HPLC Conveyancing Omdömen

Fantastic, would highly recommend! Shawnee, dealt with our move and was amazing. She was always on point at responding to any questions we had, putting us at ease though what was a stressful time. Very professional and cannot thank them enough for making our move possible.

Fabulous company to be with through lengthy complicated purchase and sale. Always available to talk to, great communication and patient but always wanting the best for the client. Thank you HPLC for getting us through to the other side! S & T Tomkins

Bethan was brilliant. She had to battle Persimmon every step of the way and we could not have been easy clients (especially as it was my first time buying and selling).
Great communication and I will always come back if we decide to move.

Thank you to team had a few issues with communication with all party’s but I think that was down to my nervousness of buying first home not knowing what’s going on but on the whole friendly and professional service with good end result and value for money thank you.

Very professional, friendly, and quick.

Bethan, was incredibly helpful. It took the stress away from buying.

Always very helpful and fast responses to any queries I have with my propery purchases/sales. Look forward to working together in the future.

Was recommended by a close family friend, with such a short deadline set by the sellers HPLC were fantastic at getting it all sorted before Christmas! Always quick with their reply’s and sorting and answering all my questions.

Excellent service. Under difficult circumstances. Would use them again and highly recommend

Brilliant service, really appreciate that as a customer you’re treated as a person and not as just another case file on the pile! Couldn’t have asked for more through what was a very difficult move!

Heather and her team offered us great customer service and helped us with every step of buying our house. It made the process so much easier and they were always at the end of the phone if we had any queries or problems.

Heather and her team were very helpful throughout the entire process of selling two properties.

The whole thing was quite daunting for me to begin with, and I’m pleased that I used HPLC as they were straightforward and easy to communicate with - 5 stars comfortably achieved!

As a a first time buyer HPLC were always there to support us with our purchase and endeavoured to answer any questions that we had. The price of their services was very reasonable and they didn’t charge us for claiming the HTB like other solicitors do. I would highly recommend HPLC Conveyancing!

Very Professional in all aspects of the purchase with regular updates

I bought my first home recently and used HPLC for the conveyancing services. I was very nervous as I wasn’t familiar with the legal processes involved, however I found Heather and her team so helpful and patient. Thanks again! Simran Singh Supra

I used a company in Leicester before this one, recommended by a previous estate agent and they were so dreadful I had to stop using them, fortunately, my new estate agents recommended HPLC Conveyancing – thank goodness they did.
I used Bethan who was thorough, helpful, super-efficient and most importantly contactable. I had to do very little (unlike my previous attempt to sell) Bethan just quietly got on with the sale and also had to deal with a tricky instance which she did do fantastically, she knew ‘her stuff’ and helped the sale move forward!
I really would recommend this company to ANYBODY and EVERYBODY and would use Bethan again without hesitation!

HPLC were recommended to me by a colleague and have been absolutely amazing.

I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process, everything was done when they said it would be, emails were answered very quickly and they just made the whole process incredibly smooth (even during the stress of my first buyer pulling out at the last second).

I 100% recommend them and will absolutely be using them again when we buy our next house.

i would highly recommend Heather Phillips Conveyancing ALL STAFF were extremely helpful very professional and always there if needed at the end of the phone and put your mind at ease and were extremely quick to respond to any queries asked.

I decided to use Heather Philips Con purely from recommendations when i asked friends on social media and the thing i liked was they just purely dealt in house conveyancing only.

I would not hesitate in using Heather Philips again, also when going into there office the staff are so friendly and even there office doggy is lovely such a relaxed atmosphere.

i would like to thank Heather Philips for there smooth and very easy transaction of my house sale and will be using you again very soon when we find our new home.

many thanks
Kerry Gough

Brilliant service, every time
