Jonas made it easy for me to find the suit that I wanted and was very patient in completing my order by phone. Simple and efficient!

I ordered a pair of $270 shoes with a $10 3-10day delivery fee on 2/7/2019. Didn't recieve them by 3\11 so I called to inquire about shoes and was told they don't have my size 11, but could send a 10.5 or 11.5 I requested a refund on 3\11. Today is 3/19/2019 and no refund. When I called to complained I was hung up on, told the $ was sent to my bank and then finally told to wait a little longer. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A EAST COST ATTITUDE.

Do business with MensUSA at your peril. Their customer service is terrible at best. I ordered a coat in 40 regular, they sent me the wrong coat in the wrong size 38 Long. Per their web site I sent them a return request via email, to which they did not respond. I called them and they said that I had to send an email, I verified the correct email and sent the email again, still no response. I called them again and they said they had not received my emails. I said I am not sending anymore emails and demanded that they give me the Return Authorization info immediately which they did. I had to pay for return shipping, even though it was their error. Their return policy is if they made a mistake they would refund the entire price including the original shipping, DON'T BELIEVE THEM!!!.I returned the item and they gave me a partial refund. I have filed a dispute with the credit card company and will get my full refund, but not without the credit card companies assistance. I will NEVER deal with them again.

This is the worst rip off company in America, when you have a return , you have to pay for the return. I never heard of this with any company you have to pay for a return and then they do not honor the erroneously information the sales department give you on the phone. I was told on this past Thursday by a sales agent i had to pay $60.00 for a overnight delivery to have the suit for Sunday. Plus i had to pay $25.00 to have the suit i exchanged for a bigger size return to me. I never received my suit all Friday i'm checking and checking and then i get email confirmation stating that it will be delivered on Monday March 4, 2018 from FedEx. I called and talked to Sophia and Kathy on Friday and was told by Kathy i she listens to the tape since its suppose to be recorded, and if the rep. did not tell me that overnight delivery do not included Saturday that she will refund me my $60.00 back for overnight delivery. It is Monday March 4, 2019 and i did not receive a call from this bogus rip off scam company. I talked to somebody by the name of Jonas suppose to be the supervisor that kept going on and on about it did not include Saturday and the rep should have told me that. Jonas was refusing to refund my $60.00 for the overnight delivery. I asked to speck to his supervisor after telling him the conversation me and Kathy had about the refund. He still refusing to refund my money back and saying nobody there is over him. He is high as i can go. Avoid this scam company they are a rip off , i am returning the suit for a FULL REFUND and WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM EVER And WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS IN LOS ANGELES, Ca. Not to order from them either. Jonas want to be supervisor as, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB immediately after this posting . Jonas is ignorant and rude as hell, poor customer service to the MAX!!!!!!!!!! STAY away they ARE NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE THEY ARE A RIP OFF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .

MENS USA staff are completely incompetent. You are wasting your time and money if you do business with them.They send you the wrong item and then good luck getting it returned. My first experience was not good and I thought I would give them another try. Obviously my second mistake but there will never be a third.

if i could leave a 1/4 star i would or even a negative one...i wonder if i could get a class action lawsuit against these guys with so many complaints...in any case, i ordered a topcoat/overcoat on the 18th of Jan 2019...paid 209 plus 10 for " fast " shipping....product NEVER came...called em back after they assured me i would receive within 3 days...never got a tracking number...never got the product..." Supposedly" they sent the wrong item to the wrong address....told em to refund...they said they would...still waiting....BUYER BEWARE...

**** UPDATE *** These people do NOT like to give money back...got home yesterday and saw a package with my coat inside..LOVE the coat and fits great....would've been nice for them to have gotten this right the 1st time instead of leaving a bad taste due to terrible customer service...great product, terrible service..

The bad reviews gives mensusa no justice.I purchased a walking suit which was too small size chart was not correct. I called and spoke to a gentleman who was very friendly and helpful. I told him I really wanted it to wear for my 50th birthday in LA. He really helped me out I will have the suit on time but he went out of his way to email me to let me know when it will be delivered and also told me to enjoy my trip. I pretty sure he talks to a lot of people daily but for him to say enjoy my trip it let’s me know he values the customer. Thank you sir and I’m sorry I did not get your name.

This company is a joke. We ordered a jacket and received a totally different item. They tried to refuse to refund or take back the item. Don't waste your money ordering from them.

So far have ordered three suits from them. In each case none of them were the suit pictured on their website. One was close enough that I kept it. One was unacceptable and one not even close. They make you pay Return shipping. Their customer service people get so many complaints they often laugh when you call.

We ordered a dinner jacket for my husband on December 26th in the hopes it would arrive in time for NYE. Not only did it arrive in time, but it fit PERFECTLY and was very nicely made. It’s a special occasion jacket (sequins) so it won’t be worn a lot but it is just what he needed for a festive evening!

Avoid them like the plague!!! First, they sent the completely wrong item. I had to fight to get them to issue a return shipping label. I gave them another chance and they sent a different suit than the one ordered. I called and was told they "reserve the right to substitute". Promised a refund, but I had to pay to return it. They have now had the item since Dec 24, and STILL NO REFUND!!!!

Ditto with the review by M. Driscoll. I purchased a hat for $65 and paid $10 shipping. The hat I received in no way resembled the hat shown and described on their website. When I inquired about returning it, they said it would cost $15 to send it back and they would also charge me an additional $25 for the initial shipping! They said it's not worth returning so they would credit me $25 on my credit card. WHAT A SCAM. 100% customer satisfaction?? Yeah, right. Word to the wise-avoid dealing with this outfit. They're not interested in your satisfaction, just their bottom line!

This store is not worth bothering with and mainly a scam. They do not accept returns, no matter what their return policy says, and they have no interest in customer satisfaction or even a professional conduct. Emails are not being responded to and they avoid customer contact wherever they can. Avoid this business or be prepared to lose your money for good. Just look at the website and you can see it all....

Carla did an amazing job writing me daily until my order had been resolved. I felt like I had a family member helping me at the company. Extraordinary service.

Called in and spoke with Phillip at Men’s USA in LA/Santa Monica Ca. I needed a walking suit for my husband which he was able to find for me and had it shipped. We received the suit the next day and we are so pleased with what we purchased. Thank you Phillip for all of your help your amazing.

This place is full of sh_t, I ordered a suit and they sent me a wool coat instead. I contacted them and they said they had to check the warehouse to see what happened, they never called me back. I keep calling and they say that the suit is being shipped from the east coast, it's marked as shipped but they don't have a tracking number. I've never dealt with a place that is so full of bull sh_t. Take my advice and shop someplace else.

Rude and Passive aggressive customer service staff. Slow to ship and fights you on returns. Cheap product. Not worth the hassle. Do not purchase from this company.

MensUSA were very helpful with fitting my groomsmen for my recent wedding. They were very responsive and timely with any issues during the process. Very helpful with ensuring everything was delivered. I would recommend this company to others and would use them again if needed in the future.

Was real easy to work with and place my order. Very knowledgeable and courteous about the clothing I selected. Would love doing business with him in the future. He's a wonderful asset to the company. Can't wait to reorder.
