Always gave updates on what they were doing getting what i was looking for as i couldnt find it anywere and next thing you know it was getting delivered too me brill service

I made an enquiry about the maintenance of my e-bike, which I bought from them six months ago. They were super quick and efficient with their reply. Great company.

I purchased an ADO A20 from MarkShop over 3 years ago, and the after sales is the best I have ever recieved from a company. Always see as a valued and very prompt reply to email enquiry. I enquired about a resent issues with the rear hub on my ADO A20 and The advice I was given was amazing and it resolved the issue, their was me think I had to spend money on a replacement part but Joseph and the MarkShop team save lots of money. I already know when it come to buying another ebike MarkShop is place I will be going. Keep up the good work MarkShop Team a lot other business could learn some much from you customer service. Thanks again for all you help.

Punctual delivery, well packaged.

Bike arrived in 4 days from ordering tracking very good.. when assembling the bike the seat and post was missing, not in the box thou the box was completely sealed!! Markshop contacted duotts direct and got them to send another although this did take another 8 days to arrive as came direct from Duotts in China.. only negative with Markshop would be contact with them is through WhatsApp or via email which can take 24hrs for a response but respond they did..

Easy purchase, had a slight issue which was resolved straight away and no fuss. Great delivery time.

Great service, bought an ADO Air 20s, ordered Tues late afternoon and it arrived Thu lunchtime, came via DPD so great to get one hour time slot. Answered my questions by chat feature on website and price was best out there, would defo used this site again, very pleased with whole transaction. Highly recommended.

I went to Markshop to get a service on my Engwe L20, as wanted to just be sure all was on after having it for almost 8 months and having it recovered after a Theft outside my property and got the bike back after 7 weeks.

So in general, asked for the hub motor to be looked at along with a general check up. I did also enquire about hydraulic brakes for the bike, and actually ended up getting them installed which I know was long due to the lines being installed internally intonthe bike.

But the owner kept in contact and after a few days, my hub motor was looked at and now runs smoothly and also now have hydraulic brakes which work so well and very responsive.

Even afterservice was offered for next month to check the brakes are im good working order.

Now at home after a nice ride home and happy with the work that was done on the bike.

If you have an Engwe bike. Definitely use Markshop for all your bike needs. Perfect service.

At the start all seemed good, an acceptable amount of time to dispatch the bike, but then on went the brakes.

We are all aware of the reputation of courier company's, and the shorter the time an item is in transit with them, the better the chance of it's survival!

Tomorrow is the seventh day of waiting (albeit today is a BH) and I have informed the company that if the bike does not arrive tomorrow, I will not be accepting it at any further point. I mean God made the Heavens and the Earth in less time than it is taking for me to receive a bike!

The price of said bike is £1 less than £1200, so not cheap. I can buy something for £1 from a well known company beginning with A, and expect to receive it the following day! And to add insult to injury, the well known company beginning with A, have been known to deliver on a Bank Holiday!

Tardiness, even though it is common in this day and age, is just not acceptable.

Great company to deal with. I ordered 2 of the same electric bikes from them but after putting one of the bikes together I realised that the second one was too big for my wife. MarkShop were great and agreed to swap the bike for a different bike with a smaller frame. Wish more companies were more like this company.
