Service was good from start to finish. Steph was very friendly and helpful. She booked our preferential dates at the initial appointment and gave us some good advice.
Phil was prompt, professional and he did a great job. We would highly recommend using this company.

Great company and employeess
Great company and employees had some problems in the beginning with the measurement for one of my rooms but it was sorted very quickly had carpets for the living room 3 bedrooms stairs and landing all done before I moved in very happy with the result and would recommend very good price aswell for what I had done

Excellent experience！
I chose LazyCarpet at the end of last year to install carpets for a fully renovated three-storey townhouse, including all staircases, hallways, and one room to be used as an office.
The salesperson, Kevin, was incredibly friendly and offered many helpful suggestions. While I was away travelling, Kevin took care of everything for me — from selecting the materials to placing the order and arranging the installation date. This made the whole process completely stress-free.
After I returned from my trip, the installation team arrived on the scheduled date and completed the entire job efficiently within just three hours. I was particularly impressed that they left me with enough transition strips for all the interior doors, even for rooms that were not directly connected to the carpet. This saved me both time and additional expense.
In addition, they left all the leftover carpet and underlay after installation. The cutting was done very professionally, and the remaining pieces were in large, usable sections — enough for me to cover my garden room and storage areas. The installers were also very kind and even showed me how to install carpet myself, despite me having no prior knowledge at all.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend LazyCarpet to anyone looking for a reliable and professional team.

Totally recommended, great service and stunning results
Straightforward and simple booking process. Kevin gave us Really good advise during the sample choosing and the initial quote was accurate, no hidden fees. On installation day the fitters Lee and Paul did a stunning job, very professional with incredible results and attention to detail. They managed to fit everything in one day (2 rooms + hall + lounge, with carpet removal). I also had a laugh, really nice guys. Overall 10/10 experience an absolutely happy with the results, the Tibet laminate looks incredible.
