No reply to my email last week either.
Appalling customer service.

I'm really impressed with this bowl! It kept my strawberries fresh, didn’t leak, and survived the dishwasher just fine. I got the natural shade but might go for a brighter one next time to coordinate with my KeepCup.

Excellent customer service. Good quality. Drinks stay warm and we find it nice to drink from a glass and not a mug. Lid may need to be replaced every few years but the glass is durable good quality.

Royal Mail have tried to deliver 3 times! I want my refund and I also want you to the cup back to me as I went through all the hassle to send it back to you and you haven’t even taken delivery.

Great approach to replacement parts. Every single part of a keep up can be bought as a single item replacement, meaning you don’t have to replace the whole thing when you lose or break a part. It’s a much more affordable and sustainable approach.

I was given a KeepCup as a gift some years ago. It is the only travel cup I ever used. I only used it about once a week but it never let me down. I liked the easy clean glass and plastic that never retained smells. When my first cup got broken in a drop onto concrete steps I just had to buy a replacement.

Dont like the cup at all.
It dosent fit in a cup holder. Has this giant bit of cork around it that needs to be moved to wash the cup, and the lid just pushes on,so not spill proof.

I love the Keep Cups! The glass is nice to drink from and they’re well made and sturdy. All good unless you drop them on tiles as I did with my previous one!! Good to know I’m making a difference environmentally as well.

Screw top for the cap would be better than a push cap in my opinion, also took ages for despatch - longer than the given time on the website.

Great item. Purchased a small cup for flat whites and it’s great! Easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning. Looks great and does the job! Received item very quickly and well packaged.

I have had my plastic Keep Cup for over 13 years and it has finally developed a few cracks. That one Keep Cup has kept approximately 4000 disposable coffee cups out of landfill over its lifespan. Excellent investment for the environment and myself.

Disappointed to find out that the cups are now made of regular glass after a minor fall breaking my few weeks old cup. I was used to not having to care so much about the handling I knew it it tough enough . I know this is not a major change and probably cutting costs is the reason but I can't help finding myself being disappointed about the decision. I LOVE and I own keepcups for nearly a decade now finding this out only after about a few weeks of use by breaking it also broke my heart for the love I had... keepcup, Can you please keep tempered glass option available even for a higher price?

We absolutely love our Keep Cups! Each of us in the family has one, and they’ve quickly become a part of our everyday routine. Not only are they a joy to use, but I also love what they stand for—making small, simple changes to be kinder to the environment. I felt so strongly about it that I went and bought seven more, each with custom-coloured lids, as gifts for my daughter’s nursery school teachers. I hope it inspires them to take their cups to their local coffee shops for refills too. It feels wonderful to be supporting such a thoughtful product with a meaningful purpose.

I tend to buy parts when I need from third part sellers like Amazon, but this time as I wanted a new full cup, I went with the brands own online store.

But as much as I love my cup, my order had one straw missing, so I contacted customer service the same day, but turns out getting through to them on the chat is impossible, you keep waiting and no one shows up, there was also the option to put your email, but more one week later I'm still waiting for someone to reply or even acknowledge the issue.

Your company is the only place I can find the small keepcup.

kind of confusing looking for parts and upgrading hard to see and imagining colour combinations

I recently placed an order and noticed that the lids, and straws hole are quite loose. They don’t fit tightly and come off easily, which makes the cups difficult to use and not like your advertising.
