Established in 1979, Longacres is a family-run group of six garden centres in the south east of England. Our flagship Bagshot store is the largest independent garden centre in the south of the country.
We've been selling online since 2002 and have two purpose-built warehouses for stock and packing.

Lost goods
Ordered some pot saucers from Longacres. Goods not delivered. After lengthy communication chasing up both Longacres and InPost, I was eventually told that the goods had been lost.

Tough gloves
The ordering process was straightforward and my gloves arrived quickly. They are quite a snug fit but so far they have protected me well from prickles on roses and brambles.

Paddling pool order
Was called the day before my order was due to be delivered saying head office has forgot to load my paddling pool onto the lorry. They said it would be delivered hopefully the following week. Unexpectedly it was delivered the next day so was very satisfied.

Great Customer Service
Great price for Weber Charcoal. Their courier managed to lose the package first time round. I called and customer services dispatched the package again immediately, apologised and refunded the delivery charge as a good will gesture. Would recommend.
