Absolutely 💯 over the moon, the lady who came round Rebecca was absolutely excellent very professional, helped me with the colour choices and made it look so easy so made the whole process and experience enjoyable!!! Rebecca was very patient with me and let me know exactly how much everything was, as we discussed the different options and choices!! Really would recommend using this company to anybody & cannot wait until all the carpets and flooring are fitted!

Lynn who came out was great! Advised well and done her best to keep the cost down ( thats when you know your in good hands)
Everything went to plan as had to have the fitting over 2 days ( due to a full house)
The fitters are paid separately and they also done a fantastic job. They was courteous & helpful and bagged up all the old carpet ready for me to skip.

Ian and his fitters were fabulous, Ian came to our property, which required flooring throughout, bringing suitable samples, measuring up and producing a very reasonable (was expecting a lot more) quote very quickly.
The 2 fitters arrived on time having called first to give an eta and did a really lovely and tidy job. The whole process was very easy and we are delighted with the end result. I’d definitely recommend- they even offer interest free payments 😁

Survey, quick and great communication/friendly
Arranged for someone to visit my home to survey the floor and get a estimate for new flooring and took less than 30 minutes while there to get a price and when i confirmed the lads arrived the very next week on time and got it installed in half a day. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Floor, Though a Few Hidden Surprises! ⭐⭐⭐⭐
We are really happy with the quality of our new herringbone flooring; it looks and feels like a top-tier product. A huge thanks to Ian, who was fantastic and very professional when he came out to price everything up for us.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to a bit of budget shock. Once the original floor was lifted, as we were due to have the herringbone fitted on 30/04, the fitter, Andy, discovered that our subfloor was incredibly uneven. We had to have all the rooms screened, which added an unexpected £1,200.00 to the original quote.
While we understand that these issues are hard to determine until the old flooring is up, it was a tough pill to swallow! However, Andy has been absolutely amazing throughout the process. He’s been incredibly reassuring, making sure we know the job is being done properly and to a high standard, which has really put our minds at ease.
We are now booked in for the final fitting on May 11th and honestly can't wait to see the finished result. Overall, great quality and a great team—just be prepared for potential subfloor prep!

I recently ordered carpets from Lazy Carpets and initially everything went smoothly. The salesperson was excellent, and the fitters who attended were professional and helpful.
Unfortunately, when the fitters arrived to install the carpet, it turned out the carpet supplied was too short, meaning the installation had to be stopped and a replacement reordered.
What disappointed me most was the response from the office. The person I spoke with came across as though they simply didn’t care, which really let the overall experience down.
That said, once the replacement carpet arrived and was fitted, I was very pleased with the final result and the quality of the product.
Would I use them again? Yes, I would.

Poor customer service
I was given a fitting date for my flooring which should have been 27/03/26 but was told that the flooring that I chose was out of stock despite the lady that came out to measure my floor telling me that the floor was in stock. I was given a new fitting date which I was told would be the middle of April but this did not happen and I had to ring the store only to find out that the fitting date would now be May, no one from lazy carpets contacted me to make me aware of this and I only found out because I rang them to find out what was going on. I then said that I wanted to cancel my order and go with another supplier as I was not happy with the service, someone then called me from lazy carpets to finally give me an exact fitting date. I am however very happy with the quality of flooring that I chose and the floor fitter was on time and very polite and did a good job.

Wrong item at first
I ordered vinyl, and they turned up too fit it, when they had finished I went up too habe a look, it was wrong flooring, the fitters understood and rang office up to let them know, anyway the receptionists kept in touch and it all was sorted within that day, mew flooring arrived and fitted, was glad it was all sorted within a week, flooring is lovely, thanks to lazy carpets 👍

ok, but not blown away
I did have to keep ringing the office for updates to eventually book my fitting as it did take quite a while for my stair runner to be made and I wasn’t provided with any updates.
My initial consultation was on 25/3/26 and I received confirmation of payment on the 26/3/26 but was only able to book fitting for 27/4/26 after being told it would take approx 2 weeks.
The fitters were pleasant but unfortunately did break a door handle, scuff a few walls and left it really quite messy with bags of cuts and scraps everywhere. I was told to leave it 48 hours before vacuuming which I did. After doing so the carpet looks great but I have had to took in a few snags that have been missed and attach a stair gripper that was just placed to look as if it was attached.
The price wasn’t matched by previous quote like they say but I preferred the carpet details this company offered so booked anyway.
Overall, not blown away by service but it was ok and I’m happy with the carpet I chosen.

We have to send stair runners away to have the edges finished once the carpet has been cut to size. The company who do this closed down for 2 weeks at the time your order was placed due to holiday. You should have been made aware of the delay in fitting times at the point of sale and if that is not the case I extend my apologies.
We have spoken to the fitter regarding the door handle and they confirmed that when they opened the door on the landing, the handle came away in their hand. They informed you as soon as this happened. We also asked about the stair gripper – they mentioned that you have stair clips fitted. Some of these were missing and longer screws were needed to secure them into place. The stair clips are not something that we supply so we wouldn’t replace them when we fit a new stair runner.
I am pleased that you are happy with the carpet that you have chosen and once again I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Professional experience
From picking the carpet to fitting was just less than a week. The call staff were friendly and professional, the measuring team professional and knowledgeable and the carpet fitter, quick professional and clean. An excellent experience all round.
