The engineer was very polite on time…
The engineer was very polite on time and explained what he was here to do, he was very officiant asked if I had any concerns, the engineer changed carbon monoxide alarm due to being out of date, carried out boiler check and left, leaving the area he worked within clean and tidy, the only issue is Liberty Gas didn't give me 24 hours notice before they arrived, but the engineer was very professional and polite.

Gentleman came to do the gas safety…
Gentleman came to do the gas safety check. He was very polite. He let me know what he was going to do, said he would be testing the smoke alarms, and he'd let me know when he's doing it, and he did. Left everything clean.

I had my Annual Gas check today
I had my Annual Gas check today, by Liberty. The young man who came to do the work was lovely and explained what he was going to do; he was tidy and of clean appearance, whilst also being professional. The job didn’t take long to do, he left the area he worked in, clean and tidy afterwards. Thank you.
