Solid products at a very good price! One of my items needed to be replaced because it was defective. I contacted customer service and they made it happen. Sent me a new one and the new one works perfectly! Overall very good experience.

Horrible customer service. Ordered 5 items. It said out for delivery. And only got 2. When I call their Customer Service. Only info they could give is the other 3 items were out of stock and didn't know when they would be available. In their website it said items to be available in stock. To this point haven't got my refund back. Customer service agent totally disrespectful and incompetent. When asked simple questions seeking a solution.

Wow, ordered soft doors for my 2025 can-am defender, and was shocked at how well they didn't fit; called the company and talked to a rep whom assured us they would fit, just had to switch the upper hinges from the rear door box with the ones in the front door box......ok. Once they were installed, the gap at the front of the doors was less than an inch wide, even after adjusting them for half the day. The instructions were almost followable, but felt as if they were written by someone who understood very little English. Definitely wouldn't recommend wasting your money buying soft doors for a can-am from this company, until they get their act together.

11-21-25 1st gloves order, rec'd 11-27-25, rec'd no trackin info until delivery DAY. gloves too big-NOT true to size as site said+wouldn't stay running beyond 80 sec/w full batt charge. recd return label 12-1-25, gave to UPS brandon ms 1:15 pm 12-2-25. ordered 2nd pair (M-size this time), 11-27-25, same no tracking info problem ( Uuni or Unni or Uunni sucks )!

Emailed then again about same problem, JUST TONIGHT they responded saying "out of stock until 12-20-25" wtf!!?? BUT they took my money .again..100% same day I ordered though!. They refused to work WITH me to correct a bad first impression. I had better get two separate refunds on wed 12-10-25 or I'm going to BBB and whatever other authorities I can coherent deal with!!...Kemimoto..bye!!

I have NO PROBLEM.providing all email communication between myself and them with tracking numbers, purchase prices..etc..for proof. Unsure if I'd recommend buyiong from Kemimoto at this time and instead deal with another motogear sales company like Revzilla. THEY..unlike Kemimoto didn't bs around DON'T use some fly by night offbrand UNKNOWN shipping vendor ( Uni Uni ? wtf ) and instead use Fedex.. AND they , unlike Kemimoto" the ONLY two times I had any accidental issues with them..RESOLVED The problem..without hassles or delays in communication.

Kemimoto was very apologetic, provided a store credit for the troubles which was enough to get another pair of gloves ( small size, but UNarmored though -sigh) that FINALLY fit perfectly...100% and both hands touch screen fingers work ( I tried Held brand's armored winter glove offering on their site..Per Pat ..it's " safety "thing as to why the left hand won't work a touch screen...on purpose. Had to return them. I don't pay 300 bucks for a pair of touchscreen glove in which nothing is mentioned on the ad page, Held, that ONLY the right glove works a phone. I deliver Uber customer food and MUST be able to a couple times while in motion touch my phone to reset Uber's laggy maps system to ensure I don't miss a street to turn on sometimes.

Sorry Held. ya lost my business. Kemimoto= at least trying to resolve things and has done a good job at that.

Now I have to figure out how to return for a refund or sell these size medium( the smallest size they still have on their website for the sheepskin armored h20-proof heated moto gloves).

Not to be rude, but the shipper, Unii, or Uuni, needs to work on their tracking updates. Such updates are useless if your customer doesn't get updated info on where the order is until the very same day within barely a minute or two's time of the order being delivered. I really wish Kemimoto would use a better-communicative shipping courier. I think they're based in Germany or another nation across the Atlantic.

I have purchased a few different products from this company for my SxS. Overall I have been pleased with the quality of those products. Though I did have an issue of a significant delay with one of my products, of which I then chose to purchase elsewhere because of that, the customer service department was more than gracious to process the return at no cost to me and was very apologetic. I will continue to purchase this company's products.

I ordered a turn signal kit and mirrors for our new side by side. There was an issue with the right turn signal. It would stay on. I emailed the company about it and they sent a new part. Now they work as they should. 5 stars for their customer service and 5 stars for the products! Will definitely order more stuff in the future and recommend to others

Solid products. Had a shipping issue that was out of vendors control. However, was taken care of. Product eventually showed up. Vendor provided a UPS label and refund. The mirrors I did receive on another order are great.

They originally shipped my items fast. Had a problem with a part on.my end and they went above and beyond to help me out and replace the part. Awesome company and people

We had an issue with our delivery and this company’s customer service was top notch. I would recommend purchasing their products. We purchased whip lights and mirrors for our Honda Talon. We will absolutely purchase from them in the future.

I just want to say, that KEMIMOTO customer service is amazing! After installing and using a boat mirror, purchased through Amazon, a couple of times, something apparently hit the mirror part and it cracked severely. I contacted the seller's customer service (Kemimoto) to see if we could buy a replacement for just the mirror part. They asked for photos. Upon receiving them, they said that their products are well made and they apologized for the mirror cracking. They offered to send a whole new mirror setup, free of charge. I wasn't complaining, or anything and yet, they made this offer. I would never hesitate to purchase from them again.

So far our experience has been very good with Kemimoto. We just bought a new 2025 Razor XP 1000 and the place we used to buy parts for our Ranger doesn't carry much for our new Razor so we stumbled upon these guys. We have placed about 5 orders so far and 2 of the orders we accidentally ordered the wrong parts. After an email to them, they sent me the return address and refunded me the following day. They have also been helpful finding us the correct parts we needed so very happy with them so far!
