I called dozens of times over multiple weeks trying to get this blazer and after 3 weeks, they told me it was out of stock. Customer service is the worst and all of them were completely unhelpful. They transferred me to every possible different phone number every time I called them saying I'm at the wrong warehouse. I needed this blazer before prom and someone named Philip promised me I would get it and then I spent 3 days trying to contact Philip again until I was finally fed up and talked to another lady where she told me it was out of stock everywhere even though Philip told me they had plenty of the blazers I wanted. Don't shop here if you want anything I should've listened to the other reviews about them receiving different colors and different sized stuff than they ordered but I wanted the blazer really bad so I ignored them. If you somehow get what you wanted from this sucky ass place, you are one of the very few lucky people.

Ordered a suit from them. Was sent something completely different from what was ordered and paid for. Looked up what was sent me and it was half the price of what I ordered. Was told that I could not return it despite them sending the wrong item.

I purchased a 3 piece suit. They charged men the price+free shipping+$10 for something. The pants and coat did not fit. I sent several emails and did not get a response for many business days. I tried to call during their business hours but no one ever answered. I ask for a RMA and days later they informed me that It could not be returned even though they have a 100% fit guarantee. I had to turn it over to my credit card company before they would agree to allow me to return it. I sent it back in the original box and all the tags and everything was still on there. They only refunded part of the suit price even though it was exactly like it was sent an even returned in the same box. I will never buy anything from this Shady and crooked company again. DO NOT buy anything from Mensusa.com, go to some other website or risk getting cheated by this company.

Beware, they have no problem lying about stock and delivery to get your money. Rudest customer service and so much misinformation. Will need to dispute charge to get my money back.

contact this administration concerning my order. They failed to refund me due to the item was no longer in stock. I spoke to Vanessa who put me on hold for 20 minutes. When she returned to assist me there was no acknowledgment or an offer of a apology for being hold. I provide her my information concerning my refund. She became very disrespectful and rude when I asked why it so long to reimburse me when I submit my reply to the email. She became very rude , loud and obnoxious. When I started stated quoting the fair debts collection act to her , she just repeat the same behavior. I asked for a supervisor. She said she was the supervisor and hung up on me. Moving forward I am gonna put this out there on social media, family , friends, co workers, the general public , churches, mosques and military comrades. I am gonna ask them not to patronize Men’s USA. We must stop or nolonger spend our hard earned monies with business that don’t respect us. If it was not for the customers Men’s USA wouldn’t be in business and there employees would not be employed. The behavior that Vanessa display is a comfortable behavior she is use to displaying. Now I am in North Carolina, could you imagine what her attitude like right there in Los Angeles California.. Thank You Vanessa for your disrespect.

I would give them zero stars if I could. My husband takes a 44L in his suits. The suit they sent was completely too small. They claimed the pants were adjustable from 34-38 inches, but "adjustable" means you have to take the suit to a tailor. The sleeves are three inches too short. When I emailed this, the response was again that the suit could be taken to a tailor for alterations They refuse to give me a refund. SO much for their 100% satisfaction guarantee. Terrible customer service.

they tried to fob off unmatching trousers as part of a suit i ordered. told me to pick a replacement which i did not want and i am waiting for a refund... very angry at customer service who were of absolutely no help, all they could say is that they will get back to you. thay have my money. customer service said that due to covid the accounting department were unable to answer total incompetence AVOID AT ALL COST

Do not waste your money or time with this company. I was told that my tuxedo would arrive in 3 days, but it did not. In fact, it still has not been delivered. I ordered on Feb. 2 and today is Feb 12. I am getting married tomorrow at 1:30 and the last update was that my tuxedo will be delivered tomorrow by end of day smh. I had to rent a tux that I am not satisfied with. Then I try to contact them, they do not respond in any way, email or text. I would give negative stars if possible....go somewhere else!

I brought a dress khaki overcoat from this company, when I received the coat it was camel in color and a total different design. Nothing close to what the picture of the coat I ordered looked like. I contacted them immediately to ask if they could exchange this coat for the correct one that I ordered and was told there was nothing they could do. I sent a picture of the coat I ordered and the coat I received, (anyone could clearly see the difference). I was told a second time that I received the right coat and therefore did not meet the refund policy criteria. Customer Service is terrible!!! These people are rude and will not honor their refund policy at any cost. Save your money and buy from a reputable company, or at least read the reviews from other customers before you purchase. They don't even deserve the one star!!

