Ho prenotato la struttura "il Nido sui Tetti" di Riva del Garda dalla piattaforma Trip.com. Ho pagato in anticipo e ricevuto normale email di conferma. Dalla app risultava tutto confermato. Poiché era la prima volta che usavo Trip.com ho chiamato il numero del'host indicato per verificare che la prenotazione fosse confermata. Ho scoperto che la struttura è gestita da voi. La signorina al telefono mi ha risposto che a voi non risultava nessuna prenotazione e che nelle date da me richieste il posto era effettivamente già prenotato. Ho detto che a me risultava la prenotazione confermata e lei mi hanno risposto che "evidentemente c'è stato un problema". Ho trovato poi nello spam della casella di posta una email proveniente da voi in cui mi si diceva che la mia prenotazione era stata annullata mentre la app da cui avevo prenotato (Trip.com) continuava a darmi la prenotazione confermata! La signorina si è completamente disinteressata per il problema a me capitato e si è dimostrata non professionale e scortesi. AGGIORNAMENTO post risposta di Happy Holiday Homes: Happy Holiday Homes, grazie per la risposta che, tuttavia, conferma il vostro "lavarvene le mani". Siete voi che avete dato a Trip.com la possibilità di vendere la vostra struttura e, quindi, siete ANCHE voi responsabili del pessimo servizio fornito tramite l'agente a cui vi siete affidati per venderla.

Wir haben im Juli eine Woche das Appartement Sweet home in Lugano gebucht.
Die Wohnung ist recht gut ausgestattet. Vor allem die Küche hat diverse Geräte und Maschinen, welche man sonst nicht in Ferienwohnungen findet.
Die Möbel sind ziemlich alt. Vorallem das Sofa, welches zu einem Bettsofa gemacht werden kann, ist sehr hart und dementsprechend unbequem, so dass man nach einigen Tagen Rückenschmerzen hat. Für Kinder geeignet, für Erwachsene nur bedingt.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Garagenplatz, was sehr gut ist.
Korrespondenz während der Buchung war sehr gut und immer schnell.
Während dem Aufenthalt hatten wir Probleme mit dem Rollladen, welche dann am nächsten behoben wurden. Die Klimaanlage in der Wohnung wäre ein Segen gewesen, wenn sie funktioniert hätte. Die Wohnung liegt unter dem Dach, das heisst es wurde sehr warm...
Leider wurde dies in der Woche nicht repariert.

Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt in Lugano mit einer guten Betreuung vor Ort.

My family and I were guests of HappyHolidayHomes, for the first time, in a house in Lugano Paradiso.After this wonderful experience, we decided to go to Lake Maggiore in a property managed by HappyHolidayHomes in Maccagno, and we had a very very good time . Prenotato con loro un appartamento in Puglia, devo dire che la posizione della loro casa ci ha consentito una vacanza in una zona tranquilla ma vicinissima a tutte le città di maggiore interesse, la cordialità del loro ufficio di zona ci ha reso tutto più semplice, ci hanno inviato tutte le info per raggiungere la casa il giorno prima del nostro arrivo e sono state sempre presenti quando avevamo bisogno di qualcosa per le nostre vacanze.

Dopo diverse esperienze negative con altri tour operator ho provato con loro e devo dire che la differenza è notevole. Buoni consigli, ottima assistenza e sempre disponibili.

Ho prenotato un appartamento a Sanremo, ero un po’ titubante leggendo le recensioni, ma il loro ufficio prenotazioni e’ stato molto professionale e mi ha assistito nello spostare la prenotazione. Ottima accoglienza da Barbara e la casa seppur semplice era uno specchio. Grazie! Riprenotero’ con voi!

Ho dato in gestione completa la mia casa durante il lock down e mi hanno consigliato passo, passo su cosa fare/ mettere, prezzi, affitti mensili, ecc.. devo dire che è sempre piena e il personale meraviglioso. Non mi preoccupo affatto di arrivi e partenze, fanno tutto loro e si occupano anche dei danni!

We booked the most wonderful apartment in Riva del Garda. Great location. Clean apartment and comfortable beds. We booked at booking.com but we got the best info and help at happy holiday home thru the hole year. We moved our booking a year because of Covid-19 and Happy Holiday Homes has been so helpful and very easy to communicate with.

Ho prenotato un appartamento ad arma di taggia tramite Booking.com, la prenotazione è gestita da happy holiday homes. Al momento della prenotazione dava cancellazione gratuita entro il 16 luglio, ho cancellato a metà Maggio, mi scrivono che vista la situazione vivida di terranno la mia caparra di 557€ fino a luglio 2022, se nel frattempo prenoterò con loro potrò usarla altrimenti me la rimborseranno tra un anno. Sono dei disonesti, non prenotate con questa agenzia!!!!!!

War drei Wochen im Tessin, in Vezio, in einem wundervollen Appartement.
Ich habe eine tolle Erfahrung mit happyholidayhomes gemacht. Auf all meine Fragen vor dem Aufenthalt wurden innert wenigen Stunden per Mail
geantwortet. Die Wohnung war genau so wie beschrieben.

Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento a Lugano per un weekend e l’esperienza è stata pessima. Innanzitutto dopo la prenotazione nessuno, neppure per mail, ci ha informato su come sarebbe avvenuto il check in. Abbiamo lasciato ben due messaggi in segreteria telefonica il giorno prima della partenza e nessuno ci ha richiamato. Solo il giorno di arrivo a Lugano (partiti nell’incertezza che la prenotazione non fosse andata a buon fine vista l’assenza di comunicazione) abbiamo provato a contattare l’agenzia tramite il loro sito internet e ci hanno risposto dandoci le istruzioni.
Arrivati in appartamento, con vista bellissima sul lago e la città, ci siamo trovati: una cucina vecchissima con una piastra del piano cottura rotta, la lavastoviglie guasta, la finestra del bagno totalmente marcia e ammuffita tanto da farci desistere dall’utilizzo della piccola vasca sottostante, l’asse del WC scassato, i letti con reti a molle da brandina, cuscini degli sgabelli del piano cucina e tende dell’appartamento tanto, troppo sporche.
Soggiorniamo spesso a Lugano ma un’esperienza simile preferiremmo non farla mai più.

Booked with 100% free cancellation. However shortly after booking a downpayment was required. As we later cancelled the money was not returned.
I understand conditions of COVID, however now more than 9 months after scheduled trip and a year after cancellation I would have expected the refurn of the down payment (Multiple calls to booking.com and Happy holiday homes did not improve).

Fuyez ! J'ai réservé une semaine avec Happy Holidays Home à Chamonix avec l'option d'annulation gratuite jusqu'à 7 jours avant. J'ai annulé 51 jours avant et Happy Holidays home refuse de me rembourser, prétextant la crise Covid, alors que les réservations sont pleines chez eux en fevrier. Malhonnêtes. Ils proposent des bons ou 08un remboursement en 2022. Scandaleux et malhonnête !

We recently stayed in a Holiday Homes apartment in Chamonix (Grand Roc) and were shocked by the condition of the property. This place is NOT as advertised. We (myself and my girlfriend) have been using Airbnb for many years and never once left a poor review. We consider ourselves flexible people, but this was just a joke. For starters, it looks much bigger in the photos than it really is. A wide angle photo lens has been VERY generously used to take those photos. The place is in fact tiny, with a prison-like toilet (and separate) shower space that you can hardly turn around in. Light switches are difficult to find and lighting is minimal. Upstairs there are only a couple lamps, no proper lights. Upon arriving we discovered that there was no running water and the toilet didn’t flush at ALL. There were wires and nails hanging out of some areas of the wall, dirty cups (hadn’t been cleaned properly!) and dirty patches on the wall. We were obviously dismayed after a long journey there and arranged alternative accommodation for the following day as soon as possible. The following morning we dropped by the Happy Homes HQ to return our keys and politely discuss the situation. We were met by an aggressive, cold, unfriendly woman who was not helpful in the slightest and rolled her eyes at us. She was dismissive and essentially shrugged the situation off without so much as a smile or sincere apology. We were told by another source that these complaints (especially “it looks nothing like the photos!”) are heard here very frequently. Again, we have never once left a bad review in all our time using Airbnb but wholeheartedly believe this one is completely warranted and fair. We sincerely do NOT recommend this place and urge you to save your precious time and money by looking elsewhere.

Ich rate dringend von einer Miete via Happy Holidays ab, da hier definitiv abgezockt wird. KEINE Hilfeleistung, Personal ist extrem unprofessionell, Mietobjekt miserabel.

Achtung Betrüger- Wohnung in Viareggio eine Katastrophe- feucht, schimmelig, fehlende Ausstattung - keine Lösung angeboten - nie mehr wieder

AVOID this agent. I booked accommodation via Booking.com with 100% free cancellation. The conditions stated that they may require a pre-payment. Within a few hours of the booking, they had taken over £500 from my credit card and sent an email asking for passport information etc. This email also said a prepayment would be made "a few days after the booking". It was in fact taken immediately. I cancelled the booked and phoned them to query why the money had been taken without warning of date or amount. They said it would be refunded (it was still showing as a pending transaction in my account). Two days later, after having cancelled the booking, the £500 was debited from my account. After phoning, I was then told it would take 10 days for the refund. Appalling!

Erg fijn bedrijf om contact mee te hebben. Keurig te woord gestaan en geen vraag is te veel. Altijd even correct. Meteen al vakantiegevoel! Meerdere talen vaardig. We kijken al uit naar ons uitje in 2021. Hopelijk mag alles doorgaan en is Corona niet of minimaal nog maar aanwezig....

Happy Holiday Homes is a professional company with strong empathy & understanding. I really liked the way we were made to feel welcome & comfortable. Their support & knowledge regarding the local area & activities is very helpful.
When we reached, we were really tired. The team went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Their welcome basket is a nice gesture.
They even gave us a lift to the nearby supermarket.

The beautiful villa by Lake Como was incredible. Airy, Spacious & elegantly furnished with a beautiful garden and nice outdoor setup where we spent our evenings and had dinner several times. Felt like home.
In addition to the above, the little things they did for us made all the difference. Have carried nice memories :-). A big Thanks to the Happy Holiday Homes team.
Will definitely book again with Happy Holiday Homes.
