I really enjoy the design and how it's glass so I can see how much is left. It's easy to clean and reuse. It doesn't keep the coffee hot for a long time but that was expected and that works very well for me since I often forget to drink my coffee anyway and it's quick to drink. It's been a great addition to my daily coffee routine!

This is my second cup. Dropped the previous one and place an Oder the same day for a replacement.

I love my new keepcup, it keeps my coffee hot for nearly 4 hours. Why is this important to me? Because I am undergoing chemo treatment I cannot drink a large amount of liquid in one go. Coffee is one of the few things that still tastes like it should, yay. Now I have the pleasure of taking as long as I like to drink my favourite drink.

I have several keep cups in different sizes, glass, plastic and clear plastic. I've loved the brand until recently when I had issues with the clear plastic discolouring to smoky white in places. When I contacted customer service about it they claim this happens if you put it in the dishwasher. As I've always put the other cups in the dishwasher I didn't realise this would be a problem. Ok my bad except the customer service was so rude and curt I was absolutely shocked. Perhaps lots of people are contacting them with this same issue and the customer service person is getting peeved but I didn't know sorry! My brand loyalty is now gone, quite literally left a bitter taste in my mouth! While I will keep using the ones I've got (apart from the defective one which is going in the bin) I definitely won't be buying anymore! I don't recommend you buy the clear plastic one because it seems you can't just throw it in the dishwasher like the other ones! EDIT 30/8. I contacted the brand via their online chat/help function on 18/8. I assume they keep records of these chats. The cup was purchased at Myer. I have provided my name and number already at the request of Trustpilot to KeepCup. The cup was only ever put in the top rack of the dishwasher (not that this was mentioned as being acceptable in my online contact with them). I no longer feel comfortable using the discoloured cup based on the stated information. If the initial respondent hadn’t been so discourteous I would not have been so upset. I am actually providing feedback which other people probably can’t be bothered to so KeepCup can take it onboard and improve their product. I’m not slamming the brand (ok probably customer service but not the brand) the other cups have been wonderful, from the start I loved the concept and I like swapping around the colours. I’ve even given them as gifts. It’s just the clear plastic one does not meet expectations and I was very taken aback by lack of concern/rudeness from their customer contact point after my years of loyalty to the brand.

I've had to replace all parts of my products due to malfunction, including the glass cup which exploded in a cafe covering the staff with broken glass.
After multiple replacements due to faulty manufacturing, I have finally reached the end of my tether and will not be buying anything further from this company.
One thing I will say is that the customer support was always as helpful as they possibly could be considering the conversations I had to have with them about their constantly failing products.

After six years, my old KeepCup broke and I now got my second one. Happy as could be about it...

Wonderful glass keep cup- with ease of cleaning and reusing each day for my trip mid morning to cafe.

I really like the look and feel of this cup, and it’s a great idea for everyday use. However, the lid not being leak-proof makes it tricky to carry around, and I’ve ended up spilling it a few times. If the design could be improved to prevent leaks, it would be a fantastic product.

i've had a keepcup for nearly a decade and i love it but i tried to order a replacement glass cup after breaking mine and i had to email them a week after placing the order to even get it shipped, which didnt even happen until a few more days later. no idea what happened, but it was very chaotic

The cup is designed to keep hot drink hot for longer, but it doesn’t make that much difference to a stand travel type mug. The extra wall of insulation gets water trapped between the two layers, making the mug always look “foggy” and no way of actually being fully dry. Concerned over time this will build mould and if water got in that way, it could certainly come into my cup. It is disappointing, I won’t buy this type again, perhaps a standard cup is more worthwhile.

I overall like very much Keep Cup. However, the Longplay cup’s double wall is not just glass, but glass and plastic. It was not clear on the site when I ordered.

Poor customer service. Very high shipping and tax rates. I contacted them in less than 1 hour of purchase and even spoke to Daisy the customer service and admin lead in less than 10 hours to cancel my order and she just made it so difficult and expensive to do so. Very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
