Very easily bought tickets multiple times through gotobeat. Though one concert got initially postponed, i was presented with multiple options and got reminded when the concert got rescheduled. The venues I have discovered through Gotobeat have always been surprising with an intimate atmosphere, and you can tell fellow attendees are always fans of the artist they are seeing so the concerts are always exciting ^_^

I ordered tickets to an event through Gotobeat, and even on the day of the event there was no information that it had been cancelled. I only found out by checking directly with the singer, not from the company. I contacted Gotobeat by email, which is the only contact option they provide (there is no phone number), asking both whether the event was cancelled and how to obtain a refund. They never replied to any of my messages.
Fortunately, I managed to get my money back through my bank, but this experience shows a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. There was no communication, no updates, and no response at all.. yet they are happy to take people’s money. I do not trust this company and would strongly advise others to be very careful before buying tickets through them.

No communication and a wasted trip

I bought tickets for the Alex Velea & Antonia event through Gotobeat, and the entire experience was disappointing. When I arrived, the event was cancelled — and there was zero communication beforehand. No email, no text, nothing.

It’s extremely unprofessional to leave customers in the dark like that. I travelled there, made plans around it, and only discovered the cancellation at the door.

I’ve asked for a full refund, but honestly, this whole situation makes me question using Gotobeat again. Reliable communication should be the bare minimum.

On the positive side, once I contacted them, they processed my refund quickly and were polite throughout the process. I appreciated how easy the refund was.

Overall, it was an inconvenient situation, but their customer support was good. I hope future cancellations or changes are communicated in a way that reaches every ticket holder.

Brought tickets to many amazing shows, often scan the website to see who's playing and to discover new music in London. Quality of the gigs is always high. Often go see artists I haven't heard of and become a fan. Ticket prices are affordable too :)

Ordered tickets for an artist who’s doing a show this Thursday. Been trying to contact with regards to not receiving the email. Been ignored completely. I have proof of purchase, bank transaction logs however they still won’t respond. It’s currently Tuesday and I now only have 2 days left to get my ticket sorted. The check receipt service on their website keeps telling me it’s sent my tickets but I haven’t got a thing

My partner booked two tickets to see our friend perform. Unfortunately she was sick and we can't make the rescheduled date. My partner has sent two emails requesting a refund, we've had absolutely nothing back, I'm worried we won't get our money back

Concert de Marina Satti à Berlin début avril à 36€, reporté à mi septembre.., 1) aucun email d'information le jour du concert, heureusement j'ai regardé le siteweb de Festsaal pour m'assurer de l'adresse, sinon j'étais sur place à l'heure donnée.. 2) aucun email de la date du report ! c'est toi qui va tout seul chercher sur internet et 3) Cerise sur le gâteau : vous ne pouvez vous faire rembourser que 30 jours suivants la date du concert ! alors qu'ils reportent 4 mois et demi plus tard. Je suis sensée savoir ce que je fais dans 4 mois ?! Un scandale.

Je ne laisse jamais de feedback, mais là c'est un TEL MANQUE DE PROFESSIONNALISME de la part des organisateurs. Je travaille dans l'évènementiel musical depuis six ans je n'ai JAMAIS vu une telle politique de communication et de tarification. UNE HONTE.
