Kemimoto outstanding service
I received my initial order of mirrors completely destroyed through USPS mail. It looked as if someone drove over the box.
I contacted Kemimoto about this on the day I received them on Facebook comments. Within a few hours Kemimoto contacted me giving me a link to their customer service representative. There was no bickering, no run around, and no hassle.
Kemimoto had replacement mirrors in the mail within 2 days. I received them in perfect condition.
There are few companies who would have handled this problem so quickly and so smoothly.
I will order from Kemimoto again when I want something that they sell.

From Excitement to Disappointment
I was excited about the price on these saddle bags, but that's where the good experience ended.
Right after I placed my order, the item went out of stock. The problem isn't that it was on back order, it's that nobody bothered to tell me. It wasn't until 10 days later, when I finally reached out myself, that I found out there was an issue.
The customer support was no help. First, I tried the online chatbot, which was completely useless and stalled when I asked for a timeline. When I called, they confirmed the back order, but didn't offer a solution. I even asked if they could ship a similar item to make my upcoming trip, and was just told to "wait for them to respond."
This whole experience was a huge waste of my time. They've created a terrible impression, and now I'm scrambling to find a new solution before my trip.

Much Better Than Expected
Much better than I expected at this price point. This is a high-quality product. The fabric is heavy duty and the construction solid. It fits nicely on my 2024 Softail Standard FSXT. The orange interior color is great for finding things. Lots of pockets and straps that allow many mounting options. Highly recommended.

Great Bag For Over The Road Trips
Recently purchased the Luggage Tour Pack for a trip to Sturgis. The bag worked great and stayed very secure to the luggage rack. There are several convenient side pockets to access small items quickly. The rain pouch stayed secure when used and kept the bag dry. I would definitely recommend this pack based on the quality, capacity and its ability to stay safely secured to the luggage rack which will give you peace of mind.For the record Kemimoto is not paying me for my review. I just think the bag was well worth it for my 1500 mile road trip and would recommend it to other riders.

Quality product, awesome customer service!
Ordered some mirrors with some off-road lights in them from these guys. Had one go out so I shot them an email. They are very responsive and instead of just sending me a light board they sent me a whole brand new mirror! Awesome customer service. Products are very well built and feel very sturdy. I have put the mirrors through some pretty serious trails and they are still holding strong. 💪🏼

Great product and transaction
Great product and transaction. Bought a tab holder for my Polaris General 1000. It was well designed and fit perfectly. The appearance was really good as there were no common defects that can happen with plastic. This would be inconsistent gloss, excessive flash, ect. Quality product, it does not look or feel cheap.
