Many thanks to Joby from Customer Support for her excellent customer service. When a production delay meant that our mirror might not arrive in time for our bathroom installation, Joby was fantastic and sorted out the problem with no fuss, keeping us informed at all times. We are delighted with our mirror, which looks great in our new bathroom.

When I received my mirrors, I was emailed by Joby to check that all was well, and I was delighted with the personal service of care and concern to make sure that, once installed, the mirrors worked as they should. Thoroughly recommend the company and especially Joby's customer concerns.

Massive shout out to Joby for saving our bathroom renovation.
We received an email to say our delivery would be delayed by over a week due staff shortages…. Meaning the mirror would not arrive until after our builder had left the project.
I emailed the company and Joby got on the case and had the mirror with me within 3 days.

What an absolute scam of a company with endless excuses! Paid for a mirror on 28th Nov was given a dispatch date of 2nd Dec and on the dispatch date was moved back a week to 9th Dec. First excuse was we are having staffing issues, a week later no dispatch yet still showing stock on the website! Chased then several times still no delivery date this time the excuse was "the couirers have temporary stopped delivering in your postcode"! I live in Sheffield not Iraq! So i cancelled the order on the 9th Dec now on the 16th and still no refund so i've had to pass this on to my credit card company! They are blatant liers and also trade under other mirror companies so avoid them all!!!!!

Mirror delivery was delayed but after contacting Joby, who was extremely helpful, It was soon back on track and mirror arrived a few days later is now up and working brilliantly.

Great mirror, much cheaper than similar products. Works well, Joby in customer support was amazing at resolving a delivery issue outside of their control. Thank you Joby! Would recommend

Ordered two backlit mirrors - although delivery was later than originally communicated was kept fully informed by Joby on the order and both mirrors arrived as rescheduled in perfect condition.
Look forward to getting them installed now!

Initially a small delay on my delivery but was made aware as soon as it became apparent after ordering and was promptly resolved with what felt like personal service to ensure it was then on track for the revised delivery date, thanks to Joby. Many thanks, Jonny

Alelei responded to my query about a lost delivery within hours of my email and was attentive, informative and kept me updated regularly.
She gathered information that helped identify that the delivery had been made to a specific individual which allowed me to trace it.
It was such a pleasure to have such personal, human contact with a business in the UK.

The first mirror that we received was great however the IR activated switch don’t work in high ambient light conditions. Light Mirrors offered to replace or send a new switch that I could replace myself. I opted for the switch. When I followed the guide to replace it unfortunately blew the electrics in the mirror.

Light Mirrors kindly sent out a replacement mirror.

As much as the initial failure was frustrating. I can’t fault their customer services.

I've recently purchased a bathroom mirror from Light Mirrors the delivery of which was more drawn out than expected owing to problems with the delivery firm completely out of the control of Light Mirrors. The support I received from the Customer Support Team was first rate throughout. My thanks go to the whole team, with a particular mention for Alelei Umali, who very much made it a personal quest to ensure that any and all problems were resolved and to Joby Aguilera for arranging the particulars of the successful delivery. Oh! And the mirror, once delivered, is great.

Lovely mirror, but the whole experience was let down by delays. I originally ordered on 18th August and expected delivery within a few days (as promised on the site). Then I was told the item would be delayed, but dispatched the following week on 26th Aug. I was okay with this, however due to another delay, I didn’t receive the item until 3rd Sept.

Joby in customer services was very sympathetic and helpful but unfortunately, due to the delays, I incurred additional costs as the original workmen who had been booked to refurbish and install various items at my property all through August, had left by September, so I had to pay for the mirror to be installed by a separate tradesman and incurred extra costs.

I received my Light Mirrors order on time and in perfect condition. I haven’t installed the mirror yet, so I can’t comment on its functionality for now, but I am very satisfied with the excellent customer support I received from Alelei. The assistance was prompt both before and after delivery, and I was even asked to share updates once the mirror is installed and I can test its electrical features. Overall, a very positive experience so far! Thanks a lot Alelei

Great service from start to finish from Joby. My first order wasn't suitable so I had to return it. And although it took some time (usual refund timescale)I was able to get a reply and update to every email! Lovely personal service.
The mirror I ordered as a replacement is great and looks lovely in our new bathroom.

I have to say a big thank you to Joby who kept me updated on my order throughout the whole process up until delivery. This was the final piece for my new bathroom so a special purchase for me. The experience was made all the better with such great customer care. I would highly recommend Light Mirrors. The mirror itself is out of the world - I love it!

I would like to commend the company on their unusually good customer service. My mirror had a small fault and had to be returned. Alelei dealt with me throughout the process and was immediately and consistently responsive, keeping me informed throughout, reaching out when redelivery was delayed a couple of times. It was a very refreshing experience and despite these hiccoughs I was always kept in the loop and was confident that it would get sorted. Lovely mirror too. Thank you Alelei

Excellent product - excellent knowledge about adaptation of light to connect to room PIR and really excellent customer service. These guys get it! Particular standout customer service from Joby who went above and beyond to resolve mirror broken (by courier). Would totally recommend.
