Bring back the last company that did…
Bring back the last company that did the gas safety checks this mob are useless. Spent most of his time on the phone and asking us about the house what's that got to do with a gas safety check told him to hurry up and get out

A man from Liberty Gas came to put a new radiator in my bedroom. He worked cleanly and as fast as he could and did a thoroughly good job.

Great gas engineer
The gas engineer was polite, knowledgeable and did his job well. I got a text ten minutes before he arrived which is really helpful. On the day everything was perfect. He answered my questions without using jargon.
It was very difficult to rearrange the appointment. I was ill and unable to get out of bed but not permitted to rearrange so an engineer had a wasted journey, as far as I'm aware they would not have been paid for this which is unacceptable. A massive waste of time and resources. The booking team should be able to adapt.

The engineer that turned up was…
The engineer that turned up was absolutely lovely, efficient and done his job with ease and left swiftly. However. The last 4 appointments where no one turned up was quite frustrating. Im also hard of hearing so I did question if I just didnt hear a knock but the dog didnt even bark. Not even a calling card left. And it reflects on me as a housing association Tennant.
