HPLC Conveyancing Omdömen

This company are fantastic, very friendly and helpful.
I sold and purchased a property and the work was done in super fast time, their app is brilliant with updates every step of the way, I can’t recommend this company highly enough and I would like to say a special thank you to Charlotte for everything she done for us.

Efficient and friendly service, I would definitely recommend HPLC to handle your conveyancing. Price agreed before project commenced and remained fixed throughout. Special mention to Charlotte and Lauren for the help with the sale.

We have dealt with HPLC for a couple of small tasks we needed doing on our house deeds, so when we came to sell our house and buy a new one, we knew we could rely on Heather and her team. We were selling two properties and buying one property, and they handled all the transactions simultaneously during the Covid era. Charlotte was in charge of our transactions and was swiftly on the ball at every step of the way. Unlike others, HPLC use an electronic portal system which makes it easier to complete documents, upload ID requirements, and communicate through. This proved to be highly advantageous during difficult trading times, as other solicitors in the chain were no where near as efficient with their document handling or communications. They are reasonably priced, polite, patient and very professional. Heads and shoulders above the rest.
Well done Charlotte and team.

HPLC acted for the sale of my flat and I found them to be excellent. Very prompt responses and updates. Towards the end I was contacting them more regularly and always got a quick response and could reach them on the phone when needed. I would use them again and can recommend to others.

Thank you for your patience Heather, I was very pleased we managed to complete this sale in the end.I will definitely recommend your company to friends in Syston and around.

HPLC have just completed the sale of my property. Their service has been second to none. Every member of staff I spoke to knew about what was happening with the sale. Their response rates were very prompt and professional. Shawnee who dealt with my sale was amazing. I would highly recommend anyone to use their services. Thanks to HPLC.

Bethan and the team couldn't have been more helpful for us. Everything had a quick response and we flew through our sale and purchase with HPLC on the case. Couldn't recommend them enough as solicitors you can trust! Will only be using them in the future!

We used HPLC Conveyancing for our sale and purchase of our properties in the summer of 2020 and have found them to be excellent in all that they did. Very prompt with all paperwork and requests and very clear about what was expected of us.

We had some issues from others within our chain not passing messages through which meant up to five proposed moving dates being moved back but our case handler consistently chased and fed back to us the situation. Others in the process reported that they were very impressed with our case handler and how she communicated well and frequently.

We would very much recommend PLC Conveyancing to any selling and/or purchase a property.

From start to finish Bethan and the girls were amazing
Having had a bad experience with previous solicitors hplc made light work of everything and made the whole process of selling and buying stress free
Thankyou too all involved

HPLC have been fantastic guiding us through the purchase of our first home. Over the 3 months of the purchase we never had any issues with trying to contact them, always answered straight away and no matter who picked up, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Even if Shawnee (who was our conveyencer) wasn't available, the others would always help if they could.
I have to mention Shawnee, she was absolutely fantastic. We had a VERY difficult vendor and Shawnee did absolutely everything within her power to make sure we completed on the day we wanted to (so that we didn't have to sign another 6 month rental contract). She went above and beyond and she got completion through for us in time.
Overall a brilliant conveyancing company and a pleasure to deal with

Really great experience with HPLC. First time using a solicitors for the purchase of our first home. Very efficient and easy to contact. Not like other places you hear that you have to constantly chase up, if they are not available when you call then they actually will ring you back! Really pleased, very efficient and very knowledgeable on anything we needed to know.

We have used HPLC since we started our business. Heather got us out of mess with our first property purchase. We have used them ever since. Now just completed our ninth transaction. All done with as little fuss as possible and kept us informed all the way. Thanks.

Would definitely recommend HPLC! Charlotte kept me up to date at each stage of the sale. She was very friendly, professional, efficient and treated me as an individual. She promptly answered any questions I had. I can't thank Charlotte and HPLC enough!

This has been the third time I have used HPLC and have been more than happy with the work they do. Very thorough. Always someone to answer your calls, and deal with questions. Thank you again Charlotte for all the chasing up you did for me.

Amazing service. I was kept up to date throughout the process. Couldn’t ask for a better team. I would highly recommend

I received a fast response to my initial query, followed by efficient, & friendly service during the sale of a family property. I was informed of progress throughout the process. I am going to use HLPC for the future sale of my own property & would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for expertise in this line of business

Excellent service from start to finish. HPLC conveyancing completed my house purchase in about 7 weeks. I'll never use a solicitor again! Charlotte and Bethan were not only very professional but also easy to communicate with and explained things i wasn't sure about in a straight forward way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a hassle free house purchase!. Also loved the app they use to show you your progress. 5 star rating deserved!

Excellent service from start to finish. Charlotte looked after the purchase of my first home and made the process worry free. Very professional, quick to answer emails and helped with a fast purchase. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. Thank you!

We used HPLC when recently moving house & can highly recommend. Even through unforeseen times with the Pandemic we were kept up to date & in touch with any changes. We can’t thank Heather and her team enough for their determination & work through such a stressful time for us, especially Bethan who would always return our calls & emails when we had queries. Would always recommend working with local companies & wouldn’t hesitate to use them again! Thank you.

We were recommended to HPLC and found the service absolutely brilliant. Bethan looked after the sale of our property and I felt like she really went over and above expectations. She recognised when I was feeling frustrated with the slow movement of the vendor and did everything possible to keep things on track, she was so personable and helpful taking my calls without complaint on a regular basis. I genuinely have not received this service from a conveyancer before and would definitely recommend anyone looking for excellent service and commitment to complete your transaction.
