I ordered a sound bar and two days later I ordered a spare tire rack. The rack was delivered within 4 days but the sound bar no one knows. I called and they said they would call back in 24 hours or email. Nothing I will not do business with a company that does not stand behind there customer service. Good Luck

The heated motorcycle jacket came quickly and worked as advertised. It provides heat comfortable at 40F at highway speeds. Heat can be felt on the arms, neck and body. a 40min ride consumes abount 20% of the battery. There were some strap issues that was resolved by Jabz in the support team through email. Responses were handled quickly within 24 hours. My wife also enjoys wearing the jacket during walks for heat and wind braking.

Great product, great quality, out of the two heated sweaters I received one is great flawless in every way, heat, comfort and app support. While the other one lack all use of app support. I reached out to customer support and after a few emails I received a new sweater but had the exact same issue with the apps. Overall the sweater are great for cold weather and a great investment.

Great and responsive customer service. The pair I received had a non-working right glove. I emailed and they were super quick to set it right, sending me a new pair that works great!
First day riding with them today. They're plenty warm and wind resistant so far. Squishy in the palm more than I expected which slightly effected my throttle control, but I'm positive they'll break in quickly and still way better than no gloves and cold hands.

We had an issue with a part ordered not fitting and customer service was quick to try and help correct the issue. Within a few days our problem was resolved thanks to quick response from customer service.

Trouble with returns, poor customer service, product was previously owned by someone else. Inaccurate shipping times. 3 days turn into 2 weeks. I will never purchase from these crooks again. Very agonizing experience. Don't do it!

I purchased a heated jacket which unfortunately had a defective wire. I contacted customer service and they were so professional, thorough and respectful and helped get a replacement jacket right away. They replied to all inquiries in less than 24 hours and were very helpful. I will 100% recommend this company and purchase from them in the future.

My product arrived with damage. Likely damage nobody could have prevented. Customer service responded in less then 24hrs and the replacement arrived faster than the original!
Best CS experience ever

Purchased a turn signal kit for my side by side. During installation I broke one of them (my own fault). I contacted them to see if I could get just the turn signal to replace the one I had broken. Kemimoto treated it like a warranty replacement at no cost to me. Great customer service!!

Placed my order Dec 12 2025, reached out Dec 18th for a tracking number, received a response it was "shipped" sent a follow up email on Dec 20th again asking for a tracking number. Again received a response it was "shipped' and I would receive a tracking number shortly. On Dec 26th sent yet another email asking for a tracking number, on Dec 27th received a response it was "lost" (but again no tracking number) They offered to reship, I replied asking for a tracking number, received a response on Dec 29th, stating the Jacket was out of stock and an offer to send a different model. I agreed and again asked for a tracking number, A response was sent stating the item was "shipped" (but no tracking nunmer) I sent a response stating it has been 2.5 weeks and if they were unable to provide a tracking number i would contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. The response was a tracking number from a shipping agent that has not updates. The Jacket did finally arrive on January 8th.

I really like that the jacket has 3 zones and 3 levels. You can have each zone at it's own level. I also like that the sleeves have the thumb holes and you feel the warmth on your hands
