I waited forever to get what I ordered it seemed like I got it to the mechanic and it's not everything that was supposed to come with the order there's no flasher relay or harnessed it goes with it is what he's saying and there's no relay to plug into the back of the dash of the 2021 razor XP 1000 premium as advertised that it would have I am so frustrated with this whole Frasco if you cannot send me the right wiring harness I would just like a refund

I’ve waited an extended period of time for no one to be able to tell me where my item was or where it was going when I finally showed up all that I got was an empty box with no signals inside now I’m waiting again to see if they will rush me a new signal switch set for my side-by-side, but I am still waiting. This has been the worst shopping experience I have had two date. No one really wants to expedite a replacement and no one seems to really care.

Reputable company
I order a portable propane hot water heater and when I went to use it did not heat up. I contacted customer service at Kemimoto, they rectified the situation and sent a new machine.
The new one works perfectly with no problem and I am extremely happy with Kemimoto and how quickly they solved the issue. Kemimoto customer service is very professional and easy to work to work with. I highly recommend purchasing Kemimoto products, because they stand behind their products.

Super slow shipping and not a very good website. I ordered a glass windshield and it was terribly packed and it was broken when i got it. took two weeks to get the refund.

Great products and service!
From start to finish great experience and products! I first ordered a pair of Motorcycle shoes. Received them quickly and were packaged very nicely. Wore them the next day and they were super comfortable and built well, so much so that I ordered another pair(different color) that night. Received those quickly too! Then I ordered a Lithium battery for my motorcycle which got to me quickly. Installed it in my motorcycle and it's amazing. Fast starts and more power! I've had the motorcycle shoes for month now and I ride everyday and everywhere and they still look new and are definitely built to last! I'd definitely recommend their products and I will be buying more from them in the future!

Cup holder was designed for Razor, but modified it to use on 2025 honda pioneer 700. Front seat instead of on dash. Works nicely! Came fast and is a quality piece!
