Got one of there android units for a mitsubishi outlander for my wife.
Absolutely no problems works exactly as it is supposed to.
What people don't realise are these are cheap and cheap for a reason these aren't Sony, alpine , pioneer stereos and this is clearly evident. But I've paid £130 for this stereo and for £130 I can't complain.

STAY WELL CLEAR!! I wish I searched their name on Google before buying a Vauxhall insignia Tesla screen. If I had I wouldn't have bought it. There reviews seem good on eBay which is what tricked me but don’t fall for it. The screen complete stopped working. The screen light up as you could see a blue background so the power was there and working but there was no display! Bear in mind this is only 6/7 months after purchasing and it even says a 1 year warranty on their page, don’t be fooled by this either. Once you’re past the 30 days you’re screwed. I contacted fantasticnavs about these problems, first they claims I didn’t even buy it from them when I gave them the order number even though I contacted them through the sale message it’s self. Once proof was instantly sent, with the order number, company number and what it was, I have been completely ignored for over 3 weeks now. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE I AM NOW £300 down

Ce sont des menteurs et manipulateurs... les produits sont garantie 15 jours chez aliexpress après faut s'arranger avec junsun et c'est tout le problème... réponses complètements à côté, incohérences. On vous demande de vérifier des choses que vous ne pouvez pas faire, comme pas exemple prendre la tension sur port usb, prendre des vidéo alors que le problème arrive en roulant, il faut des fois tout démonter , faire un vidéo pour leur montrer que cela ne fonctionne pas.. du coup les vidéos ne leurs conviennent jamais et aucune prise en charge de sav. N espérez pas un remboursement si le produit à plus de 15 jours et si ils acceptent retour à vos frais du produit...

Achat autoradio
Autoradio facile à monter avec son enjoliveur. Réglage et connexion téléphone aucun problème ,attention commande au volant a définir en Manuel .le seul petit truc qui serait bien avoir plus de liberté pour le configurer sur certains paramètres :changer le logo de démarrage et plus de mode pour personnaliser l'affichage autoradio: une connexion au bus voiture pour la gestion des options .

Le micro ne fonctionne pas, le contact junsun me demande de changer le micro...🤣 comme si j'étais un pro de l'électronique...
Retour et achat d'un modèle V3 de qualité supérieure et plus cher, problème il ne s'allume pas,donc retour des deux.
Très mauvaise expérience.

Il peggior acquisto fatto su AliExpress autoradio v1pro dedicato per fiat 500x mai andato correttamente km. che lampeggiano volume della radio che aumenta improvvisamente al max ecc.ecc ma il peggio è che un certo Kim mi ha preso in giro per mesi assicurandomi che decine di ingegneri lavorano per me ed io cretino lo assecondavo cambiando le impostazioni che mi devono ( sempre le stesse) adesso quel cesso di autoradio lo butterò ,ditta pessima ,prodotti scadenti e assistenza assente leggete bene prima di acquistare evitate junsun.

Le Gps Junsun fonctionait bien mais quand j'ai voulu des mises a jour .Pas de mises a jour .Junsun m'as aviser qu'ils n'avait pas de mises pour l'Amerique du nord pourtant le GPS junsun une mise a jour a vie est incluse

Vor dem Kauf sind die immer schnell und antworten auch. Nach Zahlung dann nicht mehr. Alle 2 Tage mal ne Anwort obwohl sehr wichtige Sachen noch geklärt werden müssen.

Emails = keine Antwort!
Skype = keine Antwort!
Chat über Ali Express = keine Antwort!

Vielleicht sind Sie aber auch mitlerweile Pleite. Wer weiss das schon.

Echt Schade eigentlich. Bleibt nur noch Stornierung und bei der Konkurenz bestellen.

Was in der Werbung versprochen , funktioniert in der Praxis nicht. Auf Anfrage keine Antwort. Junsun Help Center antwortet nicht.

Avoid this seller – Terrible customer service and refusal to respect warranty

I purchased a product from this seller that became defective after a few months. Instead of providing proper support under the warranty, they repeatedly demanded that I pay for return shipping and perform unreasonable tasks, such as disassembling the product myself. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they refused to comply with their legal obligations under French consumer law.

Their customer service is slow, unhelpful, and unprofessional. If you value your time and money, I strongly advise against buying from this seller. They do not honor warranties and will waste your time with endless excuses. Avoid at all costs!

Junsun is een extreem onbetrouwbaar bedrijf.
De claim dat ze in Europa opereren is een valse claim.
Ze verzenden dan wel vanuit Europa maar dat is dan ook alles.
Ik heb in 2022 een radio gekocht waarbij veel mis was.
Omdat er toen geen serviceadres was in europa moest alles gedaan worden vanuit China en dus niet vanaf de shipping adressen vanuit Europa.
De onderdelen die er nodig waren om reparaties uit te voeren waren op eigen kosten (hoezo 2 jaar garantie ?)
Nu was de radio weer defect en kon ik hem naar Polen sturen voor reparatie.
Na onderzoek zou ik deze verzendkosten vergoed krijgen.
Nadat het opgegeven adres in Polen al fout was en ik dit zelf moest corrigeren, bleek idd dat de radio niet te fixen was en dat ik een nieuwe zou krijgen.
Omdat die er niet was moest ik 6 weken wachten of 25 euro bijbetalen voor een andere.
Dit is natuurlijk ridicule waarna ik gesommeerd heb te willen wachten.
Na weken wachten nog niets.
Na contact bleek dat de oorspronkelijke radio niet meer zou komen maar dat ik met bijbetaling van 25 euro een ander mocht hebben.
Dit aangeboden model kost nu 76 euro terwijl ik voor mijn originele al ruim 150 heb betaald in 2022.
Alle argumenten die ik al weken lang inbreng ten spijt, komt er niets terug tenzij ik bijbetaal voor een goedkopere versie van hetgeen ik had.

