I am very happy with the fantastic customer service I have received from KemiMoto. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Lost wiring for whips after a month or so of purchased, reached out to customer service they sent me new wiring at no charge. That is excellent customer service was not expecting that.

Didn't receive item on delivery date said it was in transit and wasn't getting updates not very good communication with seller

Got my replacement whip lights, first set had a flaw and burnt out on the first ride. Kemimoto replaced them and all is good again. Cant beat the service and quality they provide!

I wrote a review on there product (heated jacket) on how it doesn't work and they took the review down on a separate note don't buy they're products they only works above 55 degree anything lower and you need to layer up

Everything I have bought from Kemimoto has been excellent. The Stereo system,Slip on and mirrors was perfect highly recommended this company!!

Zero stars for a fraud that ships from China using a private delivery service that never answers their phone. Uniuni is a fraud just like Kemimoto. I had to get my credit card company to cancel the transaction to get y’all to send me a REAL return label by UPS. Never, ever do business with this fraud.

The site lies by not telling buyers that the merchandise comes directly from China.

First of all the cooler or to say it proper - fridge is very nice. Good craftsmanship, no weird plastic smell and it's rathar sturdy. My only two cents would be to enforce the area around plug connector , as it flex a little. Anyway, aftger getting the fridge and a bttery I've tested it on a family trip over 4 countries, 2 weeks - performing as a charm In all modes - from 220v, from battery, from car's 12/14V. And either due to my car specific, or perhaps some manufacturing thing - long cable was sometimes loosing connection. I've reached out to support, explained, and was issued a new cable. After receiving and tasting - can confirm - it works. Nobody'a perfect but a good product with a great service deserves a 5 star.
For what some people complained about noise.. well, it's a condense type freezer, what do you expect? For this type of cooling it is actually rather quite.

The product the products that you have are very high-quality very sturdy. Quick service nice material. We’ll order it again.

Took a minute to get the soundbar but it was worth it. For the price, you can't beat it. More bass than I was expecting.

Seems to be well put together, except for the power hookup. That could have been done better.

That is my only complaint.

I had problem with a Travel Bag i just bought, sent pictures and Jabz/Kemimoto replaced it immediately and again I want to thank you all for your time and effort in this matter it is greatly appreciated!

Had a windshield for my sxs arrive scratched. Worked with service to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Will continue to order more parts from my Kemimoto wishlist because I know they will back up their product.

Excellent product, it fit my slingshot perfectly. It actually weather the storm. Easy to install on the slingshot. I timed my self it took me 3 minutes to install.

I love these lights. Easy to install except for the filing part. I couldn't get the lower outside snap in, and my wife said that it looked to big. She found in the instructions (she) where it said that they might be too big and need filing. The video on the Kemimoto page just shows a quick file and quick clip that you might need to file if they don't fit. I think this should be made a bigger part as mine wouldn't fit without. Better yet make the manufactured ones the correct dimension. I had an earlier pair on my 2014 Ultra Ltd and the just snapped in.
Again, they are great other than that.

I ordered a part for my SXS it was an accessory but I didn’t do my research into the part for my exact model. After the order was made I became aware it would not fit my model so I got in touch with customer service and was told it had shipped,Lili with customer service suggested I should contact UPS and refuse the package and she would do the same on their end as well it worked and that saved me a shipping cost to return the package! Kememoto will have my business from now on!

So on July 14th I place an order on the midnight s80 32 inch aluminum 6 speaker rgb utv soundbar. The order said it should come within the end of the week. So 2 weeks go by and I get curious I tracked my order and it said it hasn’t and been shipped or anything so I email and contacted Kemimoto on the phone and they said it was on back order and they wouldn’t get it in stock till the 3rd week of August. So I said okay whatever I do want a discount for having to wait that long for this $500 dollar speaker that I ordered, and they offered an $11 dollar discount which is an absolute JOKE. So now it is currently August 26th and I contacted again and asked where my speaker was and they had this to say, “ We regret to inform you that our stock package of speakers was lost during transit. To resolve this issue, we need to contact the manufacturer to produce a new batch. However, this process will take approximately two months before the item can be restocked and shipped.” so they are telling me I have to wait ANOTHER 2 MONTHS. First it was on back order and now it’s lost in transit THIS IS A JOKE Kemimoto simply stole my money and I don’t get anything I paid for. This whole situation has been unprofessional and ridiculous sad excuse for a company. Just know you don’t get what you pay for and they will just steal your money.

Kemimoto is amazing. Always great prices and fast shipping. Never had to deal with customer service or returns yet, so no opinion there as of now.

I’ve got a simple question about one of their products but can’t get a response from customer service. Emailed them several times with no response.
