I place my order on June 30 and I still have not received it. I have contacted the company numerous times and they will not refund my money-their site says expect delivery in 3-6 Business days. No where on their ad states product is coming from another country—I would not have ordered it had I known that. I am not giving up on my return

Scam take money for subscription automatically and didn’t accept and says can’t be cancelled

Our support team responded to your email and explained that this order was generated from the active subscription linked to your initial purchase.
While the order could no longer be canceled immediately because it had already been processed for shipment, we contacted our internal team to see whether it could still be stopped and refunded.
We also provided instructions on how to access, manage, and cancel your subscription to prevent any future recurring orders.
As communicated in our email, we're currently awaiting an update from our internal team regarding the shipment and will keep you informed as soon as we receive it.
We're committed to helping resolve this for you.

I was really impressed how fast and efficient their representative Rebecca was. I needed to cancel my prescription, but was not able to find out how to do it. I sent a message to the company Help option and Rebecca fight away sent me an instruction how to cancel, which I did. Thank you Rebecca!