Kortom, Junsun is één grote scam.
Ze lichten je echt op waar je bijstaat.
Wees wijs en loop er om heen of neem je verlies als het fout gaat.
Verwacht niets als ellende als het stuk gaat.
De 2 jaar garantie stelt namelijk niets voor !

Op dit moment heb ik nog als laatste poging Junsun in China aangeschreven ipv de chat op Ali express om actie te ondernemen.
Eerlijk gezegd, verwacht ik daar niets van.
Wanneer er wel wordt gereageerd om het probleem op te lossen, zal ik zo fair zijn om dit te melden hier en evt. mijn recensie aan te passen

*** UPDATE *** 30-8-2024

Na veel druk te hebben gezet op zowel de helpdeskmedewerker via de chat als ook tegen Junsun zelf, heb ik gisteren een andere unit ontvangen vanuit Frankrijk zonder enige kosten te hebben betaald.
Of deze unit goed zal zijn, moet nog blijken.
Het gaat hier om een unit welke duidelijk al was gebruikt door iemand anders.
Dit omdat de accountdata van de vorige gebruiker er nog gewoon in stond, Android de radio al was ingericht en de doos van de unit vol lag met schroefjes en plastic dashboard onderdelen.
Mijn mening blijft dan ook, ondanks ik naar 2 maanden hopelijk eindelijk een werkend radio heb, dat je Junsun beter kan mijden wanneer het om service oid gaat.
Zoals eerder aangegeven is mijn advies dan ook, voorbijlopen of je verlies nemen als een unit defect gaat.
De 2 jaar garantie en dat het zgn. uit Europa verzonden wordt en/of gerepareerd, stelt echt niets voor

J’ai contacté directement le fabriquant, pour savoir si le modèle que je voulais était bien compatible avec mon véhicule, modèle et année. Très bon contact avec une personne qui s’appelle Fan, j’ai finalement acheté le Junsun V1 plus à la place de l’autoradio d’origine de ma voiture, pendant le montage, j’ai eu un doute sur un branchement, j’ai contacté le fabriquant avec une photo, j’ai eu une réponse dans l’heure. Cela fait quelques jours que j’ai installé l’autoradio dans ma Mercedes classe a w169, il fonctionne très bien, les commandes au volant fonctionne très bien, le GPS aussi, la radio également et la musique via des clés USB également. Très satisfait de cette marque.

Bad bad bad. No customer service and ignorance. Run away.

Update zu meiner ersten Bewertung: Nachdem ich die Quelle meiner Abstürze lokalisiert und sie abgestellt hatte, lässt sich das Radio sehr gut bedienen. Auch der ebay Händler aus Zürich war entgegenkommend und hat mir ein weiteres Radio zur Probe zugeschickt.
Die Quelle der Abstürze des Radio lag in erster Linie am ordnungsgemäß abgeschlossen USB Stick. Nachdem ich jetzt alles über Bluetooth von meinem Handy übertrage und die zwei USB Anschlüsse frei lasse, bleiben meine Einstellungen am Radio und saubere Übertragung der Rückwärtskamera dauerhaft stabil. Auch mangelnde Beschreibung der Bedienungsanleitung ist ein Grund zu Ergebnis für einen Leihen.

Poor radio reception seller messes you about I've just started an eBay return as I'm within the 30 days timescale, the radio is terrible works fine outside the house go 5 miles and just hisses and cuts in and out avoid this company at all costs

Avoid to buy from this company.

The products have a lot of software problems. The support is absolutely useless. Except for the fact that they use an absolutely basic level of English, often from their expressions you do not understand what they want to say.
The software from their headunits is very buggy and they don't even understand what the problems you are reporting to them. To fix the problems... forget it.

I have bought 2 products from them, both for VW cars, with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, one with 7" screen and another with 9" screen.
Both of them are junk and they should not be allowed to sell the items in Europe.

I tried to figure some solutions with their tech support, I am asking something, they are answering tottaly different things.

Worst company to use ever! Ordered navigation thru ebay seller called fantasticnavs and then issues started. First had issues with cable and canbus which i had to order separate and pay extra. Then that canbus was not for that soecific vehicle and the camera never started working after a few days of communicating with seller and them trying to go around so time goes then we never went to solution about that. Then after a few days of working the navigation screen stopped working and when i emailed them they sent me some silly file to upload to navigation which they said should fix the issue. All that chatting and going up and down time passes and they know that which is the reason for playing around and once you ask for replacement or refund then ebay says that they cannot refund the money because 30 days are gone. Seller stopped replying and now end up with 300£ to the bin. Will be contacting citizens Advise. Absolute joke seller and rubbish items from this company! Do not buy unless you want trouble!

Ein billiger Schrott für 229 Euro.

Ich hab viel Zeit und Geld dafür investiert und wo es angeblich alles funktioniert hat, hat es angefangen zu spinnen, sowie es der Kollege von 2023 beschrieben hat.

Wlan Antenne verlängern hilft für den Empfang. Ist zu kurz.
Wozu den ganzen Googlemüll mit installieren.
Radio empfang ist sehr schwach, kann aber auch an meiner Antenne liegen.
Ansonsten macht es was es soll.
Rückfahrkamera muss eingestellt werden.
