When I read what other People have problems with this China shop, I may add the following : The bicyle lights I have ordered here so far are not available in the European market.Something comparable costs about 10 times as much.
So far everything has worked 100%. Sometimes it happens quickly, sometimes it takes about a week longer.
That may have been pure luck, but I also took into account from the start that even if something doesn't arrive, a re- shipment will definitely work and then you'll still get away with a factor of 5 cheap.🤔🤔🤔!!!

La livraison a été un peu longue mais le colis a fini par arriver. Les échanges par mail ont été réguliers et courtois.

The positive note is that the website is not a scam and the prices are competitive, since i have received the goods. With regards to the customer service, this is extremely poor:
1) i have paid extra for 15 days delivery while it took almost two months
2) the responses to my request for updates were very vague and contraddicting, to the point I believe I got scammed
3) I had to write several email to get refund for duties I had to pay on top and express delivery which didnt happen.

Ordered Mavic Pro battery, waited 3 weeks, received Mavic Pro 2 Battery. It looks like a counterfeit item too, stay well clear these people are sharks.
Update I opened a Mavic 2 box and found a Mavic one battery, beggars belief that this battery is new or genuine.

The size is not what you say. It is an adult helmet. Not a helmet for kids. It is not a MTB helmet but It is a motorbike one. Heavy and not enought ventilated. The gloves and glasses, the worst quality never seen. Cheap, but money throught away.

Purchased a few batteries 2 months ago now and every time I eventually got a reply from them they said 3-4 days, now there's just no reply, trying to get a refund through PayPal but that's painful at best, scam site at its best. As you can see by the reply they just keep saying logistics says it will be delivered in 3 to 4 days, absolute thieves stringing people along.

About the shipping, it took only 2 weeks to deliver the package to my front door, from China to US address and into my FPO address. Item was sent same day I ordered and that is the secret my friend. I wanted to share with you an unfortunate online purchasing experience I recently had. I received a damaged product; a helmet I had bought as a Christmas gift for my son. When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, they told me that I needed to return the item and would have to advance the shipping costs. They assured me that they would reimburse both the cost of the product and the shipping.

Trusting, I proceeded to return the product to China. To my great surprise and disappointment, after the return, not only did I not receive any reimbursement, but also lost all contact with the company.

After all, losing the product was hard enough, but I also lost my money and on top of that had to bear the additional return costs. It's sad to say, but I feel completely scammed.

I share this experience to warn and advise you to take precautions if you find yourself in a similar situation with this type of online business.

No hay servicio postventa, si te llega el producto dañado te lo comes on patatas. Si eres tonto como yo, se lo mandas como te piden adelantado los gastos del trasportista con la promesa de un rembolso y finalmente lo pierdes todo. El producto, el dinero y además los gastos pra devolverlo a china y ellos desaparecen. Menudos estafadores

2 marzo 2024: En respuesta a vuestro mensaje: os he devuelto el producto y no me habéis reembolsado. Os he escrito varias veces y no me contestáis. Estoy disponible en ratificar mi opinión, pero hasta que no me devuelvan el dinero no queda otra cosa que pensar que soy unos estafadores

9 marzo 2024: como se queria demostrar, El vendedor movido por el dolor y por del espiritu del “customer first ” propone aquí abajo en el comentario de ponerme en contacto con ellos para solucionarlo. Cosa que hice de inmediato. Pero ahora al dia de hoy, despues de mas de una semana nadie me ha escrito/llamado o ni siquiera se lo ha planteado de hacerlo.
Pues que otra definición se encarga mejor de la de estafadores de productos falsificados en china y probablemente no apto para la venta en Europa?
