Kundenservice per Mail nicht verfügbar oder gar nicht existent, genaues ist schwer zu sagen. Ich musste meinen Sachverhalten deswegen nur bzw. permanent hinterher telefonieren, damit überhaupt was passiert. Mitarbeiter war am Telefon auch immer nur der eine, und der schien hin und wieder auch extrem überfordert. (Das einzig positive: Er ist freundlich geblieben, obwohl ich es dann aufgrund meiner Online-Erfahrungen nicht mehr war!) Ich bestelle definitiv NICHT noch mal online, lieber fahr ich die 400km nach Frankfurt und geh in dort in den Havaianas-Store, vielleicht läuft es da ja besser

Ho ordinato tre ciabatte . Tutte e tre di misure scelte ,che pensavo fossero la taglia eu , e invece sono 2 numeri più grandi . La prima da bambina ok , se le terra un quel modo , quelle da uomo si sono rovinate dopo 2 giorni , il colore si è sbiadito , e dopo altri 3 giorni di mare si è rotta . Ho contattato il servizio clienti inviando la foto dello sbiadimento appena sbiadite e quando si sono rotte le ho buttate . Il servizio clienti mi risponde dopo giorni chiedendomi altre foto e che la taglia è diversa nella foto ( le ciabatte me le avete inviate voi eh !!!) Ma le avevo buttate ! Che altre foto vi mando !!? Per quelle da donna ho fatto presente che vorrei fare reso e mi rispondono ma lo sa che sono la taglia brasiliana ? Se lo avessi saputo vi avrei chiesto reso ? Rendetelo più chiaro sul sito no?! Comunque fatto sta che un paio lho buttati e le altre le devo rimettere in vendita da qualche parte per recuperare i soldi ! MAI PIU !

Commande reçue au bout de 15 jours : ce n'est pas ma commande ! Tongs d'homme basiques pour 2 paires de tongs femme dernière collection.
Des messages laissés sur le site tous les jours. Ils ne répondent jamais au téléphone. Une vraie arnaque !!!!!

Horrible! Vous n’êtes que des gens incompétents et irrespectueux ! Des arnaqueurs professionnels ! J’ai commandé une paire des tongues, impossible effectuer un retour, ça affiche que le numéro de commande n’est pas correcte, et personne répond au téléphone, impossible joindre quelqu’un. HONTE À VOUS! Bande des arnaqueurs!

Verkeerde maat geleverd. Retourneren lukt niet om dat ik geen retour label ontvang. Telkens wordt gemeld 'Oeps, er ging iets mis'. Op mijn berichten wordt niet gereageerd. Bellen is niet mogelijk.

Nooit meer. Niet kopen, weg blijven van de site.

Ho ordinato delle ciabatte il 4/07/2025 e nonostante l’e-mail di conferma dell’ordine e i soldi che sono stati presi,oggi ho chiamato l’assistenza e a loro il mio ordine non risulta registrato nel sistema.Mi hanno detto addirittura che io non ho autorizzato il pagamento e che i soldi a loro non sono mai arrivati,allora i miei 20 euro di ciabatte a chi sono andati?
Sconsiglio vivamente di ordinare da questo sito,sono dei truffatori!!

If I could give zero stars I would, what an awful company to deal with and the quality of the product was terrible. I have tried returning defective flip flops on several occasions and every time I enter my details I can only get so far before the request crashes. I tried the online chat and when it goes to "Deviate to Human", nothing happens. I tried the call line and it just loops around the menu options and keeps you on hold indefinitely. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. I was a loyal Havaianas customer but I will never buy from them again.

El sabado hice un pedido pero no me enviaron ningun correo de confirmacion después lei las opiniones y viendo que eran tan malas pensaba que no me iba a llegar nunca pero ayer correos me envió un correro diciéndome que el pedido me llegaría en unos días y hoy martes ya las tengo aquí y perfectas.
El único fallo es que no me llegó ningún correo de confirmación por parte de havaianas.

Les tongs sur le site indiquent une taille apparemment égale à la pointure EUR alors que c’est faux. La paire que j’ai commandée est arrivée sans boîte, en piteux état, dans une enveloppe.
Je demande à faire un retour : il est payant et en plus on ne m’envoie pas d’étiquette de retour pour que je puisse expédier la paire. Je suis très déçue car j’adore les tongs Havaianas mais le service client sur le web est désastreux.

Sinceramente darei anche di meno di una stella, in quanto ho ricevuto due paia di infradito davvero sporche, la qualità non mi sembra la solita che sono abituata di questo brand. Ho contattato il servizio clienti, visto che le spese di reso sono a carico del cliente e va bene, ma non quando viene spedita roba sporca, sbagliata o danneggiata. Insomma da evitare assolutamente!

Aggiorno la mia recensione, perché una volta inserito il reso mi hanno poi risposto e mi hanno anche rimborsato le spese di spedizione! La spedizione reso avviene con poste italiane.

