HPLC Conveyancing Omdömen

We have had an amazing experience with Bethan & the team at HPLC. They couldn't do more for us and despite a few hiccups with other parties involved, we managed to get our sale and purchase sorted in record time. Bethan was always very responsive and never made us feel like an inconvenience for emailing her. We would not hesitate to us the team again and we appreciate everything they have done for us to help with our move.

HPLC Conveyancing have recently completed a transfer of equity for me. All the staff I had contact with there were friendly, helpful, knowledgable & responsive from the off - a pleasure to deal with. I've found HPLC to be both efficient and transparent as a company and I won't hesitate to return for further conveyancing services from Heather and the team in the future.

My partner and I have recently just purchased our first home, and we were lucky enough to be have HPLC recommended to us.

Bethan our solicitor was wonderful, we were kept up to date at all stages and whenever I had any questions they were always responded to quickly. Nothing was ever too much of an ask and for that, our experience was impeccable.

She knew as excited first time buyers we wanted to be in the property as soon as possible, so really pushed for us with the seller’s solicitors and estate agents to get enquiries answered. Without her, we would no doubt still be waiting for the purchase to complete.

Also, a big praise to all other of the ladies at HPLC - the phone was always answered with a helpful voice of the other end.

Thank you again!

HPLC Conveyancing were recommended to me when I was buying a house and I initially spoke to Heather on the phone, she made time to go through everything with me and I felt very happy and confident to go ahead with HPLC to do my conveyancing.
I was assigned Mary Jarvis as my conveyansor and on first meeting I felt very comfortable and had full confidence in her.
Mary did not let me down, she always responded to my communication, very calm and patient and took time to explain things to me and answer questions.
I found her to be professional, efficient and excellent at dealing with issues when they arise.
I highly recommend Mary and can't thank her enough for making my house purchase a pleasant and smooth transition.

Mary was really helpful and kept us informed during the sale . Very professional service . I would recommend.

Amazing experience with HPLC! Great communication throughout and answered and helped with any queries we had! Shoutout to Mary Jarvis for being a trooper!

We used HPLC as conveyors for our house purchase last year and it proved to be an expensive and deeply stressful mistake. This is call centre conveyancing at its very worst; admittedly cheap but boy do you get what you pay for. Abandon all hope of any decent service level and if you're expecting even a modicum of professionalism do your self a favour and go elsewhere. These people are slow, rude, and indifferent; I'd suggest you investigate the stream of highly positive reviews from people with only one or two previous reviews. Draw your own conclusions but avoiding this company will be the best advice you get all day.

Bethan was so efficient and quick with my house sale and purchase. She would always update me and if I was worried she never minded me phoning her during the day.
I found HPLC so helpful and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a solicitor for selling or buying a house.

All the team at HPLC, especially Mary, were really proactive and helpful with my house purchase. Would definitely use their service again.

Brilliant service, couldn't recommend enough. Never had to chase for anything and the whole sale was done so quickly and smoothly.

Heather was great from start to finish. Very professional as well as friendly and approachable. Made a potentially stressful event stress free. Thank you HPLC definitely recommend 👌
