HPLC Conveyancing Omdömen

As this was my first property everything was quite new to me. Everyone at HPLC has been so helpful and Mary who dealt with my purchase was great. Very pleasant to talk to and answered the phone every single time straight away. The price seemed so reasonable for the work involved. Thank you HPLC for securing my first home.

All staff were extremely professional and always prompt with replies and correspondence. At the end of the process the buyers solicitor gave us a very quick and short completion date and HPLC worked exceptionally hard to ensure the completion went through as requested.

Always quick and efficient. Quick response to emails or phone calls. Mary has been really helpful and responsiveness.

Charlotte and the team were great from the start. The app is simple to use and allows for complete transparency.
HPLC were fantastic value and made moving home stress free.
I would highly recommend HPLC

Having choosen HPLC for representation of our house sale we found them to be very professional, efficient and helpful. Customer service was excellent and being able to check the online portal kept us updated at all times. Overall a very smooth transaction. Many thanks

HLPC made selling my home easy and I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Special thanks to Shawnee who was swift to respond and kept me up to date throughout the process.

What one solicitors could not complete in 4 weeks HPLC did in 2 weeks. Amazing service from Heather and her team. I would recommend HPLC to anyone

Efficient, supportive service when dealing with the sale of our parents property.

hplc provided an excellent experience start to finish. Any questions were answered promptly. Frequent updates were provided at key points in the process.
Special thanks to Mary and Bethan.

HPLC Conveyancing assisted with the sale of my house. From start to finish everything was dealt with smoothly and professionally and there was always a friendly voice at the end of the phone if I had any queries or questions. Special thanks to Shawnee.

Couldn’t imagine any better help during the process of buying our first home. Professional and helpful. Always there for the customer. Well done HPLC Team, 113

Hplc were very helpful with our house purchase, as well as being local to us and knowing the area. They have moved forward on the technology side and got us on a tracking app to allow us to follow the progress of the purchase. We purchased through this firm with confidence, knowing the fees beforehand. We made several calls to chase the sellers solicitor and had transparent information back very fast. 10/10 we have passed on this company and will continue to do so.

HPLC gave me excellent support throughout my purchase - their app was great as it meant I wasn't constantly having to chase routine updates, but when I did need to speak to someone, Shawnee and the team were always at the end of the phone willing to give advice and provide me with updates. The sale was held up for some time at the seller's end - no fault of HPLC's but they did as much as they could to speed the other party along. Well worth the extra (but still very reasonable compared to some) price compared to using a bargain basement internet firm. Thank you!

Absolutely faultless service from start to finish. Shawnee was amazing and gave me regular updates throughout the whole process, would recommend HPLC to anyone, five stars!

Just completed another tenanted BTL from auction for me, would recommend heather and her team, as have done plenty of time before

I've used HPLC for most of my properties, and would recommend them to all. They are slick and efficient in how they handle the legal work. Thanks once again.

2nd time using HPLC - great service every time and make things easy, Mary kept me informed and move things as fast as possible

Highly recommend, very efficient and friendly service.

Excellent App, Friendly Communication with Staff. Made every step of the process as easy as it can be.
