Long delay, but overall good quality
I ordered 2 items from their online store; a set of winter riding gloves and a riding jacket. The price was actually very decent for both items. However, after I placed the order, I did not receive any updates on shipping. It took over a month for me to get my gloves and over a month and a half for the the jacket to arrive. Their customer service is hit and miss. One email told me that the jacket was not in stock, but then, 2 days later, the jacket arrived. So, I would not order from them again simply because their shipping and customer service leaves much to be desired, but the quality of the items is overall good.

These gloves keep your hands warm, just preheat them 10mins before going out.i used them in 18°F and my hands were fine for around 3hr on medium. I bought a medium, but the fit was a little too tight.

Package lost twice
Ordered a Christmas gift on November 25th. After 2 weeks and no order, I emailed them. Was told twice it was lost in transit. Some fly by night shipping company. Customer service was horrible. No one had answers. Couldn't give me a ship date or a rough delivery date. Couldn't tell me if I would get it before Christmas. Item finally arrived December 22nd. It is a gift, so I can't tell you if the product works, but after reading the reviews on here I'm not very hopeful. Good luck. I wouldn't recommend them.
***Update - the reply I received to this review from Kemimoto was on 12-26. The email they sent me was just a screenshot of the delivery confirmation from USPS that my package was delivered on 12-22, which I already stated in the original review.

Absolutely awful customer service!
I ordered my sons Christmas gifts on black friday. Half of the gifts got delivered. A week before Christmas im fighting where the other half is. Brushed me off and said they'd ship when they shipped. Called again and demanded answers. I had to wait for a 24hour email to figure this out. One gift magically shipped but not it doesnt arrive until after christmas. The second one I get an email stating its on back order until mid janaury so I can cancel or apply it to something else. They give out 0 emails when something is on backorder and admitted it. I quickly order something else which wont be here until a week after Christmas. I call them the next day they are open, say they have canceled the back ordered item, ill get a refund to pay for the replacement gift I purchased. I hang up and hours later receive an email that they cant issue a refund all of a sudden my back ordered goft shipped?! Theres no way and they are playing huge games! I will never irder from them again. Now I have to fight this.