Hele slechte ervaring.. Ik had 2 bestellingen gedaan. Bij de eerste bestelling is er blijkbaar iets mis gegaan en is het teruggestuurd zonder dat ik dat wist. Toen ik er achter kwam had ik een tweede bestelling gedaan, 2 paar slippers, maar ik heb er maar 1 binnen gekregen. Je ontvangt geen bevestigingsmail, geen update, helemaal niks. Je moet echt zelf uitzoeken waar je pakketje is. Er is gewoon letterlijk geen communicatie. Nu nog hopen dat ik mijn geld terug krijg..

Je suis étonnée de la si mauvaise qualité. Le caoutchouc sur le devant commence à s effrité, et cela ne fait que 15 jours que je les mets. Réputation à revoir, on pense acheter de la qualité vu le prix et il n' en ai rien. Plus jamais cette marque

Not even a one star

Disgusted with the service I have received. Wore the £46 flip flops twice and a charm fell off. Lost.
I sent photos and they said I needed to photograph the top the bottom and the fault. Which I did. Then they said I need to send a photo of the serial number
Eventually found this (picture of a watch on the underside, not very clear) so I sent a photo. They replied saying I’ve not sent what they require and as they are worn they can’t help me !!!

£46 for 2 wears!!! Joke

I went on the returns portal to log a return. “Email not found”. Even though that’s the email they sent my order through to.

Emanuele - you should not work in customer care if you don’t care about your customers.

Idem malhereusement à nombres d'acheteurs, je suis cliente depuis de nombreuses années de la marque. Mon dernier achat a été extrement decevant : mal formé au niveau des brides ce qui signifie qu'elle vont trés rapidement casser ... Mails, appels ( 19 mn d'attente au service client ! ) formulaires de contact .. bref rien n'y fait cette marque est devenue une simple arnaque . A fuir car aucune solution n'est proposée si ce n'est de payer pour renvoyer le produit ! bref .. en plus ils répondent que cette qualité est " normale" .. je vous laisse vous en faire votre propre opinion

De levering was vlot en kloppend, maar het regelen van een retour was een drama! De email met het retourlabel kwam niet aan. De optie die de virtuele assistent bood om het label alsnog te printen gaf een error. De klantenservice was onbereikbaar. Bestel hier alleen als je zeker weet dat je niets retour hoeft te sturen!!

Ho acquistato 3 articoli selezionando correttamente la taglia, però uno tra questi è arrivato nella taglia sbagliata.
Ho scritto al servizio clienti, allegando la foto, dicendo che trovavo ingiusto pagare le spese di spedizione per il reso visto che l'errore non era dipeso da me, bensì da loro, dal momento che mi hanno spedito una taglia scorretta. Mi hanno risposto che sono stata io a commettere l'errore perché avrei (secondo loro!) ordinato la taglia brasiliana e non quella italiana, ma è falso!
Mi armo di pazienza e rassegnazione e procedo al reso. Da 32€ di acquisto mi hanno scritto che mi rimborseranno entro 14 giorni solo €24.60, al netto delle spese, ma ci rendiamo conto?
Servizio online pessimo, servizio clienti più che pessimo, esperienza da non ripetere più, peraltro a fronte di un prodotto che non soddisfa per niente il rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Altro che una stella, se potessi darei uno zero spaccato! 👎😡

Aucun retour sur mes demandes de réclamations car ma commande a été indiquée comme reçue, cependant je n'ai rien reçu, impossible de joindre quelqu'un chez eux, c'est épouvantable. En revanche ils ont bien débité ma carte bleue !

Ho comprato le Hawaianas Luna l’estate scorsa messe poche volte ora a inizio estate si sono già rotte , cinturino tranciato di netto senza motivo. Qualità scadente non ricomprerò più di certo, Sandali da mare che costano più di 30 euro non dovrebbero avere una resa così scadente.

Honestly, sort it out!!!!

I thought I might as well give this store the review it deserved as I was shocked to see to many negatives! I purchased the loveshackfancy limited collaboration with the them and at first I even thought it was a clone / scam website! The copyright of the website hasn’t been updated (showing 2022) and the flip-flops I wanted wasn’t labelled with the same model name if you compare it to the model name on the US website. Because of this I did a search on google on the legitimacy of this website and made sure it’s the same link on their official European instagram account. Luckily it all matched so I felt confident. I don’t use a credit card so I’m nervous buying from websites in case they are scam websites since there are so many now!!
Anyway I ordered it with a little amount of anxiety thinking there’s a small chance it’s still a fake website. To my surprise it all went through smoothly and I got my order within 5 days to the UK! The other issue that I think is the reason why people give it a bad rating is sizing. This is a Brazilian brand so it’s showing Brazilian sizes, not Europe sizes!! Please take note of this but they do offer a handy size conversion on the page you are trying to buy them from. So there should be no excuses about assuming it’s Europe sizes and getting mad at this company for false advertising. I agree they could fix up their website to make it look a bit more professional since we live in a world of sophisticated online scams now. However it is up to you to read the description properly which would save a lot of time and money if this simple fact was understood. As for the product, 5 stars! They are expensive but worth it. The material feels heavy and made from good quality rubber. I am usually a UK4 but I purchased size 37/38 which fit me well especially with my wide feet
