Absolutely useless customer service and communication. I have basically got a big black brick in my dashboard that does look quite nice but does nothing! I simply want some help and advice but have given up trying to contact anyone as I have been totally ignored.

I ordered an Android head unit for my Peugeot.
They asked which model I had, and I clearly stated it was the newer one, but the order was shipped out and for some reason they had changed my country code, so I didn't get any notification that it was ready for pickup; I managed to sort it out in the end, though.
Naturally, I received the wrong mounting frame it didn't fit my car and they are terrible at responding to emails and chats; when they do reply, it takes days between messages.
I had to order a frame myself.
In hindsight, I should have ordered from AliExpress; they answer my questions all the time.

Ich habe letzte Woche über den Marcetplace von Media Markt ein Junsun x7 Serie 10,33 Zoll für Fiat Ducato gekauft. Nach 3 Tagen geliefert ordentlich verpackt kam es an.
Ich muss gestehen seit ich das letzte mal ein Autoradio eingebaut habe ist über 40 Jahre her. Erst hab ich gedacht schaffe ich dann dachte ich kriege ich nicht hin.
Nach 3 Abenden und nächtlichen Überlegungen habe ich es jetzt bis auf die Rückfahrkamera ( hier muss ich mir einen Adapter bestellen oder die mitgelieferte Kamera einbauen dazu hat ich jetzt keine Lust) des Womos alles nach und nach verbaut inkl ordentlich befestigt. Ich muss sagen wenn man dahinter steigt wie sich die Jungs von Junsun das gedacht haben ist es echt genial gemacht und mann kann alles easy anschliessen und richtig befestigen.
Jetzt zur Technik, ich dachte erst na ja sieht ja cool aus aber mal sehen was es kann. Apple car play ging natürlich sofort erstmal alles überblicken das dauert etwas. Ich dachte hier würden die Apos gerade Video usw direkt ( da ja android) angezeigt nee das war so wie bei VW da war nix zu sehen. Dann hatte ich gelesen mann ja ja Mirroring machen dann geht alles !!! Habe ich über USB angeschlossen und verzweifelt versucht Magenta TV und Netflix ans laufen zu bringen das ging mal nicht inkl Video Fehlermeldung. Jetzt war ich richtig verärgert und dachte Mist Geld hätte ich lieber in ein neues Tablet ( Tochter hat das alte zerstört) gesteckt und das genommen um alles anzuschauen…
Aber jetzt der Knaller… da ich alles über apple mache hab ich nochmal nachgelesen wie ich die Apps auf das Android Radio kriege. Für Windows und Google Nutzer normal für mich bis heute relativ neu. Also Konto eingerichtet bri Google und dann ab in den Playstore.
Jetzt habe ich Magenta ( da habe ich echt immer gezweifelt und das Modul zu Hause in den alten Fernseher ist auch echt schlecht da es immer wieder mal abstürzt aber für Android Fernseher so wie ich im Womo verbaut habe ohne SAT Schüssel oder sonstige Antennen habe ich unendlich 5 G Vertrag und schaue Fernsehen / Netflix usw da wo keine Satschüssel empfängt) TV installiert auf das Radio und auch Netflix und Ihr glaubt es nicht gestochen scharfes Bild richtig super geil und für meine Tochter die kann während der Fahrt Fernsehen oder Filme schauen oder sogar mit Bluetooth und kleinem Controller spielen hab ich gelesen, das ist echt mal cool.
Der Unterschied ist das können aktuell nur diese Android Radios, ich habe Vergleichbar mir für 1200 Euro das Pioneer angeschaut, das kann auch alles und hält vermutlich länger aber es kostet auch 4 x soviel.Ich hoffe das Junsun hält gut und macht mir ein paar Jahre Freude dann ist es eh schon wieder veraltet und mit den neuen Apple Sachen oder was da sonst noch kommt gar nicht mehr kompatible 😬
Bis jetzt muss ich sagen bin ich begeistert, 4 Sterne nur weil keine vernünftige Einbaubeschreibung dabei ist und auch der link Richtung youtube nur ganz allgemein über die Radios berichtet. Das muss man echt sich alles raussuchen und das was man braucht rauspicken.
Wie gesagt ansonsten total happy Radio ist fliessend, Lüfter ist leise, OLED Display gestochen scharf, Radioempfang in Ordnung, wenn nicht gehe ich über Dab oder über das Internet, die alten Boxen haben definitiv besseren Sound als mit dem alten Pioneer von vorher

Entgegen aller schlechten Bewertungen und Erfahrungen habe ich über den Obi Marketplace, Junsun Poland Commerce tritt als Verkäufer auf, ein Fiat Ducato spezifisches Radio mit 6GB+128GB bestellt. Geliefert wurde ein vollkommen anderes Radio mit 2GB+32GB. Das ist enttäuschend. Ich habe mit Obi, Junsun und dem Verkäufe vom Obi Marketplace Kontakt aufgenommen und warte auf Antwort. Bei Neuigkeiten gibt es ein Update.
##Update: Das Radio wurde zurückgenommen, das angebotene, bessere war gar nicht lieferbar. Online habe ich das Angebot jedoch immer wieder gefunden. Ich habe dann bei Junsun direkt gekauft. Das Radio ist spitze!

