Customer Service was excellent. Nyan did a wonderful job of patiently going over the color availability for the suit I was interested in. When a color was unavailable, she made great suggestions for other comparable suits. She spent a significant amount of time trying to assist with the sale and make sure I would be happy with the purchase. Thank you, Nyan! I do wish Mens USA would do a better job at updating it's website so this level of customer service is not required. For that reason, I gave 4 stars.

They Sent the Wrong Item and Kept My Shipping Fees
I ordered from Men's Tuxedo USA on 2/16. The website advertised same-day shipping, and I paid extra for 3-day delivery. It took 9 days to arrive. During that time I requested cancellation multiple times since they couldn't honor the shipping timeline I paid for - they refused every time.
When the package finally showed up on 2/25, it wasn't even the item I ordered. Completely different SKU. I have photo evidence.
I returned the wrong item they sent me - unopened, in new condition, in original packaging - and requested a full refund. They issued a partial refund and are withholding $33.93, claiming that shipping and the prepaid return label are "non-refundable since they are processed automatically by the carrier."
Let that sink in. They charged me for 3-day shipping they didn't deliver, sent me an item I didn't order, and then kept the shipping fees for both directions because the carrier already processed them. Their mistake, my cost.
After weeks of back-and-forth over email and live chat, they refuse to make it right. I've since filed a dispute with my bank and complaints with the FTC, California Attorney General, and the BBB.
Do yourself a favor and do some research before ordering. I wish I did. You'll find countless examples of people with the exact same experience - wrong items, late shipping, partial refunds, and a company that makes it so difficult to get your money back that people just give up. That's not bad customer service. That's a fraudulent business model.

This young lady called me back and let me know the status of my order. It's been 8 days and the order was said that the suit was not in stock, and the confusion on a replacement was difficult. The 1920’s style suit was nothing like the website photo. The fit was horrible. I tried to reach out to the company for a refund by completing the refund form, even including a photo of the poorly fitting suit. I heard noting back from the company. I called the company to no avail. I am out the cost of this item with no recourse except to warn others. DO NOT order from this place.
MENSUSA SUCKS!
My wife ordered a great looking blazer for me. It had a large houndstooth pattern in black and white. They sent a small houndstooth patterned 3 price suit. The pants are huge, the jacket fits ok, but is 100% polyester, and I’ve never worn a vest except with a tux. I don’t like it. They won’t answer me. I’ve reached out to them through email and phone and no answers and no response. She spent decent money on the blazer and now we have trash. The pants say 100% wool and the jacket like I said says 100% polyester. They see like the same material and I’m guessing polyester. Who knows what the vest is because I have no use for it and don’t care about it. This site is a sham! You better believe the 1.5 rating they have…in fact I think that rating is very high for what they provide and their customer service. It’s been 2 months so if I ever do get a hold of them I’m quite sure they will say you missed the return date. I hate that they got 1 penny of our money.

They're unreliable! Their product did not for because they did not ask for specific measurements. I returned it to get a full refund like their website said, then they didn't fully refund me. When I've tried contacting them, they don't respond or disregard the issue. Awful company to work with 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Mens USA is a parent company. It also includes Alberto Nardoni, Mens Tuxedo USA, Emens Suits, and possibly others. Look at the heading of the website you're on, and if it looks nearly identical to the format of any of these other websites, it's likely connected. Don't trust that website.
This is a company that seems to be either unable or unwilling to follow up on the promises it makes to its customers. They have a link to make a styling appointment, but there is no one to actually receive the appointment or link to follow to attend it. They send you links that don't work in order to try to placate you. They claim to say they'll "follow up and try to get you a tracking number". None of their customer service lines work, even during business hours. I got hung up on 4 times without ever being answered when trying to call.
Buying a suit is a significant investment. When trying to follow up on my order, the number of broken promises and times being brushed off was enough to cancel my order before its arrival and seek out a refund so I could afford to spend my money elsewhere.
Be firm in your want for a refund, try to cancel your order early if your order is time sensitive otherwise it seems you will have to pay for the shipping. Until this company decides to seriously reassess its priorities and its integrity, I do not recommend buying anything from it or its affiliated websites.
EDIT: To get in contact with them, use either the chatbox or their email, and be persistent. This was the most reliable way I found to get in contact with them.

Emen Suits sent me a suit I didn't order. I've tried communicating with the Company. They requested a picture of wrongly sent suit which was a velvet tuxedo. I sent the photo of wrong suit sent to me.I ordered a green striped suit. I have never encountered a company who have such a total disregard and disrespect towards a paying customer. They promised a return label, which I haven't received. This confusion has been going on for at least ,3 weeks and still no return label.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Paid for expedited shipping that took over two weeks only to get wrong size sent. Took two more weeks to respond to the email I sent trying to contact customer service and when I threatened to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge, only then did they respond claiming my email went to their spam folder. The poor grammar used in the email leads me to believe that I am communicating from someone in China. They are now trying to charge me return shipping for the suitcoat, in addition to having to pay for shipping to get the correct size that I initially ordered. Regardless, I will be disputing this with my credit card company.

Truly garbage they took two weeks to even ship anything and what they did. It was a completely different jacket than the one I ordered and a completely different vest. I said well I would like to return it for the one that is pictured and they said oh we don’t carry that one anymore.

I ordered a suit, expedited delivery (paid a lot of extra money). After 4 days I had to contact them and they suddenly had questions regarding size. I answered. Long story short they never sent my suit and will not refund over $200 that I paid. Now they refuse to respond to my emails or calls.
