Ordered a windshield for my Utv and it…
Ordered a windshield for my Utv and it arrived shattered. It was marked as fragile, but was boxed up in a cardboard box. I purchased the insurance and dealing with them is a joke as well. I contacted Kemimoto and they told me I had to deal with the insurance company, why couldn’t they send me a replacement? I’m really shocked they send a windshield in a cardboard box. If you purchase a windshield through them, I would definitely get the insurance. It might take a while to get a refund, but something should be done you would think.

The USPS tracking showed no updates on my order for 17 days. Assuming that the package was lost, KEMIMOTO offered to send me another package. The day that a new package was to be sent, my original order was delivered. Through no fault of KEMIMOTO for the delay in my order they said they would send me another shipment. It’s not every day that a company goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers. A++ 🙂

Heated clothing
I ordered 6 heated vests, as a construction worker who frequently works outside in the cold and snow they are a lifesaver to keep warm.
There was a minor issue with shipping but customer service got it resolved and corrected as well as trouble shooted.
I highly recommend their heated product line, both comfortable and warm on their own but the heated aspect puts it over the top, cannot recommend enough.

Way more than I expected!
I recently purchased a set of whips from this company. Shortly after installing them, one quit working. I contacted the company regarding the warranty and received an IMMEDIATE personal response. They were super helpful and the process was very easy. They were in constant communication with me every step of the way. Not only did they replace the one whip that quit working, they sent an ENTIRE new set! Way more than I ever expected! By far, the best company I have worked with since owning a SxS.

Really good customer service
Prompt delivery, arrived earlier than expected in great shape. Easy to assemble. I had a little learning curve that was user error. Customer support responded right away and I have had nothing but great success since. Thank you customer support. I did not feel alone!

I received the Kemimoto storage tablet…
I received the Kemimoto storage tablet holder and the box looked like it had opened and was retaped. The mounting hardware was missing. I contacted customer service via email and they promptly provided me with the option of a $15 refund or they would ship the hardware which would take 2 to 3 weeks to receive. I decided to take the refund and the money was refunded quickly. I'm impressed with how they handled what could be a bad situation.

Kemimoto Flip windshield
My windshield came in with a crack on it. I emailed them and they were very responsive with helping me to rectify the issue. Got the windshield installed and looks good. The reason I gave 4 stars is the kemimoto windshield doesn't fit with kemimoto tablet holder. So I can not use both.
