Floor Street Omdömen

I heard from Davinder via WhatsApp after walking away from my basket yesterday evening. Im glad he reached out as I was a little overwhelmed with the colour choices and fitting types. After a good chat about what I needed, I was more confident in making my purchase and added an extra room order while I was there. Davinder sent me some additional sample images so I could be certain I was making the right choice. Great service and I was happy with the price. Thank you, Lauren

Sean was very helpful and even got me a better price on my floor. I have used floor street before and delivery was very smooth and customer service is very good. I will definitely use again.

Sean was super efficient and responsive helping me navigate and adjust my order to suit my needs - competitive and high quality flooring options! Thanks for the help.

Easy to order. Very accommodating. Quick communication. Very good experience. Thanks to Sean for his help on WhatsApp.

Recently just purchased my flooring through floor street. Very happy with the service I received especially from Davinder who contacted me prior to purchasing to help out where he could.

Great company and lovely flooring!
Davinder has been excellent from start to finish!
Recommend!

Really helpful service. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Would recommend

After another supplier let me down, I rang FloorStreet and spoke to Sean. I explained that I wanted to buy one of the SPC vinyl floors on offer but needed time for samples to arrive, but still wanted to take advantage of website discounts. Sean was glad to help and even arranged for the available discounts to be assigned to my order, ready for when we had made our decision.

Sean was there for us when it came to making our purchase, and followed up with communications to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Tip top customer service!

I ordered a lot of samples from a lot of different companies and although a lot of them were free whereas with floor street I had to pay the quality was in a different league. Some were only 8mm whereas floor street are 12mm making it a much better quality product. Also the customer service was absolutely excellent, I called once Davinder answered and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process making me feel like there was someone to hold my hand if I needed it which also made me feel like it was the right company to spend my money with. I can’t wait to see the flooring in my room and will send some pictures

Davinder was a great help. Everything was easy to do and stress free. Delivered in good time too. All round very happy with floor street and would use their services again.

Sean was amazing from the outset, got in contact to provide us the the best deal possible to get the new flooring for our first home! Thanks again Sean

I messaged Floor Street’s customer service team via WhatsApp to enquire about pricing. Sean was really helpful and made sure I got the best price for the flooring I wanted. Thank you!

Fantastic customer service from Sean he has gone above and beyond to help with my enquires regarding ordering herringbone laminate flooring and recommended a good match for the underlay , floor dividers and beading . He has asked for videos and detailed information and taken his time to guide me. After contacting a number of flooring companies I have gone ahead and ordered my Flooring with floor street and highly recommend this company for excellent customer service . I will also leave a review once my flooring has been delivered and laid .
Many thanks

Sean was incredibly efficient and very responsive via whatsapp. Nothing to fault.

I’ve had herringbone laminate in my living room for 3 years now and it’s been excellent, now time to test their LVT in the kitchen.

Extremely helpful from start to finish! Thank you

I sent a message to their WhatsApp at 8pm on a Thursday evening expecting an automated reply, so I was really pleasantly surprised when Sean got back to me in under 45 minutes!

Sean was brilliant from start to finish - super helpful, quick to answer questions, and gave great advice. Since we were unsure about matching stair risers, he recommended the best product for us, and he even arranged to split our delivery because we’re renovating in two phases and short on storage space. By 11am the next morning, we had our order placed with a fantastic deal for our entire downstairs SPC flooring, including the stairs. We can’t wait to receive our first delivery next week!

The sample delivery was fast, the prices are great, and the customer service is top-notch. I’ll definitely be recommending Floor Street (and Sean!) to family and friends. 5 stars all round!

Davinder from Floor Street was so helpful in assisting me with my flooring choice, delivery and ensuring I secured my product at the best possible rate. It honestly did not feel like I was dealing with a stranger who just wanted to make a sale. Overall had a lovely, pleasant and personal experience from start to finish. Highly recommend

Great customer service from Tony! Decided to lay the floor myself, failed slightly, needed only a few extra slats, not a whole box and Tony fulfilled the request for free, happy DIYer and from now on I'll be measuring four times!

Just had a great experience dealing with this company, particularly Sean, always quick to respond, always helpful and never pushy. In the current marketplace with what seems like hundreds of suppliers of flooring, it was refreshing to deal with a real person. Well done Sean!

Wonderful company who go above and beyond. We ordered the Desert Oak Herringbone floor, which is absolutely stunning. Great quality and great price,
