, I just said to hell with them. And wore something else. Now fast forward about 6 years and we were in 2019, I figured that maybe over time that they finally got their s--t together and were ready to do some real business, WRONG! I ordered a couple of overcoats from them and was sent the wrong color. So in short, unless you're looking to waste your time, your money, and your temper trying to do business with a company as shi'tty as MenUSA, then "have at it" I am totally surprised that they are still even in business, cause after they screwed up my order and I had to pay out of my pocket to return their fu-k up, I filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau and the Attny General for the state of California. But seeing all these new negative reviews, I guess nothing had been done, so it' fu--ing up as usual for MenUSA. I recommend you go to Ebay and find one of those vendors who provide "custom made attire" they make it according to your actual specifications, I've been doing business with a few of them for the past 2 years and everything I've wanted, the style, the fabric, the pattern, they will more than likely be able to make it for you, not to mention, they are prompt with their delivery and they verify you order before they even give you a price. I've had about 7 to 10 suits made, along with about 8 Overcoats of all colors (Red, Royal Blue, Green, Orange, Yellow etc) and as far as price, they can be beat. I just had them make me 2 suits with matching Topcoats for $300, MenUSA charge about twice that amount and will still screw up your order. Just go to Ebay and look up men suits and look for the ones that offer custom made. But definitely stop trying to do any business with MenUSA, they are not worth the headache.

They won’t refund or exchange! Suit was never worn.

I purchased a suit which was about 2 sizes smaller than it should have been. I asked for a return # to exchange for either a larger size or a refund for over 3 months. This was what I finally received…”We can offer you a one time complimentary $24 refund back to your credit card today if you would like to keep the product. If you still want to exchange it back to us, it will cost you up to $25 in shipping to send it back to us, plus we do not refund the original cost of shipping the product to you which can be as much as $25. So by keeping the product you are saving $50 in shipping plus the $24 refund I am offering to you today. It makes a lot more sense for you to keep the product.

Scam company

If can I’ll choose zero stars. Customer service don’t answer on purpose so you won’t get a refund or return, they never answer emails and the reviews on their website are all scam, don’t throw your money on this website because items don’t match descriptions plus no way to refund or get in touch with them. They might pick up but no use!! They will tell u wait for email which will never happen..

If there was a score less than one star, I would select it.
The store's customer services stinks. Received a suit I did not order. Now, unable to return or get my money back, even after reaching out to the store on several occasions.
If you value your money, do not shop "Mensusa"

Where to start

Where to start: they go out of they to give you the most herbal customer service you will ever experience. I am in a wedding party and everyone is wearing a top hat. I order one on Friday paid a lot for two day shipping. When Tuesday came around and I still did not receive my package I tried calling them and took me almost 24 hours to get a hold of someone. FedEx that is delivering the package told me multiple times that if they call in and change the address to the hotel I'm staying in that they would be able to deliver it on time. They lied multiple times that they had called FedEx when they did not. Now it is too late and I am going to look really bad at the wedding been the only one without a hat. They hung up on me twice. Not sure if they are even a real company. I do not wish this experience even on my enemies

I'd never buy here again.

I had a charity event that required a White Jacket Tux jacket and Black Pants. Ordered that from these people. Got the shipment, and not only did they NOT send pants, they sent THE WRONG JACKET!!

So I call to make an exchange and emphasize the timing of the event. They agreed to waive their 'restocking fee' (ya think?) and to ship the replacement to me with 3 day shipping. That would get the item to me with about 1 or 2 days to alter before the event.

So they ship it GROUND, and i have zero time to alter it!!!! But there's more, The Jacket and Pants must have been mismarked I think because, the jacket won't button (not enough fabric to alter it anyway as I later learned) and the pants also were about 4 inches to small in the waist, again, with no room to let them out. So i have no choice but to wear the ill fitting jacket and buy ANOTHER pair of pants locally, as their screw up, left me with NO time for any other options. As a side note, I am 6'5" and not an easy fit for jackets, let alone this specific style that was required, so I couldn't just mossy into a store and buy off the rack. Would that I could have.

So then I call to let them know and am told abruptly, that size and timing is not their concern. She said I received what I ordered and regardless of their errors, if it got there too late, that was not her problem, and she hung up on me! LOL I called back 2 more times and got nowhere with her. ( she identified herself as the owners wife I believe, when I asked to speak to a supervisor.) Great customer service, ha.

So i go to the event, looking like a vagabond but at least i was able to attend. I get back and call AGAIN, to work out returning the pants that clearly were mismarked. I even said, I understand if I have to keep the jacket, I'll donate it to charity maybe, but the pants are unworn and should be credited to me upon return.

I get back and call the company and was told abruptly, but a different lady, that she won't even discuss my issue until I send an email asking for the return. Again, quality customer service for sure. lol

So I send the email, and 7 days later hear NOTHING and have to call again. So I call and speak to someone for what is not A THIRD TIME, at customer service. He tellsl me that because I wore the jacket, I can't return any of the items. Regardless of whether what I was shipped was what I ordered and got there too late due to THEIR ERROR.

I think this is a ridiculous stance given the utter breakdown in their delivery and customer service 'departments', but so be it. Now I'm left with a jacket and pants that don't fit and I'm out a couple hundred dollars.

I just wanted people to know my experience. Your mileage may vary, but forewarned is forearmed.

Terrible

Ordered a yellow blazer. Burnt Orange is what came in though it had a yellow sticker on it. Dont know in what world that color is yellow. After 2 weeks going back and forth on emails - they offered me $30 refund to keep the jacket. 100% guarantee my a--. Gave it to GoodWill. Wrote off the Jacket and MensUSA all in one fell swoop. STAY AWAY

DO NOT BUY FROM this place. Horrible customer service. i ordered a tuxedo last week in order to have it in time for a wedding this weekend. their website said free 3 day shipping on orders over $99, but my order took 10 days. They don't answer the phone or emails.

I returned it, but they only refunded a portion of my purchase.

Based on on the reviews here, i should have know not to buy from this place

Won't be going back

I previously wrote a review that was 2 star and now I found out the truth about this website. They are totally deceptive in their practices! They take orders for merchandise they don't even have, They tell you tha orders have been shipped when in fact they have never even been placed? WHY they function like this I can't explain but they are very dishonest! As many others have done, I recommend not giving them your money. You probably will be disappointed.

DO NOT buy from Men's USA unless you are absolutely sure you won't need to make a return

Horrible company!! They misrepresent their products and their return process is an absolute nightmare! Return policy on website says "free returns," "unconditional returns," and "free return shipping." None of that is true. In the email order confirmation they have a different return policy than what is on their website and the policy in the email is what they will tell you that you "agreed" to during check out. When trying to get them to let us return the suits that we did not want, they actually offered us money to just keep them. When we didn't accept their offer they told us that we will have to pay to ship the suits back and also pay a possible restocking fee. By the way, this horrendous return experience is the same even if the fault is on their end, ie, they sent you the wrong product, a flawed product, or they misrepresented the product. They also mislead you into thinking that all their suits are 100% wool which is not true. If you've had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company and need to contact them other than through email, use this number 1-844-650-3963 and when the automated menu options come on just hit 0. This connected us right away with a representative. We can't say that talking to a representative over the phone vs. through email did any good but it's at least quicker than waiting days for them to respond to your emails. If you have not yet done business with them heed our warning and look elsewhere for suits. Also, beware that Men's USA, Men's Italy, and Men's Tuxedo USA are all names for this company.
