HPLC Conveyancing Omdömen

Bethan is a superstar. I have been using HLP Conveyancing for many years now, both with my own home and my rental properties.

I don't know how she has the patience to persevere and deal with some really difficult companies and their solicitors. There are many in the legal profession who in my experience are just out to make a profit. I have come across many of them unfortunately.

This is why it is so refreshing to deal with Bethan who is competent and honest. Bethan and HPL Conveyancing provide excellent customer service and value for money at all times. I wouldn't use anyone else for property-related matters.

Bethan comes highly recommended.

Bethan was an absolute super star! As a First time buyer I had many silly questions, she responded promptly by email or phone, she explained everything thoroughly, she was also emphatic to my anxieties around the process & would offer reassurance. I’ve already recommended HPLC to two people, one who has already signed up, and the others will when their house sells. Bethan made the stressful process of buying a house easy & smooth! Thank you :)

HPLC have been excellent in all ways , the staff are professional and friendly. I am in my 80’s and selling a house was a new experience for me. They helped me in every way, no question was considered silly and that gave me total confidence in the team. The legal process was carried out quickly and efficiently, I was kept informed at every stage. I can definitely recommend the company to anyone.

Bethan was an absolute star from start to finish. She made the whole process feel really smooth and stress-free, and completion day was a total breeze. A huge thank you to Bethan and the whole team for all your hard work and support. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience with HPLC conveyancing company throughout the sale of my property. A special thank you to Elisabeth Matthews, who handled my case from start to finish with professionalism, efficiency, and excellent communication. Elisabeth kept me informed at every stage of the process, responded promptly to any questions, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. Her attention to detail and dedication ensured that everything progressed as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Thank you for making the sale of my property such a positive experience.

Excellent professional service from Elisabeth Matthews and the team.

Elisabeth and her team were great. Responsive, proactive and friendly.

Mary was amazing, from start to finish, with quick, professional replies as well as assistance with forms and questions. Kept us in the loop throughout and pushed for a quick sale.
This is the second time I’ve used HPLC, and dealt with Mary on both occasions, will definitely be using in the future.

Just giving a 5 star review for HPLC Conveyancing. I recently sold a property and also purchased a property through HPLC. Mary dealt with both properties and the process was so smooth and efficient and was stress free, Mary kept me informed all the way as to selling my house and the process of buying my new house. If you want an easy and stress free process then HPLC are the conveyancing team you need. 5 star service and thank you all.

Outstanding systems and service. HPLC and Elisabeth Matthews handled our house purchase with courtesy and efficiency. Their systems, verification software and communication was first class. This is the benchmark for conveyancing in my opinion. Well done and thanks 🙏

Charlotte Yates is nothing short of amazing. She took over our house sale and literally bought us to completion in just over a month. She covered all our queries with professional and speed. Hplc came recommended and honestly I wouldn't use anyone else. I intend on purchasing my own property next year and will request Charlotte again. X

Bethan made my experience as a first time buyer extremely stress free, for what is a stressful tax. I was kept up to date via the the app and could see all progress as and when it was moving. This is a great tool and avoided any overwhelming contact. Bethan rushed things through for me at the end so that I could complete, despite her being on annual leave. Everything was arranged so that someone else in the office could complete in her absence. Would definitely use again if I move 😊

Excellant company, they don't hang around on the ball, and the app helps keep you informed of each step.....Big thank you to HPLC

and a good price as well...

Shawnee was extremely professional and answered our queries promptly.

This was our first time buying a property, and Mary guided us through the process so that we fully understood each step. We did encounter some challenges with the sellers’ solicitors, but Mary was always responsive and proactive in chasing communication with them. I’m very grateful for her persistence, as the process could have taken much longer without her. I would highly recommend Mary and her team, and I would definitely ask for her again in the future. Thank you so much, Mary!”

The team at HPLC were brilliant all the way through the sale of our property. They kept us informed of the progress and the system they use is great. We cannot fault the dedication they shown and would definitely recommend them.

Mary Jarvis looked after my property sale and dealt with everything on a timely basis and was helpful in following up with the purchasers solicitors to move things along. The HPLC app was helpful in keeping me informed of how things were going. Can definitely recommend HPLC for a property sale!

Excellent fast and efficient service, we were kept up to date with every stage of the sale and the app was very useful and easy to upload all information that was needed,

Excellent from start to finish, portal to upload details was straight forward and great to keep up to date with progress. Communication was excellent, if I had a question I was able to contact them directly to speak to my conveyancer.
Thank you Shawnee for getting it through quickly and efficiently.

HPLC were recommended to me by a former client. It was my first experience with them and they worked hard and in the end and completed the purchase on time and satisfactorily after a short gap between exchange and completion. They have an easy to understand system which is useful to track progress of the case.
