Floor Street Omdömen

Phoned Thursday and spoke to Davinder who assisted me with a last minute next day turnaround order for engineered wood floor. Without samples I went off the reviews and website images of the product and ordered. Although the next day cutoff was exceeded, Floor street went above and beyond and the flooring was delivered 8:30am next day. And the flooring is beautiful, amazing quality. Thank you!!

Great service from Davinder, I originally ordered a laminate sample but was looking for LVT click, Davinder recommended which sample I should order finding me a close colour match to the original sample I ordered and I have now gone with that, saving me time and money trying to find a close match myself!

The customer service was very helpful indeed and helped me through the process

Davinder at floor street was very helpful, very responsive and we now look forward to receiving our order.

can’t speak to the quality as my order isn’t delivered yet but customer service was great. Davinder was helpful with advice and quickly took my order over the phone. smooth process no complaints

Really good service , and lots of help .
Thank you Sean

I had a great experience with Florenc and Sean at Floor Street. From the beginning, they were extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain the different flooring options and help me choose the right product for my home.

The customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated how helpful and patient they were throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was right.

I’m very happy with the flooring I purchased and would definitely recommend Floor Street, especially Florenc and Sean, to anyone looking for good-quality flooring and excellent customer service.

Thank you both for all your help! 👏

So quick and easy to order - friendly staff and amazing discounts too!

Sean was a superstar! We were looking at the flooring online and didnt realise the showroom was 20 mins away! We sent a whatsapp and Sean let us have a look in the showroom even though it was closed. He talked us through the different floor options and helped us choose the flooring we wanted! Cant wait to pick it up! Thanks Sean

Made an order online and made a mistake with the flooring. I spoke to Sean and he was very prompt with getting it sorted. Changed the flooring on my order straight away and helped ease the stress of ordering the wrong flooring. Spot on Sean thanks for the help.

Very efficient customer service , Sean answered all my queries promptly . The WhatsApp facility was excellent . Very well priced good quality flooring . I got summer oak straight plank boards beautiful colour and finish

Purchased the Ile Del Ray herringbone flooring, was in direct coms with Davinder and everything was good. Floor has been delivered and awaiting fitting. Process and journey has been smooth.

Shopped around at a lot of places and ultimately the flooring here was much better value and quality.

Will be back for more flooring for upstairs

I had ordered multiple samples from different companies, when floor streets samples came, it was very clear how good the quality of their flooring is. No scratches etc, we even left them in water overnight and it didn’t change a thing!! I was then contacted by Sean who really helped me with our requirements and pricing. He was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for good quality flooring.

We have recently purchased our laminate flooring after being very kmpressed with the sample we ordered. We were able to delay the delivery to a time that suits our renovation needs, which is a great help. Our order was dealt with by Davinder, who was very helpful and efficient. We can't wait until we can get the floor laid, the quality was far superior, then we expected, and price extremely competitive.

Great customer service and a smooth online ordering experience. Very helpful and easy to deal with. I haven’t received the flooring yet, so I can’t comment on the quality, but so far I’m very happy with the service.

Davinder was very helpful and answered all questions promptly

Love my new floor Davinder was really helpful with any questions and service

Sean responded to my messages very quickly and efficiently. I was pleasantly surprised to receive such a prompt response early in the morning prior to 8:30am. I was able to get on with my day swiftly and with a two year old this means a lot. Excellent service and thank you Sean for answering my questions and making things as straightforward as possible.

The team at Floor Street have been amazing, from allowing me to return an order out of time, to then helping me sort out a new order with nothing being too much to ask! Special thanks to Davinder for looking after me! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Very pleasant and helpful
