I asked for compost to be delivered…
I asked for compost to be delivered through side gate and stacked away from wall. The door was left unlocked the compost was left in full view and outside the gate. My partner at 81 had to move it not great.

Was a pleasure dealing with Longacres
Was a pleasure dealing with Longacres. I ordered a swing seat online and only had to wait a few days before delivery date. I was informed of delivery slot and could also follow the driver on a map in real time. The heavy box was brought round to our back garden by a very courteous driver. I had a query with the cost of the item as the price had changed since I ordered it. Customer services responded the same day and all was resolved very satisfactorily.

Shepperton Branch
Love Shepperton branch. I just de-stress as soon as I walk in. Staff are always very approachable and helpful with a smile on their face. Store always well set out. On this occasion I was picking up a click and collect. Gentleman helping me was lovely despite clearly being under the pump as it was very busy. Got someone to find my order straight away and they too were happy and super efficient. Manager should be very proud!

No communication & do not take the boxes or Pallets away
The Garden Centre did not email to advise me the garden furniture was being despatched. I received a message from the Courier to say delivery would be that morning. Furniture is beautiful & we are extremely pleased with it.
The delivery driver was excellent. He brought the furniture round to the back of my house with no problem.
I would like to make people aware that the delivery driver advised me that the large cardboard boxes & the pallet the furniture came in/on has to be left with the customer which I find totally unacceptable. The pallet was double size & very heavy so if someone was elderly, they would not be able to move it or dispose of the very large boxes. The delivery drivers have a large vehicle so it would be easier for them to take it away.
I would recommend the furniture but not so much the service.

With regards to the packaging and pallet, our product description does advise that nationwide deliveries are made via pallet delivery and that customers are responsible for disposing of the pallet once received. Unfortunately, pallet collection is not a service offered by the courier but we appreciate your feedback and will share your comments with the relevant team.
