Not buying ice

Was damaged in delivery and they made it really easy to get a replacement. Product works great for the value.

Ordered a replacement lid for fridge and was told it was lost and is supposed to be getting reshipped but I can’t get a tracking number for it has been over a month since the order was placed. Terrible service here need someone to get me my lid as soon as possible.

I was very pleasantly surprised not only the quality of the product, but also customer service. Easy online ordering, shipping was fast, and product arrived perfectly.

Don't go to amazon to get the cheap china made product. Go to bougerv to get the very nicely made product!

What a disappointment. I paid for a solar charge controller. FedEx at various times claimed that it had been delivered; later they claimed the package hadn’t even been given to them. In both cases, I was denied a refund. BougeRV lied about delivery and later lied that they had refunded me. This is stunningly poor performance.

The customer service was outstanding! I ordered the wrong cooler and Wenny helped me through the entire return an reorder process. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will be purchasing from then again!

The CRD2 fridge is a mid-tier fridge at a budget price. I opted for this unit as my first fridge as not to break the bank and become familiar with longer overland stays. The sale price was an added bones and with redundant systems such as battery backup and solar charging capabilities, you can't go wrong. My questions were answered by the service department in a timely manner by a real person who was eager to help. Can't ask for more than that.

i have used the 19 qt cooler several times for keeping groceries cool and also as a supplementary freezer for ice packs and such. i elected to get the base model without the battery. i found a separate power unit that, although larger, had more input and output options (solar, 120 v, dc) for not much more cost . on eco mode the unit cools down to 38 F quickly as well as to 20 F freezing . i noticed that at temps lower than about 38, some contents had ice . satisfactory so far .

Horrible logistics and customer service.

I ordered replacement handles for my refrigerator cooler, and took 2 months to receive the parts, and the parts didn’t have all hardware. I was told the hardware was included. The worst customer service I have ever seen, I would have to reach out to customer support to get updates. Terrible in my opinion.

I have purchased two fridges which have been great. I just purchased the a/c unit and am looking forward to using that. Coolers have both worked just as they should very happy with them.

Great Customer service and great product! I now have the fridge and the shower and love both. I plan on getting the BougeRV Rocky edition fridge next.
