Havaianas Omdömen 

I bought shoes that ended up being too big, I sent them back and they are claiming they never received them so are refusing me a refund. I have proof that they arrived back to them 4 days after sending them. The customer service is shocking, no one replies. What a shambles of a company.

Update. Ich habe eine Beschwerde an die staatliche Aufsichtsbehörde ECM geschrieben über illegale Praktiken, die gegen EU Recht verstoßen.

Ich habe ein Produkt in der falschen Größe bekommen.
Für die Rücksendung muss ich 5 € zahlen.
Ein seltsames Geschäftsgebaren. Das nächste Mal schaue ich vor einer Bestellung in Trustpilot nach.
In 3 h niemanden am Telefon erreicht. Keine Antwort auf meine Mail. Schade, dass es keinen 0 Sterne gibt.

Ho ordinato due paia di ciabatte a luglio ,un paio sono arrivate della misura giusta, le altre hanno sbagliato la misura, cerco di mettermi in contatto on line ma il nulla ,chiamo il centro assistenza clienti e programmo con la signora un reso a carico loro ,quando mi danno il rimborso noto a malincuore che mi hanno tolto i soldi della spedizione,ma se l errore é loro perché ci devi rimettere io ,mai più ciabatte Havaianas

I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered four pairs of shoes and kept two of them. The other two pairs didn’t fit my wife, so I simply wanted to exchange them for the correct size.

Unfortunately, because I was just a few days past the return deadline, they refused to exchange the shoes or send them in the correct size.

Considering that I ordered four pairs and kept two, I find this lack of flexibility and customer service extremely disappointing.

Sadly the Flip Flops I received are faulty. I have tried calling the customer service number no answer .Emailed 3 times no reply . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

**Absolutely appalling customer service**

I ordered a pair of brown Havaianas Puff sandals for £55 on 31 July after receiving an email saying they were back in stock. Later that same day, Havaianas cancelled my order and promised that my refund would be processed within five working days.

I am still waiting for my £55 refund. I completed the online contact form on 1 August and have received no response whatsoever. Today, I have also spent 58 minutes on hold trying to speak to someone, with no answer.

Havaianas cancelled the order, yet I am having to waste my time repeatedly chasing them to get my own money back. An absolute joke of a service and completely unacceptable.

I’m really not one to complain about the quality however I purchased a pair of Havaiana flip flops, I wore them ones for 1 hour and they’ve completed discoloured I’m really disappointed as I’ve tried to clean them but they’re completely ruined

Not great at all Ive had a few over the years & every single one breaks live expectancy is a year always break in the same place
Don’t waste your money there better brands on the market

Vergognosi! Ho effettuato un reso il 30 Giugno, ad oggi dopo 1 mese e mezzo non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso. Il numero di telefono dell'assistenza clienti è farlocco, risponde un disco in eterno. Dopo 5 email hanno risposto che non avevano ricevuto il reso, ma io ho la prova di consegna di Poste Italiane. Chiederò il rimborso a Paypal

Ordered 3 pairs online via the Havaianas website.
1 pair were faulty in that the V on the writing is missing the colouring, it is white when the rest is green.
I complained straight away via the website and was given a complaint number. Also on the same day I phoned them but gave up after 45 minutes because "all of their agents are busy!!!!!! Hmmmmmmmm
Over 1 week later I am still waiting for them to resolve the issue. As I write this review I am on the phone to them yet again, 20 minutes in and guess what? No answer. The calls are evidenced on my call log.
I will now approach my credit card company to reverse the transaction.
To say their customer relations is poor is an understatement. I only gave them 1 star as I couldn't go any lower.
Will I purchase Havaianas in the future, yes, but only from a shop where I can inspect them

He realizado mi pedido, se ha quedado en en estado CREADO y no se gestiona.
He intentantado inútilmente comunicarme con ellos tanto por telefono, email y hasta con la IA y nada no hay manera que lo arreglen.

Terrible, no customer service, unable to get through via phone, emailed but never got a response, how do I make a return if they don’t send you the code - do not recommend them at all!!!

2 paar Slippers retour gestuurd die te groot waren.
Er werd echter maar een paar teruggestort waar ook de verzending afgetrokken is. Er is geen contact te krijgen met havaianas in Nederland. Er wordt nergens op gereageerd. Kortom ik ben €40 kwijt. Alle paketten gaan ook naar een verzamelpunt waar alle retouren van verschillende bedrijven bijeen komen dus niet te checken ! Koop nooit via havaianas! Je bent je geld vooraf al kwijt het zijn dieven ! Oplichters !

0 ans de fidélité pour en arriver là...

Après plus de 30 ans à acheter les mêmes tongs chez cette marque, je pensais pouvoir commander en toute confiance. Quelle erreur.

Les produits reçus sont d'une qualité tellement faible que j'ai d'abord pensé à une contrefaçon. Finitions bâclées, matériaux bas de gamme, rien à voir avec ce que la marque proposait auparavant.

Quant au service client, il porte mal son nom. Malgré mon signalement, aucune écoute et aucune solution. On a clairement le sentiment que le problème ne les intéresse pas.

Au final, une expérience très décevante qui confirme malheureusement les nombreux avis négatifs déjà publiés.

Negozio di forte dei marmi: commessa maleducatissima che mi ha praticamente buttata fuori dal negozio dopo aver riaperto per due e avermelo anche detto in faccia, io volevo solo guardare un minuto ma visto che era chiusa giustamente me l’ha detto, ma con un tono completamente maleducato e soprattutto sottolineando che aveva tenuto aperto per altre due ragazze, terribile servizio

There’s a customer service problem. There isn’t any!!

Minutes after making an order,
tried to amend the address, called them, emailed via website, messaged on their WhatsApp number, emailed directly. They just can’t or won’t respond.

Maybe just don’t bother having a number or contact email, just put a disclaimer that says, make a mistake it’s your problem!

Awful. Awful. Awful.

They sent wrong order (wrong size, wrong design… SO WRONG!) and a nightmare to try and rectify THEIR problem.

Consistent with other reviews on here; they do not care. Do not use. Awful customer service. Waste of time.

I had already made my purchase when I stumbled upon all the negative reviews here, so I was pretty shocked and scared of what was going to happen with my order. I am fairly happy with my purchase. It came really quickly, I got the items I had purchased, the sizing was correct (I had measured my foot according to the sizing on the site) everything is in nice condition. I give it 3 stars only because for a pair of cheap material flip-flops, it is pretty expensive. The quality is terrible, they are cheaply made. I feel like the straps are going to fall out any time now. But the designs were really cute and I really wanted to get them. All in all, an okay experience.

Ho acquistato un paio di infradito della nuova collezione, pagate più di 50 €…. Nulla da dire sulla spedizione….
Problema vuole che sono state inserite in una busta di carta senza neanche uno scatolo , ragion per cui la busta è arrivata rotta e le ciabatte sono rovinate.
Ho capito che solo alle fashion blogger è destinato allo scatolo e gadget…
Per noi che siamo comuni mortali e che paghiamo…. Manco una piccola attenzione.

Il pagamento lo incassano subito ma la spedizione la affidano ad un corriere che se ne guarda bene di rispettare la data di consegna dovevano essere 5-6 giorni ma dal 19 luglio forse , e dico forse perchè alla fine ho optato per la consegna in un locker, le ricevo il 3 agosto. Ma già le recensioni su Trustpilot suggeriscono che sia una cosa che accade spesso. Avevo già scritto alla Havaianas giorni fa ma non sembra gli interessi molto. Saranno le ultime che compro di questa marca.
