The plants were dead when they arrived with me. Customer services have not as yet responded to my email.

bit disappointed with the wallflowers although i expected some yellowing of the leaves i did not expect them to be dead and falling off. i have tidied them up and hope threy will recover because there are still green leaves.

Placed my order for wallflowers in July order received 28th October which was fine however opening the box the plants were in a state and it appears they were dispatched on the 21st October so they were in delivery process for a week anyway called and told Woolmans they asked for photos then order no and postcode within about 30 mins I was informed I would be getting a full refund that is excellent customer service

You did what you said you would, and what we expected.

Ordered bare root wallflowers this year again as I had been really pleased with the plants last year. However, the plants weren’t quite so good. It seemed like they had been tied in the bunch for a little too long as there was some rot and yellowing of the leaves. I planted them same day I received them so will monitor how they do.

Easy to order the quality product at a good price. Rapid delivery. I am a happy customer.

Half the order failed to arrive, the one part that did was missing bulbs and when told replacements would be sent, they were out of stock.

(Customer service was very prompt in replying however.)

Kept in touch about delivery and the bulbs are in superb condition. Will definitely order again.

You could not supply the Wallflowers part of my order so substituted Sweet William. Unfortunately Sweet William were already part of my order so I am now left with 60 Sweet William plants (very healthy looking by the way) - quite a few for a smallish garden!

I received the goods after what I thought was a too long a delay in this almost instant delivery time of today’s deliveries. I thought I was dealing with one company and it transpired that it was an other, having been bought out,confusing.
When I telephoned to chase up the order the staff were very helpful.

Bad packaging and poor customer service person when I called in. She wasn’t interested in what went wrong and was also dismissive when I pointed out that your delivery note misspelt the firm (Johnnson - three n’s). 20% of the plugs fell out in each of three boxes. You need to put crumpled paper in and or use shallower boxes. I got them back in and expect most will survive. Complained about same issue last year. Do you learn?

Lovely plants well packaged and fast delivery

The plants are excellent but I don’t like Yodel. They deliver in the evenings and at weekends and some drivers obviously don’t understand the term “live plants”as they had been upside down and fallen out of their packaging.

I ordered 90 Winter Pansy garden ready plants. A few had come out of their pots in transit, but all were healthy. Not as large as stated, but acceptable. They are now safely transplanted. They arrived within the estimated delivery period. Only 4 stars due to them being slightly smaller than I expected. I'm looking forward to a colourful winter display. I will be ordering again in the future. Thanks
