Happy.Rentals Omdömen 

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt in der Casa Moretto in Sanremo, die wir über Happy.Rentals gebucht hatten.

Die Terrasse mit Meerblick war bei unserer Ankunft stark verschmutzt und wurde erst einige Tage später gereinigt. In der Wohnung gab es kaum Stauraum für unsere persönlichen Sachen, da Schränke und Kommoden bereits voll waren. Das Mobiliar ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, und bei einem Bett brach bereits beim Hinsetzen ein Bettfuss ab.

Unangenehm war die enorme Hitze in der Wohnung. Dadurch waren wir gezwungen, die Fenster praktisch ständig offen zu lassen. Direkt neben der Wohnung befand sich jedoch eine Baustelle, auf der bereits frühmorgens bis teilweise 18 Uhr gearbeitet wurde – sogar am Samstag. Der Baulärm war entsprechend den ganzen Tag deutlich hörbar und beeinträchtigte unseren Aufenthalt erheblich. Über die Baustelle wurden wir vor der Buchung nicht informiert.

Positiv hervorzuheben sind die gut ausgestattete Küche und die schöne Lage in Sanremo.

Besonders enttäuscht hat uns jedoch, dass wir nach dem Aufenthalt zusätzlich mit einer Forderung von 80 € für das beschädigte Bett konfrontiert wurden. Nach unserer Einschätzung war das Bett aufgrund seines Alters und mangelhafter Wartung (lose Bettfüsse) bereits verschleissbedingt. Insgesamt stimmt für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung würden wir nicht nochmals über Happy.Rentals buchen.

Appartement Allegro, Lido di Camaiore. Nieuw en mooi appartement op 900 meter afstand van het strand. Alle apparatuur aanwezig zoals een (af)wasmachine. Auto kon geparkeerd worden in de parkeergarage met persoonlijke parkeerplaats, onder het complex. Goede instructies voor de aankomst (met video's) en de sleutel zat in het sleutelkastje bij de ingang. Via Whatsapp snel contact mogelijk met de manager. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Das Apartment war sauber und ruhig gelegen, trotzdem nahe am Zentrum. Toller Balkon, Betten gut. Der Kontakt war jederzeit möglich und sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

The holiday flat is well equipped and modern throughout, perfectly suited for a group of four. Good amenities for self-catering. It is perfectly located within the old centre of Riva, lying rather quiet in a pedestrian's zone, yet close to busier places and the harbour.

HappyRentals communicated truly well from the beginning when booking till the end of our stay in Chamonix. The apartment was perfect (incl. parking garage in the same building) and very dog-friendly, calm, well-located next to the gondola to the Aiguille du Midi, the cafés and shops, but with a green view out from the window to the river and mountains and trees. The aparment was so well-equipped with all that is needed. It was a magnificent stay in Chamonix! My friend, my dog and myself loved the place - thank you once again!

A lovely place to stay. Decorated with great care. It has everything you need for your stay. Everything is of a high standard. We had a very relaxing and peaceful time.

Apartment: Allegro Lido Di Camaiore
I highly recommend this apartment and service from HappyRentals and special thanks to our host - Gianluca. We had a pleasure to stay there for 8 days and everything was perfect. Starting from location - it was quite close to beach and we loved to walk there every evening. Apartment was fully equipped, cosy and clean. Parking was spacious and easy. Instructions for self-check in/out were easy. Highly recommend this place if you are looking something close to Pisa.

A very nice appartment, good aircon and fridge, all untensils and a washing machine. We had a really good time here, central for shops, bars and bus staition.

Grossi problemi di pulizia a Riva del Garda ospitati nell'appartamento Bon'ora Mancava sia una pulizia di inizio stagione che quella dopo il cambio. Prospettato un rimborso per la mancata pulizia che non è mai arrivato.

Quando tutto è pulito , la camera il bagno con finestre e il personale gentile sono molto soddisfatto !!

Great apartment and location in the top of Pigna. Fantastic view! Everything you need for a nice stay i Sanremo.
Some stairs and step to the top, but it worth it!!

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in 5 persone a "Casa Piero" Torre del lago (LU).
Appartamento molto carino e tranquillo, al piano terra, ingresso indipendente con spazio esterno privato. Ottimo wi-fi e aria condizionata in ogni stanza. Parcheggio riservato e la spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi a pochi mt di distanza.
Super consigliato!

Ne jamais faire de réservation avec cette compagnie. Ils vous proposeront des appartements avec description erronée. Ils ne sont même pas capable d’honorer leur propre proposition de diminution des coûts. Compagnie pitoyable!

Das Haus liegt schön und ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist neuwertig, was uns gefehlt hat waren 2 gepolsterte Stühle, die Plastikstühle sind hart und mit der Zeit ungemütlich. 2 Liegen, um sich auf der Terasse hinlegen zu können, um z.B. ein Buch zu lesen, oder einfach zu enspannen. Der Nachteil ist, daß man das Auto weit weg vom Haus parken muß und keine Gelgenheit hat, eine Garage zu mieten. Bei dem Versuch, jemand telefonisch zu erreichen, ging niemand ans Telefon. In Laveno, an Ihrem Büro, war auch nienmand zu erreichen. Nach Anfragen einer Nachbarin wurde uns mitgeteilt, daß hier selten jemand gesehen wurde. Das waren un Kürze unsere Eindrücke.

We hired an apartment Casina del Pecatore in Marina di Pietrasanta rented by happy rentals.
We and our two kids had an amazing 5 days vacation at Casina del Pescatore. The instructions from the host was very clear and easy to understand, with some pictures and videos. Communication between us and the host was good. We always got answers to our questions very fast. Because the house was free when we arrived we were offered an early check in.
The place was amazing! Pool is just 10 meters from our place and kids could go there as soon as they were done with breakfast. Amazing beach, so quiet and peaceful. To live on the beach is a dream and so it felt for us. The host Paola was very nice and friendly even though she doesn’t speak English she still could help us. She was the first running and taking care of our youngest daughter when she felt off the sunbed and was crying.
The only negative thing I can point out is that the main bed was very stiff.

Excellent company to deal with. Good choice of rental apartments and fair prices. Central office quick to respond to any queries. Local agents very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
