They despatched order #268900 to the wrong address and then did not respond to an email. Best avoided.

The plants were healthy. There was only two in the packs I couldn’t use. They were smashed.

Usual excellent garden ready plants. Could not be better.

The plants we ordered arrived in excellent condition. They were well packed and transported in strong boxes which kept them upright and protected. They were competitively priced and the order process was easy to follow and secure.
We often purchase plants on line, and we have been occasionally disappointed by some companies products. These were truly of good quality and well cared for.

Plants arrived well packed most of them looked quite healthy seems as though the package was thrown around in transit due to all the loose soil lying around in the box but they do have a chance of picking up hopefully

The plants are good quality but the carrier can’t read signs .They were well packaged and well labelled with very large arrows showing which way to keep up,but unfortunately one was placed on its side and another upside down so that many young plants were tossed around.

I have given 5 stars because:
Ordering was straightforward
Plants were delivered on the date promised and each one was good quality

well grown plants in good condition but carrier needs educating in which way is up!!

I ordered 90 pansies. They arrived all tipped out inside the box. There is no betting to keep them in place. I shall not be using Johnsons again.

Arrived and are a good size and in great condition. Usually when you order from other companies you get tiny plants and just dont survive or my case chickens stamp on, dig up or just eat but these being bigger survive
