The products are good
The products are good. But I had an issue with a return. I ordered one item somehow the website sold me two items. The return process was terrible trying to get in touch with somebody was terrible.

new to the rzr world
I am new to the rzr world and was quickly introduced to Kemi Moto. My 1st purchase was the whipless lights. After a couple of weeks, I began to have a problem with one of the connections. I contacted customer support and after a quick response and trouble shooting, they sent me out a new set. They were very understanding and helpful. I will forever be a Kemi Moto supporter!

Kemimoto rear window for the W!
I purchased a rear window for my dad’s 2026 CFmoto UForce 600. I was honestly surprised with the quality of the window. It was packaged up very well and shipping was quick. I will be ordering from Kemimoto again!!

Shipping was great product sucks
Shipping was great. Shipper destroyed the box but all parts were there. The fit and alignment was terrible. I had to file the mounting holes to be able to insert the original screws. Took an extra hour or more. The original 8mm screws used to mount the unit hardly seem stout enough to prevent any damage to the body as they will break and possibly case more damage than they will prevent. They are just "show" bars and I will be replacing them with REAL rock sliders.

WELL built, you can FEEL the quality as soon as you pick up the box. Open the box, pull them out and it gets even better. love these things. Can use them in either mode while riding. LOVE THEM

New windshield
Ordered a new windshield that cracked when installing it. The company was very prompt with following up with us, and making it easy for us to provide photo's and other info they needed from us. In less than a week we had the new windshield , it's now installed and pefect!

There was a problem with the product I ordered after I had it installed,, Called customer service and they took care of it right on the spot no questions,, I took the option to wait for a replacement not a refund
