Established in 1979, Longacres is a family-run group of six garden centres in the south east of England. Our flagship Bagshot store is the largest independent garden centre in the south of the country.
We've been selling online since 2002 and have two purpose-built warehouses for stock and packing.

I asked for compost to be delivered…
I asked for compost to be delivered through side gate and stacked away from wall. The door was left unlocked the compost was left in full view and outside the gate. My partner at 81 had to move it not great.

Was a pleasure dealing with Longacres. I ordered a swing seat online and only had to wait a few days before delivery date. I was informed of delivery slot and could also follow the driver on a map in real time. The heavy box was brought round to our back garden by a very courteous driver. I had a query with the cost of the item as the price had changed since I ordered it. Customer services responded the same day and all was resolved very satisfactorily.

Shepperton Branch
Love Shepperton branch. I just de-stress as soon as I walk in. Staff are always very approachable and helpful with a smile on their face. Store always well set out. On this occasion I was picking up a click and collect. Gentleman helping me was lovely despite clearly being under the pump as it was very busy. Got someone to find my order straight away and they too were happy and super efficient. Manager should be very proud!