Finger weg von Junsun.
Bei Problemen findet man nur schwer eine Mailadresse. Wenn man die anschreibt, bekommt man keine Antwort.

Annuncio fuorviante e ingannevole. Ho richiesto la restituizione dell'autoradio ma non è stata accettata. Ho dettagliato la lista dei componenti mancanti e mi hanno risposto che questi erano optional a pagamento. Mi hanno inviato la lista degli optional, ma le telecamere vista 360° non erano disponibil.

NO TIENEN ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE, SOLO UN CHAT CON RESPUESTAS AUTOMÁTICAS, NO RESPONDEN AL CORREO ELECTRÓNICO, NO HAY FORMA DE PODER HACER LA DEVOLUCIÓN, ESTA PÁGINA ES UNA ESTAFA

je suis très content de mon carplay junsun V1 toutefois pour brancher la caméra de recul la notice n'est pas fiable .Il faut brancher les cables 3 et 4 et 5 ensemble .La notice oublie de nous dire que le câble n 5 doit se joindre aux n° 3 et4 J'espère que mon expérience sera profitable à ceux qui lirons mon commentaire l

Le canbus n est pas adapté l autoradio ne s' allume pas.apres 10 mails au sav sans réponses ,je pense que je vais devoir me débrouiller seul.

Autoradio bestellt. Keine brauchbare Anleitung dabei. Retoure eingeleitet, bislang keine Rückerstattung erhalten nach ca 1 Monat und vielen mails

Ich habe ein Junsun TS18 Androidradio gekauft über einen Ebay-Verkäufer. Während der 3-4 Wochen Umtauschzeit konnte ich jemand erreichen, danach war der Verkäufer nicht mehr zu erreichen. Junsun angeschrieben-- keine Antwort. Seit ca. 6 Monaten warte ich auf einen Lüfter der defekt ist. Was macht man, wenn das Gerät ganz defekt ist- wegschmeißen? Junsun reagiert nicht auf Mails. Zum wegschmeißen ist das Teil zu teuer- lieber etwas mehr ausgeben und dafür Freude und Gewährleistung haben!

Vorsicht vor diesem Shop! Bestellte Ware wird nicht geliefert, und Kommunikation ist nicht möglich. Betrüger!!!

Zeer zeer slechte klantenservice. Ik heb twee radio's gekocht, 1 voor Mercedes Vito met camera en 1 voor Peugeot Boxer. Onderdelen werden snel geleverd maar bij montage leek de camera niet te kunnen werken op de radio van de Vito. Telkens zwart scherm. De bekabeling van de geleverde Peugeot Boxer klopte niet met de aansluiting op de wagen. Ondertussen zijn we al drie weken verder zonder dat ik ook maar iets heb ontvangen van hulp.

Really bad customer service. I sent email, texted even tried their online e chat no answer at all.
I have ordered a radio last week. For golf 6 . I received an email to confirm if this was the right radio I wanted and replied yes . But nothing since. The money has been taken for over a week and no confirmation it has been sent. And no replied from junsun at all. Was meant to ship in 4 days.. not impressed at all. Ordered from their main website. It is disgracefull

SHADY!! … These people do a lot of sales on eBay and they work over the customers by knowingly selling defective units then promising a replacement, only they promise for weeks until eBay does NOT honor the return policy . If you want a defective unit go with these guys . If you want excuses and lies GO WITH THESE GUYS. First lie was where they are from . They claim America ( I couldn’t tell you exactly where they are from because I don’t read Chinese) STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!!!

I would give no star . They are terrible . They knowingly sold me a unit that was defective ( as evidenced by one of their terrible instructions that are near nonexistent) . The instructions say “if the control buttons dont work or light up then you may need to download a certain file, if they still won’t function contact them to get a new unit.”
Well if that’s not telling you that you’ll have a piece of junk , nothing is ! I contacted them on eBay and they led me on for weeks and used excuses that the new unit wasn’t delivered . When I finally had enough bull%#*% from them and opened a return , EBay denied the return .
These people make a living from being shady and they certainly know how to work EBay and get away with selling junk . STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. BTW they say they are AMERICAN but really everything is in Chinese!

I had a good experience with regards to customer service. I made a purchase for a high end headunit but unfortunately learned after a week that it was out of stock. After great communication my money was refunded very quickly. I will try to buy again but I wasn't given a timeframe of when products would be back in stock. I will contact Junsun to see when it does and leave a 5 star review.
