Wonderful Busy Lizzie plants
Never used Marshalls before, usually when you buy live plants you get some that are damaged in transit or looking a bit worse for ware. All the plants arrived in really good condition and looking incredibly healthy. I would not hesitate in using Marshalls again and would definitely recommend them.

Evri were suppost to deliver plants on Wednesday, didn't receive them until Saturday. Box is damaged luckily plants inside are okay and alive.

3 × Dehydrated unviable "See you in Rosé" Persica Bareroot
My order for 3 × "See you in Rosé" Persica bareroot roses was placed 18th March. Website and order states Dedpatched 3 days of placing order" I chased via email twice . My email of 23rd March was acknowledged after delivery on the 28th March. Roses were soaked for a morning before planting as they were destined for a community Memorial Garden. The roses were packed with no medium to mitigate dehydration so I was concerned about their viability. They have been watered daily as it has been so dry in East Anglia but the roses are not showing any signs of viability yet. VERY poor service. I have never ordered from Marshalls before but didn't use other reliable suppliers because of budget for this project. I suspect that they will be a waste of time and money and I will have to remove them and replace at further expense. I shall never rely on Marshalls and rate them poor for communication, tracking options and quality.
This review is late due to the patience required to wait for any sign of life. Sadly poor roses won't make it.

Plants arrived in poor condition and some just rotted off when potted up. I have 13 plants out of 20 that were ordered.

Their courier delivered to the wrong…
Their courier delivered to the wrong address and Marshalls took several days to respond to my email notifying them of this fact that my neighbour was away so I was delayed in getting my bare rooted plants.
I've got them now and I just hope they will be OK.
