Floor Street Omdömen

I had ordered one of FloorStreets runners online and decided that I also wanted the matching carpet for my landing , however my landing is a very awkward shape and when I priced it online it was coming out above my budget and I would have had loads of excess. I decided to call to see if there was something that could be done and spoke to Sean. He was a great help , he talked me through the measurements once i explained my situation and gave me a much more affordable cost with way less excess . Really great service and I cannot wait for my hallway renovation to get underway so I can see the end result!

Great service all round! The sample arrived quickly and looked stunning. Seun was particularly fantastic, helping me customise my order, track down fitter for me etc. Looking forward to receiving the runner and seeing it all installed!

Dealt with Sean this afternoon for a trade sale. Sean was accommodating and assisted me getting materials for a last minute job as soon as possible. He was polite, professional and the conversation through WhatsApp was almost instant. Looking forward to the materials arriving Tuesday. Customer was best pleased with the sample, can wait to see it all in a large format layout. Cheers Sean

I had honestly been delaying purchasing the flooring for our house, because it felt like such a big decision and I wasn’t sure of which underlay would be best suited. I spoke to Sean on the whatsapp number who was incredibly responsive and couldn’t have been more helpful. Within 15 mins of my question, I had all the info I needed and an invoice drawn up, so all I had to do was pay. Service was brilliant and made the task incredibly straightforward.

Thank you to Sean at Floor Street. He was very helpful and efficient when buying my flooring . Delivery was very quick. Now to lay the floor !

I ordered samples from a few different flooring companies, and Floor Street’s flooring really stood out for its great quality. The samples were also delivered quickly, which was a great start.

I then placed my flooring order via WhatsApp with Sean, who was fantastic throughout the process. He answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable, and guided me through exactly what I needed to order.

I’m now just waiting for my delivery, but so far the experience has been excellent!

Thanks again, Sean, for all your help. Great service so far, and I’m looking forward to receiving the flooring!

Sean was very helpful and confirmed i had measured the correct amount for square footage.

Sean was a great help in picking my floor , will certainly recommend Floor Street to family and friends in Belfast , great value for a quality herringbone type oak floor .

Floor street was recommended by a family member and I’m glad I listened.
After selecting my flooring I left it in the basket while I worked out a delivery date.
That day I had a WhatsApp message from davinder he was asking was everything ok and did I need help.
He offered me discounts and help if I needed it which he didn’t need to he was very friendly and helpful.
I ordered the flooring and chose a date nice and easy.
The following day I asked could I have my floor any earlier within minutes he asked what date I told him he got back to me and it was sorted.
Davinder was helpful and went above and beyond to help even out of work hours.
Thank you very much and I will be recommending floor street to everyone great company.

Sean was very helpful, from arranging replacement samples FOC when DPD failed to deliver and his advice when ordering the flooring. It was great to speak to someone who knew what they were talking about. Thank you.

The staff were all very friendly and Sean was great at helping us decide on the best flooring to buy. The transaction was all very smooth and price was good for the quality of product we ended up getting.
