Incredible Customer Service
Called Supremo earlier today to enquire about a part for our outdoor furniture. Having opted for customer service I spoke to an extremely friendly and helpful lady (sorry forgot your name).
I explained the situation and she knew immediately what I needed. My details were taken and I was advised it will be posted today for delivery tomorrow. I have to say this was most refreshing and not dealing with AI for a change like everyone seems to be doing. These guys know how to serve customers! Superb service and done with a smile, thank you so much. Five Stars all day long.
Company no longer trading?
I contacted Supremo to request a replacement cord and immediately received an automated reply stating that a member of the team would respond within 7–10 days.
Thirteen days later, having heard nothing, I sent a follow-up email. As of writing this review, I still haven’t received any response.
I understand delays can happen, but if you tell customers they’ll receive a reply within a certain timeframe, it’s reasonable to expect that commitment to be honoured or at the very least, to receive an update. At this point, I’m left wondering whether anyone is actually monitoring customer enquiries.
Perhaps this review will finally prompt a response.
Excellent customer service!
Had to contact customer service about a small issue I had with a glass table top for outdoor table. A new glass top was ordered and I was kept up to date with progress as it was on route from abroad. As soon as it was received into the Uk I was contacted and a delivery arranged. The new top was extremely well packaged. The customer service I received was excellent from Bridget.. she went above and beyond my expectations!!
Excellent product and brilliant customer service.
I purchased a 6 seater table,chairs and parasol set from Webb’s back in 2020 and the set is still going strong ( I do store it away in the shed over winter). The only issue I had is the plastic thread which holds the glass top in place and allows parasol to slide through had cracked and discoloured badly ( obviously with sun and rain). I emailed Supremo and explained the problem and they posted me a replacement free of charge within a few days. Excellent product ( if looked after ) and brilliant customer service. Definitely recommended by me .
Extremely poor after-sales service – 10-month warranty delay with no resolution
I purchased an Aluminium Corner Modular / Chaise casual corner set from Supremo in 2025. After a few months, one of the support legs developed a stripped internal screw, meaning it cannot be attached properly.
I submitted a warranty claim in July 2025 (Warranty Registration WR23003449) with photos and proof of purchase. Supremo acknowledged the claim and agreed to send a replacement leg. They initially said it would take time due to stock, then later promised delivery by the end of May 2026.
It is now June 2026 and I still have not received the part. I have chased them multiple times:
They recently replied saying they would respond within 7–10 days, but the furniture has now been unusable for months due to this ongoing delay.
The lack of communication and failure to honour their own promised timelines has been very disappointing.
I would caution anyone considering Supremo furniture to think carefully about their after-sales support. I expected much better service for a warranty claim on relatively new furniture.
I will update this review if the situation is resolved promptly.

The customer service was unbelievable from initial enquiry regarding a replacement part to the problem being resolved was almost instant, I cannot thank the customer service enough. I would never hesitate either using Supremo again or recommending to someone else. Very happy with service.
Within a few years. Rattan just falls apart… Avoid
Please read the other reviews here because it tells the full story. The positive reviews are based on the delivery and initial support of products. The reality is that the rattan is rubbish and does not last. Like so many people, we paid £2000 for our rattan set with the promise of “it’s built to last” we bought a cover and followed all the protection advice. All the rattan has perished and just fallen apart. I’ve sent picture of this to Supremo and they won’t provide replacement (outside of 2 year warranty) and they also won’t offer a paid for replacement or any way of fixing it. They basically tell you it’s trash and that’s your problem. Avoid like the plague! Looks good for short amount of time and then you are just throwing your money down the drain.

Avoid Supremo furniture at all costs , we bought this very expensive furniture less than 5 years ago , it is a wreck with the rattan on chairs and Side table completely broken . Customer service was not interested with the words , well we can't do anything about that we no longer produce that model . We have had a Hartman garden set for over 10 years and it is still in excellent condition . Choose another brand is my advice . 20

We have gradually purchased all of our garden furniture from Supremo and can highly recommend this company. The furniture is long-lasting and durable and looks great. Customer service is excellent. Had an issue with a recent delivery and the company was responsive and replaced the damaged part immediately. 5 stars from us.

This is just cautionary advice to those who are looking for something that will last longer than the two year warranty...go elsewhere...its warranted for two years for a reason.
Desperately disappointed with the durability of the not inexpensive product. If I knew I'd be changing all the furniture (£1500) after four years I'd have bought cheaper and changed sooner...lesson learned. I can't see any way of uploading images to support my comments.
Supremo can only reiterate their warranty conditions...

I emailed from the website after our 3x3 pergola canary was damaged during winter storage. Dena told me that I could purchase a replacement from them. I picked a replacement, unfortunately they no longer stocked the one that was damaged so we picked another one. Dena informed me how to pay which was very easy. I was told that I would receive it in 3 working days. I placed the order on Friday and received it on Monday. Excellent service Dena.

Contacted the company by email on Wednesday evening to replace a canopy that was damaged in some bad weather. Dena was really helpful and advised the cost to replace and arranged payment for me the next morning. Later that day I had confirmation that the item would be delivered the next day. Such amazing service and much better value going straight to the supplier than where I originally purchased the gazebo.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. Sophie went above and beyond to send me a set of 4 retaining clips (free of charge) to hold the side blinds from sliding down during high winds...they worked fantastic especially during some very strong winds of late the blinds never slid down at all well done Supremo.

After contacting the retailer they contacted Supremo and gave me the contact details
I sent across some pictures and receipt and within a day they responded with a promise of a replacement when back in stock
The problem got worse and they helped out again
The service and response time from Sophie was brilliant, not all manufacturers are this good and efficient.