We ordered an IVORY suit for my son's wedding. Mensusa sent a WHITE suit. They said I couldn't return the suit as it was a FINAL sale. Don't believe the 100% money back guaranty. I would not recommend this company if you are expecting to be treated properly. Why has USA customer service sunk down to the level of shifty Chinese companies. Very sad.

I always buy blazers from this website for our company uniforms. We needed these delivered fast and MensUSA worked with us getting the items we needed and quick. Even with COVID going on they were able to help us quickly. I recommend this company to my family members and friends because i know they will be taken care of. They are very attentive and helpful!

The quality of their suits is great, We were planning my sister's wedding and were looking to rent some tuxedo s for the groomsmen, when we were looking for style ideas we found this website, we called and found out their prices were not rental but to purchase the product, Wow, the sales rep was really helpful we even got free shirts and ties! She helped us get exactly the same tux for our groomsmen in a timely manner and we had everything we needed in time for the wedding

What a great experience with mensusa.com, The tuxedo is worth the price and more. I'm sure I will get many wears from it in the future. As with any clothing you intend to purchase online it's important to get sized. Upon receiving the tuxedo I took it to have it altered to ensure a quality fit. The alterations were few and the end result was a James Bond like look. The end result was one well-dressed man – me! The tuxedo arrived in excellent condition and included a garment bag that I can use to store the tuxedo until my next event. I am more than pleased with my purchase and would purchase from the seller again.

Ordered a costume suit for New Years, got it pretty quickly and it fit great. Everyone at the party loved it, so 5 stars.

Total life saver! sean was quick and professional as soon as we walked into the door! The wedding is tonight and everything was closed Sunday and with the COVID pandemic, the rental place next to us was closed! We were afraid we would have to scrounge around Burlington Factory for a suit and not the appropriate tuxedo! Talk about last minute! So happy to have gone by previous reviews and made the trek up here! Now I have to find a dress for me!

You guys don't have anything to worry about when it comes to formal wear, this place has the sizes and the professional experience to accommodate you! We were in a pinch and having Jerry tell us "no problem" with such short notice was clutch! Thank you so much Jerry!

I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST PURCHASING FROM MENSUSA. I ordered a $230 jacket from them which was the worst possible quality I could imagine and big enough for 2 people to wear and then some. Before purchasing the agent specifically told me that I could return it if it wasn’t the right size which was why I decided to go ahead. WORST DECISION I’VE EVER MADE BELIEVING HIM. I called and emailed only for them to say it’s a final sale. No returns only exchanges. So basically I’ve lost $230 on CRAP! DO NOT BE LIKE ME. DO NOT ORDER FROM MENSUSA. If I could give 0 stars I would. Please save yourself the headache and disappointment. BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!! THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!! I ordered a shirt and pants jean outfit. Prior to ordering, I called the company to ensure that the fit would meet my expectations and size and was reassured that it would be a US 3X. I received the outfit and 2 of me could fit into it. Needless to say, I was horribly disappointed and called the customer service, which seemed to be someone's cell phone and not a business number, where I was hung up on several times. I returned the item(s) and was expecting a refund for the full amount of the outfit, excluding the shipping they paid and was only refunded a portion of what I paid for the outfit, they claiming it was for shipping, which makes no sense if I paid shipping on the return and their shipping costs was less than $15.00. If I returned the outfit, which costs 130.00 and was only refunded 90.00, why are they not refunding me the entire amount??? So, they have the clothing back and kept some of my money I paid for it. Also, the jean material was thin and cheap and definitely not worth what they are charging. We contacted the BBB and the company won't even respond to them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! TAKE HEED TO THE WARNINGS!!!!

Ordered a $155 jacket for a wedding from their website for my boyfriend listed as 48R - the jacket came and it had a tag in it for 3XL, and did not fit. We requested a return and was told to pay to ship it back. $15 in a flat rate box it went. When we were credited for the refund we only got $140 back and was told that it was minus shipping.

1. On our invoice when we ordered the jacket the shipping was listed at $0.00.

2. When questioning and emailing with the company we got a nasty attitude because they do pay for shipping up front and don't charge it to the customer.

Well guess what - if you don't tell the customer you pay shipping you can't take it when we return the jacket cause it does not fit!

How about you aren't sneaky about it. Now we are out $30 in shipping prices because they lied on their website. Don't believe the free shipping.

Oh and the quality of the jacket was terrible. STAY AWAY from these HORRIBLE HORRIBLE people who lie.
