I've purchased numerous items from Kemimoto for my SXS. Every item has been just as described and great quality. I purchased a heated hoodie from them and had a small problem with it. No hassle they stood behind it. Looking forward to purchasing more items from them.

Jabz, customer service rep helped resolve an issue with a bad battery. Very helpful and sick to respond back. This isn't my first order with them. Love the products and service.

I think the company is great! They have great customer service. They are very responsive when contacting them. The bags we ordered for under the seats of a Honda ruckus, seem to be superior to others. We haven't installed them yet, but did take them out of the pkg. they came in, to check them out. The pkg. they were delivered in was VERY WELL packaged! Would recommend.

Responded immediately when I had issues with my soft doors and they replaced my skins.

I have ordered many things from Kemimoto and was extremely happy with every purchase. Any forum I'm on and someone ask for recommendations on a part I was recommend them.

Why do I keep getting these ? I haven’t bought any from you in awhile

Ordinato un paio di guanti riscaldati il 18 Novembre. Merce in consegna il 24 Novembre, poi il 25, poi il 26...fino al giorno 1 Dicembre dove dal sito risulta che la merce è stata consegnata.
Peccato che io non abbia ricevuto nulla!! Ho scritto al corriere, ho scritto anche al venditore. Risultato: il corriere mi ha inviato una mail con l'apertura della pratica di rimborso ma al venditore non risulta nulla. Il venditore mi scrive che io devo produrre la prova della mancata consegna ma il corriere non mi risponde. Inviato screenshot ma delle conversazioni ma sembra che non valgano nulla. Il venditore mi mostra come prova una bolla di consegna vuota senza la firma del destinatario. Veramente deluso da questa esperienza dove al momento ho perso 79 €. Chiedo solo di avere i miei guanti , magari spediti con un altro corriere più affidabile. Non trovo corretto che sia io a dover gestire questo disservizio. Sono disponibile a rivedere questa recensione qualora la situazione si risolva.

Try to answer your phone. Ordered from them, card was charged but no item sent. They don't answer ph or call yiu back. BBB is my next contact along with more reviews. Don't buy from here. There great prices are not that great. Can not even return item. Getting run around. Shady company. And they never resolved anything as there reply States.

Parts all fit like they Should and work great

I purchased a vinyl zipper vinyl door kit for my cf moto zforce 800 . zippers lasted less than6 months in limit use and both failed .
Went to my local Amish craftsman who put in much better zippers and made it easier to remove in warm weather. Not very satisfied.

Purchased a Kemimoto ATV center console on December 9 as a Christmas gift for my son. They did not ship till the 19th. Package kept getting rerouted. Finally a package delivered on Jan 8, only it was a plastic toy from a 3rd party with the tracking number they claimed is the item. Contacted them several times and kept getting the run around. Terrible business practice.

Great company and customer service. I ordered a heated jacket and had an issue with the battery. It was replaced without any issue. You can order with confidence.

Parts were good solid design although some hardware was of inferior quality (tended to rust quickly) good value for the price

I received a set of soft upper windows for my X3. The driver window had a good sized scratch positioned right in the area one would look through it. I contacted KEMIMOTO in regards to getting a replacement panel. With no questions asked they immediately sent out a complete set of enclosures .
KEMIMOTO Stands behind their product and promises. I now also stand behind their products!

Exceedingly long wait time. Took my money straight-away, butvwas like 6 weeks befor shipment. Nothingbon the website indicated out of stock or delayed shipping

I ordered 2 items from their online store; a set of winter riding gloves and a riding jacket. The price was actually very decent for both items. However, after I placed the order, I did not receive any updates on shipping. It took over a month for me to get my gloves and over a month and a half for the the jacket to arrive. Their customer service is hit and miss. One email told me that the jacket was not in stock, but then, 2 days later, the jacket arrived. So, I would not order from them again simply because their shipping and customer service leaves much to be desired, but the quality of the items is overall good.
