Established in 1979, Longacres is a family-run group of six garden centres in the south east of England. Our flagship Bagshot store is the largest independent garden centre in the south of the country.
We've been selling online since 2002 and have two purpose-built warehouses for stock and packing.

Delivery rubbish, recovery great
Flowers were not delivered as scheduled which made things very awkward. However service recovery was superb, they made up another bouquet and delivered it by hand the next day which made a huge difference

I ordered a gift card which arrived when expected and is very pretty with flowers and plants on the card .
I requested a greeting inside which arrived hand written which was disappointing as the writing was untidy . I thought it would have been printed and would have looked better.

LG wood effect table and chairs
Delivery was on the scheduled day however it would have been helpful to have some indication of what time it was arriving.
I am pleased with the outdoor table and chairs as they are very light and require little maintenance.
A second person was needed to help screw the table legs on due to one of the legs being under tension.
The base had to be returned due to considerable damage by a mouse in the warehouse!

Pre-ordering the Lemax products is essential if you get them before the Christmas rush.
I was able to get what I wanted and at a very reasonable price.
